Not in Nigeria, it's not. But it is in the abroad because over there, every school is mandated to have at least one councillor.

You told them that it had health benefits and they believed you? After dealing with this guy, those children should be sent for psych eval because they should be matured enough to tell bad from good. I wonder why schools don't carry out proper background checks, it's almost as if they just employ anybody these days. Look at this one now, he has scarred these boys for life
