Its true. My colleagues got it by typing it in google. You can google ur Rector's email. Try tgat,it worked in my oen school (gateway polytechnic saapade)

It is not in anyway possible because ur school clearance cant meet up with the registration. If you finish your ND this year definitly your clearance will be on progress next year which of course will hinder you from submitting necessary documents that you need for registration. My kind advice for you is to go for your IT and earn some money.
