An Ibadan based frontline and multi-talented entertainer, # Abiodun_Aremu , popularly known as Baba Sabiko died early hours of today.
His real name is Abiodun Aremu, popularly known as Baba Sabiko, the big boss of Baba Sabiko Theatre and Comedy Group Int’l, based in Ibadan, Oyo State.

Really, he needs no introduction in the showbiz sector. He is multi-talented– broadcaster of note, entertainer, comedian, theatre-artiste, Master of Ceremonies (MC) script-writer, film producer, singer and promoter, just to mention but a few.

He joined late Duro Ladipo Theatre Group in 1974.
He established his own outfit, Abiodun Aremu (Baba Sabiko) Performing Company, in 1978.
Baba Sabiko, who has featured in over 40 home videos, Some of the films he has featured include Ija Ominira, Ija Orogun, both by the late Ade Love. Others are: Bukola Omo Daddy by Peju Ogunmola, now Omobolanle, Ija Agba Meji, Igbanladogi and many others.

His first film was Agba Odaran in 1994; followed by Ebiti and Agbajowo, Endurance, Advice, Mr. Lecturer, Okanjua, Lagos Dimension, Responsibility, among others. Good Night Aremu Abiodun

Interlock Pavers are strong and last. Few things are unconditionally guaranteed; however, i can tell you that am 100% sure that concrete will crack after few months of casting. Pavers are rated as 3 times stronger than concrete and as such can hold 3 times as much weight as concrete without cracking. Pavers last longer than poured concrete and hold their color better than stamped concrete.

The quote is very suspicious, note the following

1. What is 23.2 x2.4 =55.68sq -which unit of measurement is he using metres or feets ,what the guy just did was multiply the length of your sitting room which is 23.2 feet by 2.4metres which does not show uniformity,unless you want to tell us your sitting room is actually 23.2 metres by 2.4 metres,the implication of what he has done is to inflate the work area

2. The quantity of the materials are suspicious ,you can go to the market and sample prices of these items

You get it Bro, I can't quote nothing less than 400naira per sqm for screeding..

I got N200/sq. m for mine but it was probably because it was the same guy finishing off the P-O-P so he wanted to continue on site.

I'm not one for screwing artisans to the bone in these tough times so I think N250 - N300/sq. m is probably fair.

Edit: For further reference, my total area is about double yours but I'm getting the screeding done for just under N1m

u can never see a good screeder in Lagos that will quote 200naira per sqm .. lowest u will see is 350naira per sqm
