For your project proposal, you need to give a background to the topic, aims and objective, mode of study or research method, area of study, nature of data to be used, perceived contribution to knowledge, and so on and so forth.

Nigeria Customs Service is damn fucking rotten. A sincere turn around in this body requires an upright officer with working knowledge of the system. Ali might have come with an "impeccable character" but that is not enough, those crooks are taking advantage of his shallow knowledge.
