The GPU is kinda below average. There may be tweaks you can apply, just check on YouTube for your video card type specifically. Some guys are good at making things work but just expect low for...like 25-35 at best.

And you saw GTA V in DVD? How many CDs was is. GTA V is about 50-60GB raw installation file. If I'm not mistaken, a DVD disk (single layer) memory is about 4.6-4.8GB per one. That would be about 11-12 CDs. I might be wrong, but I'm sure he wanted to sell a fake to you, unless it's not GTA V.

People don't buy high end games in CDs anymore, you pay and the installation file is transferred to you via an external HDD.

Of course, any LED/LCD monitor/screen/TV can run soccer or GTA V as long as it has HDMI out or the older RGB port.

What you should be considering is the screen size (the bigger the better), screen resolution (720p, 1080p, 4k), screen refresh rate, 60fps, 100, 144.

Much older games will run on your setup. You should be able to get graphics approximating PS3 quality. Most of those games will likely run at low settings.
What type of monitor do you have? What is its resolution?

Hi. The GT710 is a low-end, budget GPU. Its performance is roughly equivalent to that of Intel's integrated graphics. It will struggle with most games.
You hinted at getting a GTX1050, this would be miles ahead of the GT710. If you're really cash strapped, you can also consider the less powerful GTX1030 (it is also a low profile card), or the older GTX960, or the much older GTX750ti. With these you can still play recent games at 720p (or rarely 1080p) at medium to low settings.
One quick way you can estimate how decent a GPU is, is by looking at the type of RAM it has. For instance, this GT710 you bought has DDR3 RAM which is pretty much prehistoric for a GPU. Better GPUs make use of GDDR RAM like GDDR5 RAM. That DDR3 RAM is going to bottleneck your system. Also, if you can help it, get a GPU with at least 4GB of GDDR RAM.

In addition, you can also consider getting at least a third (or possibly fourth) generation core i5 or the very decent core i3 6100. Alternatively, you can look at AMD's Ryzen CPUs for more bang for your buck.

GTX 660 is much better than your GT 710.

Your card can't load witcher 3 to the menu screen at lowest settings.

It's a "gtx" not "gt", gt cards aren't really for gaming.

Those are shitty games. Instead of stressing yourself, get a console and play blockbuster's like the witcher 3, nioh, bloodborne, marvel Spiderman, uncharted, the last of us, dark souls 3.
