Leaks from highly classified intelligence meetings by the Nigerian army detail a plot to frame Boko Haram in the Zaria massacre incident that saw as many as 750 Shia minority Muslims and other passersby and religions’ victims killed.

Members of the Kaduna state government will also be framed, the sources allege. Possibly including the Kaduna governor, Nasir el-Rufai who the army is upset with for having suddenly ‘broken file’, revealing the numbers of bodies buried in Mando against prior agreement. El-Rufai however as gathered, only grudgingly confessed on the Mando mass grave after he had been informed that Amnesty International was already onto it; had sent officials to inspect the site and was preparing its damning report.

Perplexed by the global outrage and damning reports by the Amnesty International indicting the Nigerian army in the massacre of 347 bodies admitted by the Kaduna state government to have been buried in a single mass grave in Mando, Zaria, the Nigerian military top officers and other security bosses entered a series of secret meetings to figure a way out of the egregious ‘bloody mess.’
It was leaked to NewsRescue that the decision reached after vigorous plotting was to frame Boko Haram as behind the massacre at all stages from onset to the current anti-Nigerian army publicity and global reaction.

The security chiefs decided to claim the entire incident was planned and supervised by Boko Haram. The narrative which is to be introduced gradually and pushed in the media would have it that due to the recent successes of the Nigerian army against Boko Haram, the terror sect sponsors “within the Kaduna government and abroad” instigated the road-block itself by giving the Islamic movement inciting reports in regards to a mission of the army to massacre them. The motive would be that Boko Haram staged all this to malign the image of chief of army staff, Lieutenant Colonel Tukur Yusuf Buratai and hence “hinder the war against the sect.”
The plot would further push a tale that disguised Boko Haram members onsite during the massacre were the ones who killed most of the dead Muslims dumped in the Mando mass grave.
It is recalled that during the army deposition at the Judicial panel, while admitting that a number of bodies were handed over for the burial, the army refused to state how many.

The new narrative will claim that the army had no knowledge of the excess bodies in the Mando mass grave and it could only have been the “Boko Haram agents within the Kaduna government” that added these hundreds of bodies “killed by Boko Haram” actors into the grave.
The governor of Kaduna may be implicated as the fall guy to save the heads of the security bosses, army chief and ultimately, President Muhammadu Buhari who is highly disturbed by the bad publicity from the massacre and aftermath. Buhari who has been called and admonished by the United States government, reportedly instructed the security chief to deal with the issue and/or not embarrass him with it.

The army it was reported is not particularly sympathetic with governor el-Rufai because he “was a great motivator of the massacre and demolitions, but later thought he could pull himself out,” our source said.

An initial plan to evacuate the bodies quickly dissipated realizing that global satellites were trained on the Mando mass grave and as this initial plot was leaked by several media including NewsRescue.

According to our highly placed intelligence top secret sources, the plan is already in motion and the new spin narrative is already in the press. An “unlimited” amount of funds has been dedicated to “making this all go away,” sources said. NewsRescue has not yet identified such publications but will surely update this article with them when we spot them.

No one is immune from implication to get out of the ‘bloody mess,’ the sources said; the security chiefs are ready to seriously implicate any one, media, government official, governors and even international rights organisations as co-players in the concocted Boko Haram mission.

Nigerian Army Planning To Steal Bodies From Mass Grave In Zaria

SaharaReporters learned that a contingent of soldiers have been deployed to the site of the mass grave to keep guard at the site in an effort to prevent the uncovering of the hundreds of bodies buried there. A source added that the soldiers were securing the sight in order to facilitate the exhuming and taking away of many of the corpses tossed into the mass grave in an effort to cover up the army’s atrocities.

SaharaReporters has learned that the Nigerian army has finalized preparations to secretly exhume and cart away the bodies of hundreds of Shiite Muslims massacred by soldiers last December and buried in a mass grave in Zaria, Kaduna State.

The military had dug a mass grave in the Mando area of Zaria after soldiers killed hundreds of Shiite members between December 12th and 14th, 2015. An Amnesty International report estimated that the troops massacred as many as 1,000 civilians during its repeated assault on the Shiite followers and the leadership of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN). The victims of the carnage were then buried in a mass grave.

In addition, the soldiers shot and abducted the IMN leader, Sheik Ibrahim Zakzaky, from his home. The Nigerian Army burnt the sheik’s home along with business and residential property owned by other Shiites in Zaria. Sheik Zakzaky has never been produced in public since soldiers took him away.

TOWARDS UNDERSTANDING SHIA

So much misunderstandings and misconceptions have been surrounding Shia throughout the history of Islam. This is surprising considering the fact that there is abundant information and literature on Shia and Shiism. Similarly there Shia Muslims that live and intermingle with the society, yet Shia and Shiism remain ambiguous to many people. These fallacies may be attributed to ignorance about the religion of Islam in general to many. Another reason may be ascribed to the malicious forces (some of them in human form) at work that calculatingly confuse the credulous minds of those that want to know about Shiism.

Among the many made-up bunkum attributed to Shia are: they abuse the Sahaba (companions) and wives of the Prophet (SAW), they have their own version of the Holy Quran, they claim that Angle Jibril (AS) made a mistake of delivering the message of prophet ship to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) instead of Imam Ali (AS) and they engage in short term marriage (Mut’a).

These accusations and many more of their kind have been in circulation almost throughout the history of Islam. However, after the brutal massacre of innocent Muslims in Zaria by the Nigerian Army between 12 and 14th December, 2015 both active and latent antagonists of Shia and the Islamic Movement in Nigeria saw an opportunity to exhaust their malevolent thoughts. I had personally been thinking it is the innocent common men on the street that have been infected by these baseless deceptions and allegations against the Shia and Shiism. However the recent submissions made by some people at the ongoing sitting of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry set up by the Kaduna State government to investigate the Zaria carnage have left me gaping. Among the people that made accusatory submissions were university professors and lecturers. Such crops of personalities are supposed to have the responsibilities of guiding and shaping the society, but they appear to either be muddled or have mortgaged their conscious. The root cause of the divide in Islam lies in historical facts, it is therefore unbelievable how a Muslim professor of history can fall short of understanding what Shiism is.

I am not an Islamic scholar to attempt in debunking the useless assertions made on Shia by the unapprised professors and their likes. However, I feel it a duty to share with the public the little I know about Shia and Shiism.

It will be indispensable to understand that all the Muslims agree that Allah is One, Muhammad (SAW) is His last Prophet, the Qur’an is His last Book for mankind, and that one day Allah will resurrect all human beings, and they will be questioned about their beliefs and actions. This is what it takes to be a Muslim. Unfortunately, Muslims have agreed to be divided in two major schools of thoughts of Shia and Sunnah with the major disagreements between the two schools in the following two areas:

1. The Caliphate (successorship/leadership) which the Shi’a believes is the right of the Imams of Ahlul-Bayt (the Prophets pure house hold).
2. The Islamic rule when there is no clear Qur’anic statement, nor is there a Hadith upon which Muslim schools have agreed.

The second issue has root into the first one. The Shi’a refer to Ahlul-Bayt for deriving the Sunnah of Prophet (SAW). They do this in conformity with the order of Prophet reported in the authentic Sunni and Shi’i collections of traditions beside what the Qur’an attests to their perfect purity.

Muslims agree that the caliphate of Abu Bakr came through election by a limited number of the companions of the Prophet. The election was conducted by a minority group, because the majority of the prominent companions of prophet had no knowledge of the election when it took place. Ali (AS), Ibn Abbas, Uthman, Talha, Zubair, Sa’d Ibn Abi Waqqas, Salman al-Farsi, Abu Dharr, Ammar Ibn Yasir, Miqdad, Abdurrahman Ibn Owf were among those who were not consulted nor even informed. Even Umar confessed to the fact that the election of Abu Bakr was without consultation of Muslims, as reported in Sahih al-Bukhari (Arabic-English, Tradition 8.817). On the other hand, election implies choice and freedom, and that every Muslim has the right to elect the nominee. Whoever refuses to elect him does not oppose God or His Messenger because neither God nor His Messenger appointed the nominated person by people. Both way, Muslims have been grouped as Shia (those that follow and support Ali (AS) and the pure house hold of the Prophet (SAW)) and Sunni (those that follow and support the companions of the Prophet (SAW)) based on the question of who was to succeed the Prophet. With this little background on Islam and the difference between Shia and Sunnah, let us see some traditions of the Prophet (SAW) to know whether Shia has a place in Islam.

The word Shia literarily means supporters and has been used in this milieu in the Holy Qur’an in a number of places. The origin of Shiism is not separate from the origin of Islam since the Prophet himself sowed its seed by proclaiming the wisãya (successor ship) and khilãfat (caliphate) of Ali bin Abí Tãlib in the first open call to Islam that he made in Mecca.
When the verse “And warn thy nearest relations.” (The Qur’an 26:214) was revealed, the Prophet organized a feast that is known in history as “Summoning the Family – Da’wat dhu ‘l-‘Ashira”. The Prophet invited about forty men from the Banu Hãshim and asked Ali bin Abi Tãlib to make arrangements for the dinner. After having served his guests with food and drinks, the Prophet wanted to speak to them about Islam; Abu Lahab forestalled him and said, “Your host has long since bewitched you.” All the guests dispersed before the Prophet could present his message to them.
The Prophet then invited them the next day. After the feast, he spoke to them, saying: “O Sons of ‘Abdu ‘l-Muttalib! By Allah, I do not know of any person among the Arabs who has come to his people with better than what I have brought to you. I have brought to you the good of this world and the next, and I have been commanded by the Lord to call you unto Him. Therefore, who amongst you will support me in this matter so that he may be my brother (akhhí), my successor (wasiyyí) and my caliph (khalifatí) among you?”

This was the first time that the Prophet openly and publicly called the relations to accept him as the Messenger and Prophet of Allah; he also used the words “akhí wa wasiyyí wa khalífatí- my brother, my successor, and my caliph” for the person who will aid him in this mission. No one answered him; they all held back except the youngest of them – Ali bin Abí Tãlib. He stood up and said, “I will be your helper, O Prophet of God.”
The Prophet put his hand on the back of Ali’s neck and said: “Inna hadhã akhhí wa wasiyyí wa khalífatí fíkum, fasma’û lahu wa atí’û – Verily this is my brother, my successor, and my caliph amongst you; therefore, listen to him and obey.”

This was the first explicit statement because the audience understood the appointment of Ali very clearly. Some of them, including Abu Lahab, even joked with Abu Tãlib that your nephew, Muhammad (SAW), has ordered you to listen to your son and obey him! At the least, this shows that the appointment of Ali bin Abí Tãlib was clear and explicit, not just implied.
Ibn Hajar in his book As-Sawa’iq ul-Muhriqa p. 96 -Egyptian edition wrote that ad-Daylami mentioned a tradition saying that the Prophet (SAW) said, “O Ali, Allah has forgiven you, your progeny, your wives and your Shia (followers). Be delighted…”

The same hadith has been mentioned by ibnul-Maghazili in his book al-Manaqib, al-Hamawini in Fara’id us-Samtayn, al-Manaawi in Kunuz ul-Haqaayiq p. 202, al-Qanduzi in Yanabi’ ul Mawaddah p. 270, Abu Bakr bin Shihab in Rashfat us-Sadi p. 81, -Egyptian edition- and others. Furthermore, ad-Daylami recorded that the Prophet (SAW) said, “O Ali, you and your Shia will come to me at the Pond in Paradise quenched with shining faces, while your enemies will come to me thirsty and necks thrust forth.” This very tradition has been mentioned by al-Manaawi in Kunuz ul-Haqaayiq p. 203, -Bolaq edition-, by al-Qanduzi al-Hanafi in Yanaabi’ ul Mawaddah p. 182, -Egyptian edition-, and Muhammad Saalih at-Tirmidhi in al-Manaaqib ul-Murtazawiyya p.101, -Bombay Edition-.

Ad-Daylami mentioned in his book Firdous ul-Akhbar that Umm Salama (the Prophet’s wife) said that the Prophet (s.a.w.a) had said:
“Ali and his Shia (followers) are the winners on the Day of Resurrection.” The same was also mentioned by al-Manaawi in Kunuz ul-Haqa’iq p. 98, and al-Qanduzi in Yanabi’ ul Mawaddah p. 188 and 237, -Istanbul Edition-.
Sabt bin al-Jawzi in his book Tadhkirat ul-Khawaas p. 59, has narrated a hadith by Abu Sa’id al-Khudri that the Prophet (SAW) looked at Ali bin Abu Talib and said: “This Man and his Shia are the winners on the Day of Resurrection.”

Al-Khatib al-Khawarizmi mentioned in al-Manaaqib p. 178 a hadith reported by Yazid bin Shurahil al-Ansari, Imam Ali’s clerk, that he had heard Imam Ali(AS) saying, “The Prophet (SAW) said to me while he was leaning on my chest, O Ali, you have heard Allah’s saying: Those who believe and do good; they are surely the best of men. (The Qur’an 98:7). They are you and your Shia. My rendezvous and yours will be at the Pond when the nations gather for the Judgment and you (and your Shia) will come with honor and radiance.” This tradition was also mentioned by as-Suyuti in his ad-Durr ul-Manthur vol. 6 p. 379 -Egyptian edition-. The same tradition has been reported by Muhammad Ib Jarir adDabariy who is considered Imamul Mafassarin in the Sunni world (died about 1125 years ago) while commenting on the same verse.

Al-Khatib ul-Baghdadi mentioned in his Muwazzih Awham uj-Jam’ wa at-Tafriq vol. 1 p. 43; a tradition from Muhammad bin Amr bin al-Hasan, from Zaynab, from Fatima (a) the daughter of the Prophet (SAW) that the Prophet said to Ali, “O Abul-Hasan (Ali), you and your Shia will be in Paradise.” Al-Haythami also mentioned in his book Majma’uz-Zawa’id vol. 10 p. 21 -Egyptian edition- that Umm Salama(r) said: “When the Prophet (SAW) was in my house one night, Fatima and Ali sat with him. He raised his head towards them and said: “O Ali, be delighted. You and your Shia will be in Paradise.”

He (Al-Haythami) also mentioned, in vol. 9 p. 173, a tradition narrated by Abu Hurayra that the Prophet (SAW) said to Ali, ‘You and your Shia are with me in Paradise.” The same was mentioned by al-Khatib al-Baghdadi in his book The History of Baghdad vol. 12 p. 289 –Egyptian edition-. Ibnul-Maghazili ash-Shafie has mentioned, in al-Manaqib p. 293 tradition No. 335, a hadith from Anas bin Malik that the Prophet (s) had said, “Seventy thousand from among my ummah will enter Paradise without there being any reckoning.” Then he looked at Ali and said: “They are from your Shia and you are their Imam.”
This hadith was mentioned by al-Khawarizmi in his al-Manaqib p. 229, ibn Hasnawayh al-Musily in Durr Bahr il-Manaqib p. 119, and al-Qanduzi in Yanabi’ ul Mawaddah p. 124.

History has reported that just two months before his departure from this world, the Prophet clearly appointed ‘Ali in Ghadir Khumm as the leader (religious as well as political) of the Muslims. He said, “Whosoever’s Master I am, this ‘Ali is his Master.” He also said, “I am leaving two precious things behind, as long as you hold on to them both you will never go astray: the Book of Allah and my progeny”.

I hope with these few sayings of the Holy prophet of Islam (SAW) all from Sunni sources, the meaning of Shia and Shiism will have different meaning to the ‘informed’ dons and the right seeking people from the misconstrued bosh associated with Shia and Shiism by their enemies.

To those that are hallucinating to the end of Shia with the barbaric clamp down on the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, they may have rethink. The tragedy of Ashura, where Imam Husain and his family and companions were mercilessly killed has not brought an end to Shia. Ideas are best confronted with ideas and since the idea of Shia is from the Prophet of Islam (SAW) no idea can crush it. In my next writing insha Allah, I will touch on some of the issues of abusing the Companions and wives of the Prophet and other impish issues being raised against Shia by the enemies of truth and justice.

The Nigeria Army attacked 4 locations during the brutal #Zaria_Massacre that occurred on the 12th, 13th & early hours of Monday 14th December, 2015 and killed close to 1000 defenseless & unarmed #Shia_Muslims.

The Nigerian Army attacked the Husseiniyyah (Islamic center) and killed hundreds, they attacked the Darul Rahma grave yard and killed hundreds and they also staged a road block in a town called “Dogarawa” at the outskirt of Zaria where 22 members of IMN were killed coming from Bargi in Tudun wada LG, Kano state.

But the biggest massacre by the Nigerian Army took place at the residence of Sheikh Ibraheem #Zakzaky. That was where they killed more than 300 civilians and burnt people alive. And that was where their allied Wahhabi thugs slaughtered IMN members with knives & swords to compliment the massacre of the Nigerian Army. The Nigerian Army coordinated with these local Wahhabi militants during the course of the brutal massacre.

From the confessions of Kaduna state government officials that they went to Zaria on the 13th December to collect the 347 dead bodies and that they arrived Mando, Kaduna, by midnight of the same day and started the mass burial. This means that the dead bodies from the attacks on the residence of Sheikh Zakzaky and other adjacent houses of IMN members in Gyellesu are not included among the 347.

This proves that there is another mass grave dug by the Nigerian Army to bury those they killed and burnt alive at the residence of Sheikh Zakzaky and other residences of IMN members in Gyellesu.

With the confessions of the Kaduna state government officials at the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into the Zaria massacre, Nigerians should call for the exhuming of that Mando mass grave for two reason;the first reason is to respect the death by giving the Martyrs a befitting burial in accordance to Islamic traditions. And the second reason is to accertain the identities of the Martyrs so that Nigerians will know the identities of those that are still missing.

Finally, with the recent developments Nigerians can now see why the oppressive and tyrannical Nigerian regime launched its desperate smear campaigns of calumny and demonization against IMN, Shia Islam and Iran, and the regime is so desperate to link the peaceful IMN with murderous terrorism. The Nigerian regime wanted to bury the brutal Zaria massacre that was undoubtedly a war crime.

Anyways what I'm going to tell you is that all I see is videos, I did not hear anything, I'll watch again if I have to but it still doesn't change the fact that they started the trouble when they blocked the convoy

And we still do not know what transpired that led to killing, but I know I saw people with swords and stuffs in the first video I watched , someone must have done something


And if it's just massacre the God will be the judge, not me, I can only tell you my observation

What took soldiers out of their barracks into a place of worship? What took them into the house of a prominent cleric? What took them to a graveyard? Who permitted them to brutalize and shoot a cleric, his wife and his children? Was Zakzaky the one who blocked the convoy of the war criminal Burutai? Was his wife on the road? Do you kill people for blocking road or protesting?

Just about a week ago, the same soldiers were acting like Saudi Wahhabi police in Kebbi and katsina. They were literally in a mission of religious persecution. They were preventing Shiites from attending mosque and holding a religious ceremony. They were confiscating flags and banners for a religious ceremony. Is that the work of Nigerian soldiers? Who sent them? Do you still think all the brutal killings are a reaction to a road block? And nothing more ?

So a car exploded just like that? What of the burnt buildings? What of the Husseiniyyah that got demolished? Was it also a car that exploded? What of the video that shows soldiers shooting sporadically in Zakzaky's private residence? Is that their barrack? Who sent them there? What of the dead bodies piling gutters and roadside? The dead bodies of young boys who were being looted by the good residents of Zaria the army use to sing their lame excuses as cover for the war crimes committed?

The point is clear. No amount of force can stop people from believing in a religious or an ideology. In Nigeria, everyday ten Nigerians become Shia. Why didn't you comment in that thread? You're making baseless insinuations and anecdotes far from the truth and the reality and results of the aftermath of the massacre. The heroes of the Nigerian Army were strolling and taking positions and were evidently not attacked. This video is of the Husseiniyyah. What of the other video at Sheikh Zakzaky's residence that shows burnt bodies of civilians and soldiers in gloves? Were they putting those gloves on to shake the hand of the queen of England? Are all these propaganda? Or is it just that you lack human sympathy and its inherent in you to be a wicked beast, as even some wild beasts in the jungle show mercy to their fellow animals?

Anyways, with the evidences and war crimes committed, ICC is waiting. Those criminals will not have a good retirement to rest with their families in peace. They will be legally and spiritually tormented until justice is done in this world before they face justice in the hell fire in the hereafter.

A brother sent to my WhatsApp account the article with the above headline by a faceless Anthony Kolawole who claimed to be an academic doctor from Nassarawa state university. This said person launched a drunken tirade on the great Nigerian social activist and public affairs commentator Dr. Peregrino Brimah by casting doubts about his identity and activism so as to nullify all his great writings and publications.

Since after the brutal #Zaria_Massacre by the Nigerian Army that killed close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed #Shia_Muslims, Dr. Peregrino Brimah though a practicing Christian was at the forefront in demanding for justice to the victims of the brutal massacre. So it is just a matter of time before the masterminds and executors of that brutal slaughter launch sponsored attacks on him and the above-named article should be seen in that light.

It is important to note that it is not only Dr. Peregrino Brimah that categorically condemned the brutal Zaria massacre and called for independent, impartial and credible probe but all the Human Rights organizations the world over. Majority of social activists in Nigeria also called for an impartial probe but the sponsors of Anthony Kolawole who masterminded the brutal Zaria massacre that killed close to 1000 civilians and buried them in mass graves chose to attack the loudest voice. They launched this attacks so as to bury what was undoubtedly a war crime.

It is also important to note that this is the first time I am seeing any write-up bearing the name of “Anthony Kolawole” and to feed my curiosity I used Google Search engine to check for any past article or publication of “Anthony Kolawole” but could not find any. This means that “Anthony Kolawole” is a fictitious personality sponsored by the Northern Nigeria civilian-militatry cabal that murdered close to 1000 defenseless Nigerian civilians to serve the evil Saudi Wahhabi agenda in Nigeria. But for the sake of posterity and academic discuss I will address the issues raised by “Anthony Kolawole”.

Anthony Kolawole wrote: “Brimah was apparently able to take time off as a paid gun calling for the bastardization of the Naira to champion the cause of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) or Shiite Sect. He wants all Nigerians and President Muhammadu Buhari to join him in criminalizing the Nigerian Army for taking on radicalized youths of the sect who thought they could kill the Army Chief, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai.” The claim by the Nigerian Army that IMN members wanted to “assassinate” the Nigerian Army Chief was the first narration by the Nigerian Army to justify its brutal onslaughter against a civilian population that resulted in the death of close to 1000 civilians. Since then the present Nigerian Army authorities had given four other narrations as to their reason for the brutal Zaria massacre!

Anthony Kolawole wrote:”How many times have these people created gridlocks that cause delays which in turn leave hapless travelers moving into the night and into the hands of armed robbers?” It is a fact that all religious organizations in Nigeria discomfort travelers due to high number of participants and to accuse #IMN alone of this “crime” is selective and malicious. And not only religious organizations but also political rallies and campaigns but the sponsored Anthony Kolawole only singled out IMN for attack and wanted to use that as a justification for the brutal slaughter of close to 1000 Shia Muslims and burying them in mass graves.

In other to give himself a semblance of credibility that is non-existent the sponsored Anthony Kolawole wrote:”Nothing and absolutely nothing justifies the needless loss of any human life particularly when the situation is avoidable.” But all his tirades against the respected Dr. Peregrino Brimah, all his incoherent rantings against IMN and it’s leadership was to justify the monumental loss of valuable Nigerian lives that the Nigerian Army are paid to protect and defend.

The ugly face and agenda of the sponsored Anthony Kolawole was unmasked when he dragged #Iran and specifically mentioned the name of the Iranian Ambassador to Nigeria Saeed Kozechi when he said: “From his failed attempts to demonize the Nigerian state and its operatives, one cannot help but wonder if Birmah’s nausea worthy defence of IMN were crafted for him by the Iranian Ambassador to Nigeria, Saeed Kozechi or that he was responsible for prepping Kozechi for all those anti-Nigerian rants.” This is the backbone of the Saudi Wahhabi agenda in Nigeria which is to drag Nigeria into the Saudi Wahhabi sphere of influence by attacking and demonizing Iran in Nigeria and to make Iran a scapegoat of the brutal massacre of the peaceful Nigerian Shia Muslims.

Finally, the above-named article by the faceless Anthony Kolawole is yet another attempt by the perpetrators of the brutal Zaria massacre to distort history and bury their war crimes that has been reffered to the International Criminal Court (ICC) at the Hague. It is also a direct message to the great brother and social activist Dr. Peregrino Brimah that his crusade against gross injustice of the bloodthirsty war criminals that perpetrated the brutal slaughter of civilians in Zaria is causing great discomfort to them. He should take solace that his distractors are inhuman, wicked and evil characters who among those they killed were defenseless Nigerian women and children and buried them in mass graves to bury the evidences. Nigerians and the International community should hold the oppressive and tyrannical regime responsible for anything that happens to Dr. Peregrino Brimah even if its “accidental”. There are credible information as mentioned by the Nigerian former Aviation Minister Fani Femi Kayode that the bloodthirsty Nigerian regime want to eliminate key advocates of justice for the Zaria massacre victims.

When i got the report regarding the outcome of the sittings conducted so far by the bogus committee, set up by the very people who ordered the Zaria massacre, ostensibly to investigate the massacre, my first reaction was astonishment to the point of disbelief, revulsion and disdain for the Salafi Army all mingled together.

For, i read with great astonishment, how the Salafi generals of the Army stood, in the midst of participants, and shamelessly spewed forth fibs upon fibs without consideration for dignity, let alone the fear of God, to exonorate themselves from blame.

According to them, they killed no one, and all the bodies found killed was as a result of stampede! The massacre began in broad day light, and continued for two days, with the salafists and other Sunnis cheering the Army to finish off the ‘Shi’a infidels’, in some cases the salafists civilians assisted the soldiers in murdering some brothers, anyone who escaped the soldiers and got caught by these ‘sunnis’ will be butchered to pieaces with swords, ax or knives.

The doctors at the hospital had witnessed the bringing by soldiers, of corpses numbering hundreds. We have the evidence of mass graves where our brethrens were unceremoniously buried. We have the evidence of burnt corpses of our brothers and sisters, plus the accounts of various survivors, and other eye witnesses not belonging to the movement.

My thought is not on our brethrens killed, for they have achieved the highest position all of us wish to attain. They were the lucky ones, we are the ones whom should be pitied. My thoughts, however, concentrated on the mothers and wives of those killed by the Salafi soldiers at the behest of the Najdi kingdom of the family of Saud. How, i thought, would these mothers feel when they heard what these lying coward generals said? I am sure that, if not the path of the Ahlul Bait A.S is a Noble path, these women would have lost the circadian rhythm of life and fallen into a tesseract of time so much that day and night would be blended into one, due to the agony they were subjected to.

Among these brave women, there are those who lost 5 children, there are those who lost 4, there are those who lost 3 and their husbands, yet they stood firm, not recanting, for a moment, their unflinching belief in Shiism and the noble path they are cleaving to. Now, the killers of their sons and daughters and husbands are denying killing anyone.

My admiration for these sisters is limitless. I always said, men are weak, and sometimes full of treachery. Our women are the backbone of our struggle for emancipation from the tyranny of this Salafi regime.

Go on persevering o sisters, I swear to God, anyone who has a hand in the murder of your children, husbands, brothers or sisters will be destroyed by the wrath of Allah The Sublime, The Most High. And the time is not far away, God willing

NIGERIAN SECURITY AGENTS DESPERATE TO ASSOCIATE IMN WITH TERRORIST GROUPS

In the past few days we have received some intelligence reports dished out by the security agents insinuating that the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN is planning a coalition with the terrorist organization Boko Haram.

The intelligence report further indicated that due to the said ‘strategic alliance with Boko Haram, attacks will be carried out on military formations and other government buildings. Ordinarily we wouldn’t have even reacted to this latest ‘intelligence report’ had it not been due to the frequency with which the report is being peddled across the intelligence community, since we have in the past reiterated our stance vis-à-vis terrorism and terrorist groups.

However we distance the IMN from any attempt to associate it with violence and other militant activities. Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, our revered leader has said it many times without number that:

“Our weapon is positive reasoning, truth and good conduct. Guns are for the reckless and foolhardy ones. We have been conducting our affairs peacefully, calling people to the truth for the last 36 years. So you cannot come overnight and attribute violence to us that we now resort to killing people. This is impossible. We save lives not kill them.”

This is the teaching of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky for the past almost four decades, and we will not derail from that in the face of many provocations as wished by the Nigerian government and its security agents.

We hereby state categorically that there are no connections or any links whatsoever between the Islamic Movement in Nigeria and Boko Haram.

IMN in the first place is not the creation of any foreign security agencies, which is common with all the various terrorist groups globally. It was borne out of the desire of Muslims to live according to the teachings of Islam. IMN has been around at least in Nigeria for almost four decades now, with its various educational programs now commonly known in many Nigerian villages, towns and cities and with all its activities peacefully and transparently conducted.

Hence, there is no basis for any comparison with the Boko Haram that is a terrorist organization and a creation of global imperialism with the intention of tarnishing the image of Islam.

Moreover it is the same so called Boko Haram that bombed our brothers and sisters during an Ashura procession in Potiskum, Yobe state in 2014 and also sent suicide bombers to the Arba’een trek along Kano –Zaria highway killing many innocent people including women and children. It beats any sane imagination that IMN will now turn to the same group in what the intelligence agents term ‘strategic alliance.’

The IMN will like to reiterate its stance once again; we reject any violence or militant attack on anybody or any place in our name. We are not and will never become, act or relate with any terrorist group.

We make bold this statement because the history of security agencies the world over is known for false flag operations, Nigeria inclusive; where a violent attack will be carried out somewhere and innocent people will be accused of the crime. Islam is a religion of peace and is not associated with violence; therefore it is illogical to associate killings and violence to true followers of Islam.

In a related development, the Inspector General of Police, Director General of DSS and other bigwigs of the security agencies held a meeting wherein they deliberated on the need to crush the IMN once and for all before the month of Ramadan. According to them all efforts carried out to exterminate the Movement so far will come to naught if the annual Quds day rally is staged anywhere in Nigeria again.

In preparation for the grand onslaught on the IMN some Muslim Clerics have been commissioned to add momentum to their hate campaigns against Shia in all their preaching sessions. This treacherous act has already started in earnest in various mosques across the country. One of such Sheikhs on the payroll of the government was even heard saying to those around him, “leave them (Shiites) they will be finished off in the next two weeks.”

We will like to inform the public that, the Islamic Movement in Nigeria is at the receiving end of the evil machinations of the government. By now those who are opposed to any peaceful resolution of Zaria massacre by the military are seen clearly in their true colors.

Notwithstanding we will keep on pressing for our demands that, punishment be meted out on the military that unjustly and without due process killed innocent Nigerians who are followers of Sheikh Zakzaky on 12-14 December, 2015 in Zaria. We still demands that our leader, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky be released unconditionally, since after over four months the authorities have failed to accuse him of committing any crime.

The Nigerian Minister of Defense, Mansur Muhammad Dan Ali, gave and exclusive interview with SaharaReporters in Washington, DC in the United States. Mr. Dan Ali addressed some of the most controversial questions related to the military’s conduct during the Zaria massacre in December 2015, the ongoing security situation connected to Biafran agitation, Nigeria’s membership in the Islamic Coalition of states against terrorism, and abuse against civilians by armed forces.

Mr. Dan Ali exclusively told SaharaReporters that the notorious Brigadier General Momoh, who was exposed as working with top Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) politicians to compromise the integrity of the 2014 Ekiti State gubernatorial election, was forced to retire from the military. This development, a widely expected outcome from the report by the Board of Inquiry on the matter, had not been official confirmed until the exclusive interview.

When asked by our SaharaReporters correspondent if he could confirm the BOI’s recommendation to retire the embattled Mr. Momoh, the Minister of Defense said, “why not, I do” confirm this.

He added that his service with the Nigerian military would end “as soon as possible. In fact as I am talking to you maybe he has already applied for it.”

When asked further whether Mr. Momoh had already been retired, Mr. Dan Ali said “Yeah I think so by now, yes.”

The full report from the Board of Inquiry, which investigated Mr. Momoh’s and others’ conduct during election periods, has not been publicly made available at the time of reporting.

Mr. Dan Ali also spoke to SaharaReporters about the conduct of the military during the December 2015 Zaria massacre. The military is accused of killing at least 300 Shiite Muslims during an altercation with the Chief of Army Staff TY Buratai and soldiers. The massacre, which lasted three days, saw the arrest of the leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN), Sheikh Zakzaky, who was brutalized and held in secret detention for an extended period of time. Mr. Zakzaky has still not been released from detention.

Mr. Dan Ali told our correspondent that “if I comment [on the Shiite massacre] it is going outside the bound” of the judicial inquiry and that he did not want to influence that process.

The Defense Minister did not feel comfortable disclosing details of the massacre to the public other than to say that the Shiite protesters instigated the use of force and that the violence only “lasted overnight” and that “in the morning the whole thing was cleared.”

When asked to reconfirm if he was confident that the use of force by the military did not extend beyond the initial Saturday, Mr. Dan Ali said “it did not.”

It will be recalled that the timeline Mr. Dan Ali’s timeline of the events does not correspond with other reports and investigations by SaharaReporters. Mr. Dan Ali also did not offer comment on the destruction of several Shiite shrines and religious sites by the military. The Defense Minister said that he was uncomfortable disclosing details of the altercation between Shiite protesters and the military, until the report has been issued, other than to say the military was instigated.

Mr. Dan Ali also addressed concerns the public has on how instances of military cadets being abused during training affects their treatment of civilians. He told our correspondent “as much as possible we are trying to train and retrain our forces. We are trying as much as possible to give leadership by example. President Buhari has made sure that all the needs of our administration.”

The Minister of Defense also told SaharaReporters that leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, who has been detained by the government since October 2015, was helping to stabilize the security situation in Biafra. Mr. Dan Ali said that detaining Mr. Kanu was the decision of the court but that “the whole thing [in Biafra] has been stabilized so I think it has assisted in stabilizing the situation.”

One interesting thing with the academia is that it gives freedom of criticism; you can criticize whatever perspective without considering the power or influence of its developer. But the criticism must be sound and valid with intellectual contents, not a mere personality attack or character assassination.

There had been a long standing debate on population growth. For instance, central to demographic perspective is the reason why population increase, and population problems.

There are two types of scholars under the demographic perspective; The Pronatalists and the Anti-Natalists. Pronatalists scholars support increase in population growth, while the anti-natalists are against any form of population growth.

Usually the anti-natalists scholars apply crude methods in dealing with population growth. For example, the philosopher Plato suggested in his book ‘THE LAWS’ a method of birth control by late marriages, infanticide (killing of infants), and migration.

His student Aristotle also made it clear in his book ‘POLITICS’ in 340BC that if the state prescribed a number of children to deliver per woman, and a woman become pregnant after reaching the exact number, there is no any option left than to go for abortion.

One way or the other, our present Nigerian president is a student of either Plato or Aristotle, because his government is in support of the anti-natalists doctrine. Not that they declare themselves as thus, but their actions are totally anti-natal.

Zaria massacre and its kind could never happen in a Pronatal nation and the perpetrators move freely without the government taking a serious action against them. But we have seen how the Nigeria army killed thousands of members of the Islamic movement at Hussainiyyah centre and Gyallesu residence of Sheikh Zakzaky.

The world witnessed how crude the Buhari military acted by killing defenceless women, old people, juveniles, infants in a cold blood murder.
If the new world order is afraid of the rapid growth of Sheikh Zakzaky’s followers in Nigeria, then Buhari should have connived with the national assembly to pass a law that will prescribe the exact number of children a member of the Islamic movement is expected to have rather than applying the massacre method, this is 21st century fa.

Yet, the anti-nalists Buhari is not satisfied with the Buratai’s Zaria massacre and Kirikou’s (El-Rufa’i) Tuesday murder of peaceful protesters in Kaduna. They all now focused on Katsina state; maybe they are disturbed with the IMN growth there.

Buhari is just applying the anti-natal style illogically. You cannot think of crippling an ideology with the killing of its members, the world is watching, and we are all writing history. The anti-natal Buhari regime will never exceed 8 political years in power, but the Islamic movement ideology will remain in the hearts of millions of Zakzaky supporters forever.

The story of the December 2015 clash between the Nigeria Army and the Shiite Islamic Movement in Nigeria is still evolving.

One of the victims, Ahmad Yahaya who narrowly escaped dead during the clash, told Pulse exclusively that he still carries bullets from the incidence.

While narrating how the incident all started, Yahaya said the soldiers started gathering within the premises of Husainiyya Mosque in the morning even before the arrival of the Army Chief, Tukur Buratai.

According to him, it was the day the movement were celebrating changing of flags. He said he managed to leave the mosque for a hostel because he was a student.

Yahaya said that even when he ran to a hostel belonging to the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), where he is an MSc student, he was still hearing loud sound of explosives.

Ahmad Yahaya said after communicating with his uncle throughout the night, he returned early in the morning to the house of their leader, Sheik Ibrahim El- Zakzaky because the movement believes in protecting their leader.

Yahaya seems to have been lucky after surviving gunshots. But he claims four of his brothers and his uncle killed who he had communicated with at night were killed.

Yahaya’s tale pictures the agony suffered by some members of the Shiite movement in Zaira, Kaduna State during their clash with the military.

Even though Kaduna State government has setup a judicial commission of enquiry to look into the matter and investigate, the Shiite Movement has declined to participate, insisting they will only take part if their leader is released.

“We have this belief of protecting our leader and many of us were caught there. We thank God that some of us survived to tell the story” Yahaya told Pulse.

“The military men were just killing both men and women including children. We were just close to Sheik house when I separated with my brothers. I was shot. As I am talking to you, I am still carrying about four bullets in my body. Some of the bullets have been removed but I am still carrying some”

“When I was shot, I rushed to the Islamic Movement Medical Association’s Centre which was just at the back of Sheik house. Before I reached there, soldiers were already killing the people” Yahaya said.

“My mum was also shot but not directly. She has over 9 bullets in her body. The attack took about 40 hours. This left us with so many bullets wounds” he said.

Yahaya who admitted there were confrontation between members of the movement and the Nigerian Army even before Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai came close to the Husainiyya Mosque said that contrary to reports, their members were not in possession of guns.

“If we had guns how come more than a thousand people were killed from the Islamic movement side and no soldier was hurt? Just think about that. If they called it a clash, how comes thousands of our members were killed but none of the soldiers was harmed?”

“Up to this moment, the military has no injured person. Of course, the natural instinct is that even a cat, if you push it to the wall, it would react. Our members were just throwing stones” Yahaya added.

On speculations that Iran is the backbone of the Shiite Islamic Movement in Nigeria and allegation that the Shiite group in Nigeria receives financial support from Iran, some Shiite members have denied such allegation.

“Iran is like a centre for Shiite where we go to perform pilgrimage. Iran is concern with our conditions because we are brothers. People are just saying that we received funding from Iran. Who is leading the government? Everybody knows that some Muslim sect in this country are been sponsored from Saudi Arabia.

Let me tell you, some people are just afraid of the momentum the sect is gaining and they feel someday, Shiite may take over the government. But that is their feeling. We are law abiding citizens” Yahaya said.

The Nigeria military had during a petition to the National Human Rights Commission, said seven people were killed during the encounter. The Army is yet to update the number of the casualties in the attack.

“There are pictures showing how our members were buried after they dump their corpses at Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital Mortuary in Shika, Zaria. Some of our members that were detained at the military facilities said they saw how some corpses were burnt” Yahaya further disclosed.

“We are not protesting to know the whereabouts of our leader. We want his release. Our leader was shot more than 12 times but we thank God that he is still alive!" Yahaya said, adding that

“What happened was a massacre by the military because the government wanted it. Everyone knows that all Mosques and Churches are protected during programmes and that is what our members did."

In the past, there have been several clashes between Shiite members and Nigerian forces but the December 2015 encounter is seen as the most vicious with high number of casualties.

Nigerian soldiers have removed worshippers from a mosque in Katsina, northern Nigeria, in what appears to be an escalating campaign against the country’s Islamic Movement (IMN).

Eye-witnesses reported that the soldiers, who were armed, first surrounded the Juma’at Mosque before entering the building and forcing out worshippers.

IMN members deliberately stayed away from the mosque today in order to avoid any confrontation.

Today’s army action against the IMN came despite calls from IHRC on Wednesday 30 March for the British Foreign and the Commonwealth Secretariat to intervene and pressure Nigeria to stop its armed forces persecuting the IMN.

The calls followed reports that Nigerian soldiers were massing in Katsina to attack followers of the movement. The army had setup roadblocks on almost all the major roads leading into Katsina and soldiers were heard chanting that this is “the end of the Shia in Katsina”. A similar chant was used before and during attacks on the movement in Zaria last December in which at least 1000 civilians were killed.

Last week IHRC referred the events in Zaria to the International Criminal Court asking it to open a preliminary war crimes investigation into the massacre. IHRC believes that the army’s assault was a systematic and pre-planned attempt to snuff out the IMN whose growing popularity has made it a thorn in the side of Nigerian governments. A similar army assault in July 2014 during a religious procession led to the deaths of 34 IMN members including three sons of Sheikh Zakzaky who were apparently singled out for execution.

The saying stress the necessity of having a definite aim in one’s life. It is true that an aim keeps a person steady in life and encourages him to go ahead, because every human has his own taste and ambition.

Mr President,
Which aim and ambition is more better than to have myself #MARTYRED in this contemporary world? I was inspired by his eminence Sheik Zakzaky and I take my inspiration from him as well, the spiritual leader, rather than that of political, who taught me how to lead my life and maintain my faith. After all, I was born with nothing and I have lost nothing if I was killed in the course of Allah. That’s my aim and ambition.

Sir I want you to know that Martyrdom is an honor and gratitude that no one can attain except an exceptional servant. So there is nothing to fear about.

Mr President My allegiance to Sheik #Zakzaky can never be hurt no matter stress and difficulties I may encounter from your merciless Army, I know the worse you can do is to use your killing machine. What else then?

Sir I was blessed to be among the Muslim ummah and bestowed to be among the millions of disciples of Sheik Zakzaky, the father of martyrs and not any force can take them away from me.

Sir, It will be the most embarrassing episode in my life to embrace WAHABISM who are always trained to kill mercilessly. (GOD FORBID ME TO BE WAHHABI!) A religio/political team who always view Shi’a Muslim genocidally, as non Muslims worthy of annihilation.

Sir you’re the president of Federal Republic of Nigeria, a secular nation per se, where I was destined to be born; a place where lives and properties are without worth, especially in the present reign of pro-Saudi dictator emergence as president who arrogantly vowed to serve his masters at all cost, just because he has the courage to change the impossible into possible. Sir He blindly changed the equation of secular Nation in to Saudi-Wahabi subject. Fortunately as a member of IMN I remained constant.

Sir, The per se secular government insists to impose and enforce #Wahabism on Citizens regardless of their religious orientation. Sir It’s only #Wahabism that doesn’t tolerates other religious and ideological beliefs. So I will never accept such poster.

It is now over 100 days since the Nigerian Army under the command of Lut. Gen. Yusuf Tukur Buratai carried out what is clearly a well preplanned massacre on the members of the peaceful Islamic movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the revered leadership of his eminence Sheik Ibrahim Zakzaky.

Between 12th to 14th December of last year the so called Nigerian Army stormed the residence of Sheikh Zakzaky at Gyellesu in Zaria and shot the leader multiple times and his wife, killing three of his biological sons on the spot; since then his where about remain unknown.

Rule by decree is a style of governance allowing quick, unchallenged creation of law by a single person and is used primarily by dictators and absolute monarchs. Rule of law is a legal principle that law should govern a nation, as oppose to government by arbitrary decisions of individual government officials.

Now the conscious Nigerians begin to ask this question “Are Nigerians ruled by the means of Decree or Democracy”. When the incumbent president Muhammadu Buhari visited the United States Institute of Peace last July, he pledged that he would be fair, just and scrupulously follow due process and the rule of law, as enshrined in the Nigerian constitution. When sworn in he promised “He belongs to no one and is for everyone”. But were you sincere? In Zaria’s massacre we witness that is not so, how can innocent Nigerians that included armless men, seniors and children whom you promised to protect be killed in cold blood for over 24 hours by your military without intervening? Women sexually abused, shooting women in their private part, stabbing women in their breast by the Army paid to protect them. Were you sincere Mr. President? Today Sheikh Zakzaky is illegally detained for over 100 days without him being tried in any court of law in the country that practice democracy. One of the sacred liberties of man is the liberty to move freely, unless where legitimate exception is permitted by law; any limitation on a man’s liberty to move freely is an infringement on his fundamental human right. In Nigeria, such infringement is actionable either as common law tort called false imprisonment or as a breach of constitutional right of personal liberty guaranteed under Section 35 (1) of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria before amendment. All people are equal before the law, every person has the right to be charged and fairly tried. By virtue of the provisions of section 35 (5) of the 1999 Constitution (as amended), section 483 of the criminal procedure Act and section 42 of the criminal procedure code, the securities ought not to detain any person for more than 24 hours without a warrant from a magistrate. Why are these differences with the case of Sheikh Zakzaky? Why are they afraid of letting him speak to the world? Is this how you respect the “Rule of law?” “Isn’t this an act of Decree?”

The Zakzaky we know is a peace loving Nigerian that embraces all people, irrespective of colour, religion, region and background. He taught millions of Nigerians to live as brothers, he taught us to speak against injustice and stand by the truth, he taught us to love our neighbors (Christians) as we witnessed during the previous post election’s violence in the north where he protected some Christians in his residence that were attacked by the politically inspired thugs. Are all these his crimes?
In conclusion, Nigerians need answers on whether they are being ruled by military dictator or by the Rule of law (Democracy).

We demand for unconditional release of Sheikh Zakzaky, his wife and all those illegally detained by the authorities.

'Military planning to attack Shi'ites in Katsina'

The Nigerian Army is deploying more troops to Katsina state in an attempt to clampdown on the Islamic Movement at its scheduled Maulud procession in the state, the group claimed on Wednesday.

It said in a statement by its spokesperson, Ibrahim Musa that upon noticing how the army surrounded the main Juma'at mosque of the sect, where the procession was billed to take off, the movement relocated the takeoff point to stave off any possible clashes.

"However to our consternation, reinforcement was brought from neighbouring formations of the army, and roadblocks were mounted on almost all the major roads leading to Katsina city.

"We have been reliably informed that the army is set to replicate the wanton destruction of lives and properties it carried out in Zaria last December," it said.

The statement said the army's plan was to "attack the Markaz Islamic centre in the town any moment from now...as it did to Husainiyya Islamic centre in Zaria."

The sect said there are indications that some officers in the Nigerian army belong to "Jihadi" group and therefore remain poised to ending the Islamic Movement.

It also said security officers in Kebbi state have also imposed ban on any Islamic Movement's educational program in all the state's local government.

"In fact, about ten members of the Islamic Movement are presently facing prosecution simply for attending an educational session in a mosque in Birnin Kebbi," it added.
