Off course there are schools in Lithunia that accepts 2:2 for masters program.

Northern Cyprus is not worth it and if your intentions is to get a job over there, then you are making a mistake already because there are no jobs in Northern Cyprus!!
Why not channel that energy to some cheap countries in Europe that will give you a better option and opportunities. Countries like Lithuania, Estonia etc would be much more preferable.

If yes how long did it take you to received your passport?

I submitted in Abuja VFS and yes I was interviewed some weeks back.

I got my passport back after 3weeks.

After waiting patiently for 2months I finally got my visa.

Depends on your life style. Atleast with €300-400 should do.
The only thing you should worry about is house rent. If you pay for a room at the rate of £150 per month den you should be able to survive with €200 for the rest of the month if you are not the clubing type.
