The solution to Nigeria's problems lies in this problem being solved. And the sooner the better.

Yesterday, it was widely reported that counsel to the DSS claimed that Sheikh Zakzaky was being held in detention (with his wife) for the past three to four months with his own consent and will and for his own interest and that the Sheikh is in "protect custody" (rather, protective kidnapping). Today, the FG is making it clear that Sheilh Zakzaky cannot be release by the DSS because he is being held to "protect his life". To protect his life from whom exactly, we don't know since the government and the army in this case are the guilty party that committed crimes against humanity and violated the rights of Nigerian citizens through illegal actions, killings and destroying properties.

The government and its terrorist army led by a sick terrorist president,Tyrant Buhari who best knows how to rear cows shot Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife. Killed his three children. Killed hundreds of his followers in cold blood at four different locations in Kaduna State. Demolished his house and worship center. Burnt corpses. Exhumed graveyard. And hidden mass graves.

And in the end after four months of detention without charge the criminal government by the criminal godforsaken Buhari are telling the world they are breaking the law and committing genocide and crimes against humanity to protect the life of Zakzaky. Shouldn't Buhari rot in hell? How can a criminal claim to protect the life of his victim? Have you ever seen an armed robber protect the belongings of his victim? Or a killer protecting his prey?

They now realize Zakzaky is innocent and they can file no charges against him and his rights have been r a p e d. They now realize that after the chief criminal Buratai killed protesters on the road to get his way arrogantly, the terrorist and coward army that is only good in killing innocent and armless Nigerians should not have proceeded into private properties far away from the road incident scene to kill more innocent life's indiscriminately and destroy properties at four other locations out of wickedness and vengeance for nothing! After coward Buratai passed, hours later you proceeded to the Husseiniyah,to Zakzaky's house, to the darur rahma cemetery and to the Fudiyah Islam center and kill like beasts and destroy innocent lives that had no knowledge of any road block. Now you realize your mistake and you sound like a drunk joker. It won't work. Justice will and must prevail.

Victory for the oppressed is a divine promise as espoused in Shia Islam. Zakzaky must be freed and compensated, families of victims well compensated and the demolished properties rebuilt by the government and the criminal soldiers punished if the government wants this issue to die down completely. Otherwise all the campaign of lies, calumny, false claim (including the silly state within a state stupid lie that was fed to the Tyrant and he shamefully repeated on TV) propaganda and stupidity the government is using to cover up will do no good. After 100 years this issue will still live fresh in our memory and we Shia and IMN followed will still seek justice like Shiites have not forgotten the Tragedy of Karbala for over a thousand years. At the moment, the IMN continues on its peaceful path and the peaceful and wise approach adopted by Sheikh Zakzaky. If the oppression continues what guaranty is there coward Nigerian soldiers won't be beaten and made to run for their lives like rats? What guarantee is there abuja will not be another Sanaa that IMN followers will capture and burn aso Rock on buhari's empty evil tyrannical head? There's no guarantee. The Nigerian oppressors are only flexing their frail muscles because they know the IMN are peaceful and not armed. So do not create problems with your own hands. You cannot dictate to millions what interpretation of Islam to follow. You can commit one hundred more Zaria massacre and there will still openly and fearlessly be Shia Muslims in Nigeria till thy kingdom come and thy will be done. You cannot force faith out of people's hearts and minds. Freedom of religion is a human right and not a privilege. Shiites have survived the world over with much oppression and persecution in the crude past, talk less of today-age of technology where nothing is concealed. Killing and oppression will not deter us. It will only give us more will to embrace martyrdom and when we've had enough of you to make sure you face justice in this world before the next in one way or the other,spiritually or otherwise.

We Reject The Continued Silence Of The President On Zaria Massacre-IMN

The President had in his speech to mark Democracy Day touched on virtually all the challenges his administration faced in its one year in office. He however refused to make mention of the monumental disaster that visited the nation on 12-12-15, when our national Army massacred 1000+ armless and defenseless citizens in Zaria, who are members of the Islamic Movement (IMN). An event that the world was officially told involved a secret mass open shallow grave dug by the Army in collaboration with Kaduna state government containing 347 bodies, in an attempt to hide their heinous crime. How the President could still remain silent in spite of the mass outcry by respected individuals and groups over this gross miscarriage of justice still beats imagination.

More so, in utter disregard to law and order the Nigerian government abducted the revered leader of the Movement his Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky after several shots were fired at him and his wife, killing three of his sons, setting ablaze some compounds in his house thereby burning some people alive including his sister.

Since his abduction, the leader of IMN has been kept illegally in detention without trial or any court charge along with hundreds of other IMN members. It remains shocking and unbelievable how the President could still remain silent about this miscarriage of justice in Nigeria while democracy is said to be commemorated after one year in office disregarding outcries by governments, groups and individuals calling for fairness and justice.

Soon after the wicked incident, IMN published a list of nearly 800 missing people. The gravity of this wanton destruction of lives and property witnessed in Zaria and the use of most inhumane treatment of citizens by an army paid to defend them made a respected clergyman to call for days of national mourning to be declared. The offences committed by the army in Zaria were grave, relating to crimes against humanity as revealed by subsequent confessional statements and disclosures by reports of international human rights groups. There is simply no more room for excuses. The President can no longer feign ignorance. We therefore reject the continued silence of the President on the Zaria massacre.

There is still so much left to be done. The identity of those buried in the mass shallow open grave need to be ascertained through various scientific methods so that their relatives can give them a proper burial. Those still in various military and DSS facilities across the country need to be released without further delay. The close to 1300 orphans and over a hundred newborns delivered to the detainees would have to be told about the fate of their parents. Even if the President chooses to keep silent over what happened in Zaria for now, these orphans and babies will surely demand for justice to be done in the near future.

We therefore call on the Buhari government to come out publicly and admit its failure to address its military’s crimes against humanity in Zaria and to outline measures to correct this anomaly, starting from the release of our leader, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky from the illegal detention it placed him.

Where are the Heroes of the Zaria Massacre to Protect Their Tyrant in Ogoniland?

The entire argument surrounding the justification for the Zaria Massacre in which over a thousand innocent Nigerians were slaughtered and thousands left orphaned was based on the right of passage of one cowardly and little beast in uniform called Tukur Burutai. The supporters of crimes against humanity and massacre by war criminals compared Burutai to a sitting president. Burutai is a COAS and therefore he acts in the name and power of the Tyrant of Aso Rock. So therefore, they say, denying him right of passage amount to denying a sitting president that right.

All well and fine the argument appears, even though not convincing to justify the slaughter of over a thousand and the brutalization and illegal detention without trial of hundreds or based on trump up charges.

The Butcher of Zaria, Mr. Burutai, was so full of himself. It was not right for him to return and take alternative route to his destination or even cancel his trip altogether in the face of angry and protesting youths on a major road in Zaria to avoid bloodshed and spare the lives of women and children in the procession. Burutai gave order to clear the road and use lethal weapons to clear the road for his convoy to pass. They killed and got their way.

Hours later, with green light from the Tyrant of Aso Rock, Burutai gave order to his cowardly bunch of criminals to lay siege on a religious center, the house of a cleric and a cemetery like Wahhabi Takfiri terrorist onslaught thus escalating the use of force and attacking places away from the site of the road incident that occurred hours earlier.

The barbaric cheerleaders of the massacre that ensued in three other locations were praising Burutai for his bravery. When the news spread across the world and protests were held worldwide, Tyrant Buhari came to realize that the game of brutality in 2016 cannot have the same cover it had in the 80s. With the internet and mobile phones, massacre cannot be concealed. Videos and pictures of rampaging soldiers in Sheikh Zakzaky's house; a brutalized sheikh; a burnt down Husseiniyah; burnt corpses; soldiers in gloves tampering with the dead; and corpses of young boys thrown by the roadside and into gutters with the infamous youths or Zaria residents (who the government used in one of its campaign to claim Shiites used to abuse) were seen pickpocketing from Shiite corpses; spread on the internet like wildfire.

The Nigerian army through its campaign of calumny and lies and fake justifications by the Nigerian government to justify massacre of innocent Nigerians, were out of excuses. From the fake interpretation that there was an attempt to kill Burutai by angry youths wielding crude tools in the face of heavily armed soldiers (which the doctored video released by the army exposed to be a fake interpretation of events) to the claims of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria led by his eminence Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky to be armed (with no weapons found) ;to propaganda documentary aired on NTA and AIT showing scouts as "militants"; to attempts in linking the IMN to terrorism without any facts or basis; and with attempts by faceless groups paid by the Nigerian government to stage protests outside the Iranian embassy and at Alausa in Lagos; the cowards of Burutai and his Tyrant couldn't find a good enough reason to tell the world why they needed to kill a thousand innocent and armless people in Zaria. They even went dirty to use religious and sectarian sentiments and baseless arguments often heard from the mouths of extremist Wahhabi/Salafist Takfiri preachers that Shiites are not "true Muslims" as if Nigeria is a Sunni and not a secular state or as if every Nigerian must be a Sunni Muslim and there is no freedom of religion.

Today, the Tyrant of Aso Rock, Buhari has been threatened with death. We are not talking of the little coward Burutai who played boss in Zaria unleashing brutality on innocent civilians. We are talking about the head of tyranny himself, from whom the little coward gets orders from and his acclaimed superiority to take the lives of fellow Nigerians. The Tyrant has cancelled his visit to the Niger Delta because he does not want to be killed like his victims in Zaria. The Niger Delta Avengers militants promise that he will not leave their land alive if he dare to step foot on it. This goes to show that if the Shiites in Zaria were armed and militants, Burutai wouldn't have only changed routes but even avoid Zaria altogether like his boss is avoiding the Niger Delta. The event of today whereby the Tyrant display cowardice by cancelling his trip is an implied message that the criminal soldiers who committed massacre in Zaria are only good in killing innocent people for blocking a road but cannot secure the trip of their president in the face of true militants. And it goes to reason that if a group is armed and dogged, the Nigerian government will give them respect and talk to them and even give in to their threats and eventually give them amnesty and monetary compensation. Going by the rate at which the Burutai led army of the Tyrant are shooting unarmed protesters in the south east and persecuting Shiite Muslims in the north, if care is not taken and justice is aborted, the government of cowardice is pushing aggrieved Nigerians to follow the example of militants to take law into their hands and seek justice.

The unconditional and immediate release of Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife is still an effective demand that can go a long way to cool down nerves. The criminals of the Zaria Massacre should be punished, even if it means staging the sack of Burutai for the government to save face and compensating the families of the Zaria Massacre. The government and the army are good in inventing lies and campaigns to justify massacre. So they can also invent plans to accept guilt and put measures in place to heal wounds even if they do it through plastic surgery, and regardless if that would be seen as enough or not. However, a government terrorizing innocent people and backing down in the face of armed militants is one that is pushing the innocent to the wall. Religious freedom and the right to self-determination are human rights. In fact, people are being killed not for self-determination or religious freedom but even for daring to protest or hold a religious procession.

The Shiites have never been violent or armed and have promised to remain peaceful as they have been for about four decades until the government of Sunni Tyrant Buhari instigated by Wahhabi hate preachers instigated it to massacre the Shiite minority. Even at the attempts by the government and army to frame them and attempts to tarnish their image, they remain calm and continue to denounce any attempt to link them to violence. However that is not to say if they choose to go militant they can't be more lethal than the militants of the Niger Delta. The Shia Houthis in Yemen and Hezbollah in Lebanon are dogged fighters against oppression that a government of Buhari would be better off without their replica in Nigeria. The militancy of the Delta will be child's if the government succeeds in pushing Shiites to arms. Even the dreaded Boko Haram will be nothing. The Shiites will not fight to lose. The world over Shiites, when they choose to defend themselves against oppression and persecution fight until victory or martyrdom. The martyrdom tradition of Karbala is in every drop of a Shiite. Shiites do not fight to persecute members of other religions or to blow up places of worship. They fight oppressors and combatants. They fight man to man and an eye for an eye until victory or martyrdom.

My message should not be misconstrued as threat from a Shiite to instigate trouble or unrest. This is our country and it will not be our wish to use our own hands to destruction. We are peaceful and we are god fearing unlike Wahhabi Takfiri terrorists whose hallmark is killing civilians from other faiths and religious persecution and who persecute other religions and instigated the Zaria Massacre. Thus the army of Nigeria

became a tool of Saudi sponsored Wahhabism. The government is called to be fair and stop fake campaigns and calumnies and lies and heavy handed approach against peaceful civilians who only want their human right to preach and worship freely. The Shiites have never been armed or violent and will never be no matter how hard you try to push them you will fail. Truth does not need violence but self defense is also a human right. However, if the Shiites were truly armed like the Niger Delta militants, Burutai would not only have changed his route but he would have cancelled his trip to Kaduna State like his boss cancelled his trip to the Niger Delta.

Burutai, you are a coward for failing to protect your boss and clearing the way for his trip to Ogoniland. Might is not right, and oppression can never be justified and no matter the crafty lies, the massacre of innocent people cannot be justified, concealed or be forgotten without justice.

BREAKING: Iran Recalls Nigeria Envoy After Agency Threats

The Iranian government has recalled its envoy to Nigeria, Mr Saheed Kozechi

According to information, Mr Saheed Kozechi was recalled this Wednesday in a decision by the Iranian government following serial and heavily government agency sponsored threats against the ambassador and embassy since the Zaria massacre.

The Nigerian military and Kaduna state government have been accused of killing hundreds of unarmed Shia Muslims in a two-day spat of terror in December last year.

The Nigerian military claimed the massacre was in retaliation for the minority Shia Muslims blocking the road of the military chief, a claim the movement has denied.

While global condemnation came from many nations over the atrocities, Iran was picked on as a hopeful target to transfer blame, according to common thought.

While no weapons were found in the possession of the Shia victims, in what has been called a Wahhabi plot, the Nigerian army in desperation to clear itself decided to paint a picture of Iran funded militarisation.

Several top ruling party affiliated persons have been seen in radical protests against the embassy.

Due to fears for his life and to prevent tensions with Nigeria, the Ambassador was recalled.

Sources said the Nigerian security chiefs were bitter that Mr Saheed Kozechi said goodbye to President Buhari in Aso Rock villa before leaving.

Shia in Nigeria do not live in abject poverty. It's a silly generalization you are shoving down the throats of others. Nigerian Shias like all other Nigerians belong to different social classes. But you need to know that generally and the world over, whether in the Middle East or in Pakistan, or elsewhere, Shia are more educated and cultured than their other Muslim counterparts. That would be no different in Nigeria. The north will be emancipates from the clutches of illiteracy and Wahhabi fanaticism. Have you been to Iran? What makes it evil? Iran is Shia while Boko Haram is Sunni Wahhabi/Salafist, same ideology with the Saudi royalty, ISIS and alqaeda. How did you make the connection? When last did you hear of a blast in Iran? It's one of the most peaceful countries on earth. And it is a progressive society with a record high of female representatives in the last parliamentary election. And with majority of university students being female. I understand how sensitive this issue is, that's why despite knowing a lot of what transpired between the two parties I decided not to be too involved. But the little I could say will never be a lie.

All the threads you shared here are a direct attack on the President, Sunni Muslims, the Coas, and Kaduna Governor. All attacks borne out of conjecture, outward bigotry, dishonesty and reckless arrogance and ignorance.

If you're wise you wouldn't have tagged me as a "liar" or "paid poster", your only activity here is to incite, blackmail, rabble-rouse and monger hatred, and when you're countered with facts and reason you quickly resort to slander and vile vituperations.

I never supported the killing and will never but truth must be told. I had encounter with the so called shiitte group in Kano, Zaria and Kaduna. They are lawless. They don't obey traffic law, they block and move on the government road at will. Since the army swooped on the members of the Islamic Move­ment in Nigeria, popularly called Shiites, in what the media and the political establishment including the army authorities mis-represently referred to as “clash” last December, there has been no let up in the smear campaign to tarnish these simple and ordinary Nigerian Muslims.

Apart from the fatal blow to this group by the massacre of its members, includ­ing women and children, a develop­ment which has now been admitted by the Kaduna state government. As if the attack of the Islamic Movement was premeditated, a daily barrage of smear campaign has been mounted against the group. One is amazed at how the teachings of these simple or­dinary Muslims strike fear and par­anoid among the northern political and religious establishment.

Shia Islam is a strand of the Mus­lim community that venerates the Muslim caliph, after the death of prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Ali who took the title of imam, which simply means leader, a departure from his three predecessors, caliph Abubakar, Omar and Othman. A close companion of the prophet and reputed as the first convert to Islam, Ali was both pious and deeply im­bued with justice. A cousin of the Prophet, he married the Prophet's daughter Fatimah and bore his two grandsons, Hassan and Hussein. Hussein is a revered and adored figure in Shia Islam and his coura­geous resistance to his overwhelm­ingly militarily superior adversary at the Tragedy of Karbala was the origin of Shia revered Ashoura, in commemo­ration of the brutal annihilation of his family and companions at Karbala by the ever ruthless governor of Sham, now Syria, Yazid, the sixth Sunni caliph. Ashoura procession is outstanding in solemnity in Shia Islam as the Chris­tian Sunday procession of Christ tri­umphant entry to Jerusalem after his resurrection.
Inspite of the varying traditions from the early and key historical fig­ures in Islam, the divergence is over-shadowed by the core consensus in the divinity of the Quran and the Prophet’s elaboration in the hadith.

The schisms in Islam as in other established religions flow essential­ly from political contestations that seek to appropriate the profound in­fluence of religion to gain ideological hegemony and material bounties. In the Middle East, cradle of the both the two established religions, geo-political contest has accentuated the schisms in Islam, widening the rift within the Muslim community be­yond the region.

The current persecution of the members of the Islamic movement in Nigeria, most vividly exemplifies the struggle for ideological hegem­ony. Historically, the tradition of Shiism exemplified by the peaceful, and compromise gesture of Imam Hassan in the battle with the Syrian cunning governor and fifth Sunni caliph, Muayiwa, firm­ly established Shiism as tolerant, ac­commodating and inclusive.

From the Commission of inquiry set up by the Kaduna state govern­ment on the December Army at­tack of the members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, some chill­ing facts have been unearthed. The Kaduna state government through its key officials has admitted 347 bodies including women and chil­dren were murdered and buried in a mass grave. The leader of the Islam­ic Movement, Mr. El-Zakzaky and his wife for the trauma of the cold – blooded murder of his children and his colleagues are held incommuni­cado and in unknown place.

Since the December Mayhem, when the Islamic Movement in Ni­geria was nearly physically deci­mated, so much propaganda stuff has spewed out, to ostensibly bring them to public odium. The most se­rious of the charge against the group even, if it is the most ridiculous, is that the group is a State within State, with all paraphernalia of a govern­ment. And the evidence, according to this charge is that the group does not recognize government and have their own organizational apparatus. However even social clubs, politi­cal parties have internal organiza­tions, with some designating their top leadership position as president. Every Sunday in many churches, it is not the police or army that provides orderly traffic within and around the domain of the churches. It is young men and boys decked in paramilitary uniforms that provide the function. On Fridays, in many mosques, it is also the young men that ensure or­derliness during the prayer period. If it is these young volunteers that make the IMN a State within State, it beats our common sense to imagine how many States there are within the Ni­gerian State.

Even as web of lies are been wo­ven around the Shiites to justify the heavy-handedness of army clamp down on them, the most spurious ones includes that the group is an­other Boko Haram in the making, waiting to unleash mayhem if their activities were not preemptively curbed. But even a casual observer knows that the extremist and intol­erant Boko Haram shares absolutely nothing in common with the Islam­ic Movement in Nigeria. The move­ment has even come under attack by the Boko Haram extremists.
It appears that the paranoid about the Shiites is more likely from their famed discipline, organizational dex­terity, and egalitarian virtues of self improvement. The republican slant of their Islamic activism appears to sit uneasily with the northern tradi­tional and political establishment. It offends common sense that a group that has existed for nearly four dec­ades without any record of pub­lic nuisance or disturbance is now dressed in the cloak of public ene­my number one.
As if smear campaign linking the Shiites with treason is not enough, efforts are been orchestrated to link their alleged treasonable acts to a for­eign power.
The Islamic Republic of Iran, that happens to share values of faith with Islamic Movement in Nigeria is be­ing bandied as the instigator of the alleged malfeasance of the Shiite group. But the same Iran took a global centre stage as she successful­ly concluded key nuclear deal with key world powers. As a result, the Is­lamic Republic of Iran has been the cynosure of attention as Tehran is turned into the hub of global diplo­macy. The French has officially vis­ited. The Chinese leader, Xi Jinping also paid a state visit and just recent­ly, the South Korean leader, Mrs Park called. In the parliamentary election held just recently, a record number of women made it to the national de­bating chamber.

Iran is long past the meddling and revolution-exporting entity that she is been unduly associated in some quarters here.

In the next ten days, the incumbent Nigerian president in the person of Muhammadu Buhari Adamu will click one year in office, which coincided with the usually democracy day on the country’s soil of the sitting president on 29th may annually. Possibly, Mr. will attempt to celebrate it, but the questions that come to mind here are: Will Buhari celebrates his one year in office? What will he present to the Nigerian public after one year in office? What is the dividend of his democratic government to the Nigerian masses? Did the sitting president indicate any sympathy to the Nigerians who support him with the popular vote that help him won election despite the incumbency factor of the then president? What did the Mr. President achieve of his campaign promises? Can we continue with the blind love and support? If we do where will it lead us? Can we remain subject to his political slivers and keep the entertaining hope of what we are yet to see and benefit? Is the political change agenda real or a mere slogan? Is the change situation good, bad or worse? Is Buhari a sacred mortal and infallible that require no challenge and criticism?

What is the present condition of citizens and the state of the Nigerian economy? What are the fruits of his frequent journeys abroad to the people’s need and economy? Is the treasury single account working? Why the poor preparation of the so-called diversification of the economic system? Will it all work? Did the Nigerian masses witness any positive economic change? Why Nigeria have poor economic development and development under your watch? Why the petroleum scarcity when the president was the Federal minister for the second time of its ministry and former PTF chairman? What is the present state of our refineries? Can our refineries meet our actual local consumption? Is subsidy real? How long the queue of petrol scarcity in the Nigerian major cities and rural areas last? Why the petroleum hike to N145 per litre immediately after the budget saga? Does that means that Nigerians will finance the budget through the litre hike?

CORRUPTION
Is the anti-corruption fight sound or selective? Is Nigeria still fantastically corrupt under Buhari? Are Buhari’s sponsors, cabinet and allies free from corruption? How many billions recovered from the looters? Are the recovered funds available? What is the number of assets confiscated? Do you think presenting the figures of the recovered looted funds will satisfy Nigerians of humiliating hunger?

SECURITY
Is the security issue okay or become more degenerated under Buhari? Are Nigerian security sincere or obstacle to security themselves? Are the Boko Haram defeated or still technically defeated? Are the Chibok girls rescued? Are the explosives and deadly attacks over? Are the Nigerian people feeling secured under Buhari? Is the Nigerian Army at liberty to kill under Buhari? Why should I not ask if military are at liberty to kill considering the Zaria massacre of the peaceful Shi’ites? Why did they use all their might to execute this unfortunate event that could not be deleted in the Nigerian history? Why did Nigerian Army kills over 1000 Shi’ites including children, women, old and youth and dumped them in mass grave? Why did they move foward to attack the house of their leader Sheikh Ibrahim Yakub El-Zakzaky from the seat of the incidence which is 8km away? Why the house of the leader and some other houses of the Shi’ites nearby ware put to ashes and people there in burnt alive? Why some of their women raped, stabbed and shot on their breast and private part? Why the destruction of their places of worship and graves by the military and Kaduna state government? Why the leader, his wife Malama Zeenatuddeen and other members of the IMN is still under various detention facilities of the Nigerian government? Why this last for over 48 hours? All these killings are in the name of road blockage and an ambush to serving COAS? Why the serving president is muted then? Why the Shi’ites in Nigeria are being subjected to persecution? Why the Biafara killings in their praying ground by the Nigerian armed forces? Why the Agatu killings in the name of Fulani Herdsmen? Is Buhari aware of the tribal clash in Mile 12 Lagos and the number of casualities? How many people lost their lives in the name of robbery in Zamfara state villages? Why the killings of fuel black marketers known as Yanbunburutu in Lagos and Kaduna during the petrol scarcity? Can we regard the rampant kidnapping as security achievement? Mr. President did you not witness the kidnapping of the former SGF in person of Olu Falae and a military colonel that was later found dead? How should I have a sense of security when all these are happening in my country? What do we have to celebrate from the above? Will Buhari go ahead to celebrate the democracy day and one year in office? Time will tell to those who are alive.

Zaria Massacre: Absence of Army, COAS stalls Federal High court sitting

The absence of representatives of the Nigerian Army and the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) who are 1st and 2nd respondents in a case filed before the Federal High Court in Kaduna by members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN)‎ seeking to enforce the fundamental rights of their leader, his wife and other members that lost their lives and properties in the December 12th and 14th clash stalled the court sitting Wednesday.

The representative of the IMN, Maxwell Kyon told the court that the respondents in the case had been duly served with the hearing notice on 12th May, 2016 adding that the recommended days as enshrined by law for their response had expired.

However, the counsels to the 3rd and 4th respondents, ‎the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and the Attorney General of Kaduna state, Enoch Simon and Dari Bayero were present at the sitting.

Counsel to the AGF explained that he had been served the counter affidavit of the case with regards to the leader of IMN, Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky Tuesday and requested time to respond to it. He also craved the indulgence of the court for a short adjournment to file their affidavits and serve the other repondents with respect to the case of Zeenatuddeen, Zakzaky's wife.

The Presiding Judge, Justice Saleh M. Shuaibu struck out the application by counsel to IMN to continue with the sitting, while he granted the prayer of the 3rd respondent for time to file their affidavit.

Justice Saleh said in a case claiming damages of N2billion, Justice cannot and should not be sacrificed at the alter of speed. "We will give you time within which to react. We will serve the Nigerian Army and the COAS with hearing notices again, and if they do not react, we cannot wait for them indefinatelly.

He, however, adjourned the case to 7th June, 2016 for hearing and emphasised that hearing notice will be issued to the 1st and 2nd respondents forthwith.

The truth of the matter is that there was no time that Sheikh Zakzaky was at the custody of the Nigerian police, since his detention he has been under the custody of the Department of State Services (The Nigerian secret police) that is led by a die-Wahhabi Mamman Daura, a relative of President Buhari.

Whoever is aware of the first coming of the Nigerian President as the military Head of State in 1984 will know the history of his notorious Gestapo-like secret police, the NSO, that abducted many Nigerians and some of them were tortured to death. Sheikh Zakzaky was their “guest” at the notorious Alagbor detention center in 1984 and was held there incommunicado for 6 months, he was subjected to server torture morning, afternoon and night.

Due to his wicked mindset and vengeful character President Buhari uses the Nigerian secret police to do and supervise his dirty jobs that the conventional police will not handle. After he ordered the inhuman Zaria slaughter of defenseless and unarmed Nigerians, he them brought in the DSS to “clear” what remained.

Attached to this post is a letter written by the DSS to the Head of the legal team representing Sheikh Zakzaky and the #IMN, Chief Femi Falana (SAN). From the letter we can see that the Nigerian regime via the DSS are unhappy of the independent path of the IMN legal team as they had wished that the legal team become willing actors to the post-massacre script that was written by the Nigerian regime and directed by it.

After the Nigerian regime brutally murdered close to 1000 peaceful Nigerian Shia Muslims and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves to serve an evil imperialist agenda that has the savage Saudi regime as a front, the regime constituted a kangaroo Commission and populated it with die-hard bloodthirsty Wahhabis that have #ShiaGenicide as a global agenda. The legal team of Sheikh Zakzaky then chose to go to Nigerian Courts to seek redress that called for the enforcement of the fundamental rights of Sheikh Zakzaky and his oppressed wife. The kangaroo Commission is not independent, credible and impartial but it our hope that the Nigerian Courts will have these three qualities.


The DSS have since then being threatening Chief Femi Falana and other members of Sheikh Zakzaky legal team and preventing them free access to him despite the fact that they have two important cases coming up against the Nigerian government in Kaduna and Abuja Courts in weeks to come. The DSS is insisting that new Lawyers should be introduced as if the DSS that all Nigerians know are a tool of the Nigerian tyrant are the representatives of Sheikh Zakzaky!

On a final note, Sheikh Zakzaky and the IMN have no intention of changing their legal team and the Femi Falana-led team is doing a good job. Nigerians and the International community should ask the Nigerian President Buhari to call his DSS hunting dogs to order and to respect the laws of the land. The Nigerian Courts are there for all Nigerians to seek redress on any injustice and wrong done to them and the IMN legal team has decided to seek redress in Courts.

The Nigerian regime seeking dead sentence for 63 Shia minors after murdering their Parents:

The whole world now have a clear picture of what actually happened on the 12th-14th December, 2015 in Zaria, #Nigeria, where the Nigerian army launched a coordinated and pre-planned attacks on the peaceful Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem #Zakzaky and killed close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed Nigerians and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves.

Some of those killed in the #ZariaMassacre – both male and female – had children who are minors, Sixty-three (63) of these minors that are aged between 9-17 years were abducted by the Nigerian army after killing their Parents in the Zaria massacre and sent to prison. These 63 minors were later released on bail but they were yesterday charged to a Kaduna state High Court that was presided over by Justice Hannatu Balogun and charged with “culpable homicide” and the Nigerian regime is demanding a death sentence!

For my non-Nigerian audience, recently a Nigerian Court of Appeal upheld a 25-years sentence for some murderous #BokoHaram terrorists who had killed 1000s of innocent Nigerians, attacked Churches, Mosques, markets and other public places but here is the wicked, oppressive and tyrannical Nigerian regime under President Buhari demanding death sentence for 63 Shia Muslim minors whom the Nigerian army brutally murdered their Parents and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves.

It is important to note that the Nigerian regime had already charged close to 200 Shia Muslims with “culpable homicide” and is demanding a death sentence for the killing of a manufactured soldier that they themselves killed. It is true that a certain soldier called “Yaqubu Dankaduna” was killed during the Zaria massacre but he was killed by friendly fire of the Nigerian army. The fact that he was killed by friendly fire was the reason why the Nigerian army did not announced his death during all their press statements and press releases after the Zaria massacre. Even when the Nigerian army Chief Buratai went to the Nigerian Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and made his presentation, he did not mentioned that a soldier was killed. When asked of the casualty list he said “only 7 Shiites were killed and 10 injured”.

But due to wickedness that is an embedded character of the Nigerian President Buhari and the quest to justify the Saudi petro-dollars they are expecting to receive as “settlement” for killing close to 1000 Shia Muslims and destroying the Husseiniyyah, our Nigerian oppressors had taken the Shia persecution to a new height by demanding death sentence for 63 minors that they brutally slaughtered their Parents and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves.

Nigerians should ask this question that why is it that the Nigerian ruling cabal that is dominated by the corrupt Northern Nigerian elites treats the murderous BokoHaram terrorists with kid gloves and minimum force as confessed by President Buhari but brutally murdered Nigerian Shia Muslims that are always peaceful? It is also important to note that these corrupt Northern cabal are responsible for the wanton poverty, rampant unemployment and backwardness of Northern Nigeria as a region.

With every step that this corrupt Northern Nigerian cabal take since the Zaria massacre, the world sees the extend of their evil, wickedness and inhumanity. They ignorantly think that they can destroy an Idea by killings, bombings, destroying properties, burning people alive, burying people alive and using trump-up charges to imprisoned their victims. The heart is the station where Ideas are nurtured and cultivated, when the heart is killed it became seeds that will germinate again and again. This is how Ideas are developed throughout human history. Bombs, bullets and prisons have never defeat an Idea and that will not happen in Nigeria!

On a final note, I congratulate all on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of the beloved Grandson of Prophet Muhammad (sa), Imam Hussein (as). May God grant us the will to remain on his glorious path of resistance against tyranny and wicked oppression to the end of our lives!

Nigerian President faces Planned Demonstration in London over Bloody Massacre

PRESS RELEASE – #Nigeria: Nigerian president faces demonstration over bloody massacre

The protest, called by IHRC, is intended to draw attention to the Nigerian government’s failure to establish any robust mechanisms to investigate and bring to justice the perpetrators of the atrocity which targeted the Islamic Movement of Nigeria.

More than 1000 people are believed to have been killed on 12-14 December 2015 when Nigerian armed forces attacked the movement in its home city of Zaria in northern Nigeria targeting its members and supporters, property, religious places and symbols.

IMN leader Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky and his wife Zeenat were both shot in the attack and their family home burned down and demolished. Both are currently in the custody of Nigeria’s secret services, detained without charge. Three of their sons were killed in the attack.

The military assault appears to have been pre-planned, highly organised and targeted. During their orgy of violence soldiers targeted the leadership of the IMN and its symbols. They destroyed the Hussainiyyah Baqiyatullah which served as the movement’s headquarters, demolished the premises housing the tomb of Sheikh Zakzaky’s mother and smashed up graves belonging to the victims of another army massacre in July 2014 which led to the killing of 34 civilians, most of them IMN supporters.

The majority of deaths were caused by gunshots fired by soldiers. Some were reportedly burnt alive or hacked to death with machetes and knives. Reports have also emerged of sexual violence by soldiers including cases of rape against women affiliates of the IMN.

The state government in Kaduna has set up a Judicial Commission of Inquiry (JCI) but human rights organisations believe it is not sufficiently independent and impartial to be able to hold those responsible to account, nor is there any reasonable prospect of any prosecutions. However, one key revelation to emerge from the JCI is an admission by the Kaduna state government that it presided over the burials of 374 victims in a mass grave shortly after the attack.

On 21 March 2016, IHRC wrote to the International Criminal Court urging it to investigate the massacre. It called on the international tribunal which has a mandate to prosecute people for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide, to open a preliminary enquiry on the grounds that the crimes committed by the Nigerian army meet all the necessary legal requirements to warrant a preliminary investigation by the ICC prosecutor.

President Buhari will be in London to attend a global anti-corruption summit taking place on Thursday, 12 May. In light of this IHRC has planned an emergency protest for the same day from 7.45am to 7pm. The venue is the Lancaster House, Stable Yard, St. James’s, London SW1A 1BB).

Since he assumed office President Buhari has stressed his commitment to upholding the rule of law in Nigeria. However, this commitment would appear to be undermined by the fact that no criminal prosecutions have been brought over the July 2014 or December 2015 massacres and that both Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife Zeenat continue to be held without charge.

THE UNWARRANTED ARREST OF MEMBERS OF #IMN IN KEBBI STATE

Following arbitrary arrests and subsequent detention of members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria by the Kebbi state government, it has come to our notice that Governor Atiku Bagudu is silently launching a sectarian mission against Shi’ites and Islamic Movement in the state.

The Kebbi state government, using the Police, has made several arrests in different parts of the state, thereby subjecting members of the IMN who the government see as Shi’ites to outright intimidation and suppression. As at Sunday (08/05/16) the Nigeria police has arrested more than 20 members of the IMN living in Gwandu town of Kebbi state.

The first arrest was made on Friday (06/05/16), where 13 members of IMN were arrested by the DPO in Gwandu with one Bello Agro showing them whom to arrest. What is astonishing about this particular arrest is that the accused were not arrested inside a mosque holding an educational session, rather they were arrested in their homes at Adarawa neighborhood of Gwandu to justify the government’s sectarian cleansing agenda. Among those arrested are five women, including 2 minors – Nana Firdausi Usman, just six years of age and Siddiqa Aliyu, who is 13 years old.

As if that was not enough the following day Saturday, the police again went to town arresting whosoever they met on their way among members of IMN.

The arrests continued on Sunday wherein a contingent of the police went to the residence of the Representative of members of IMN in Gwandu and arrested five persons and members of his immediate family including young children.

Had it been members of the Islamic Movement staged a public preaching session or any of their public enlightenment activity, it would have been assumed as the reason for the arrest, but none has happened. The question remains why the arrests now? Why is the state government suddenly violating the constitution and using state machinery for personal sectarian whim?

The Islamic Movement is left with no option but to assume its members in Gwandu were arrested simply because of their faith – Shi’a Islam. But when has being a Shi’a become a crime in Nigeria, where freedom of religion and assembly is guaranteed by the constitution?

It seems the state government is bent on using state apparatus to persecute some religious minorities. We therefore wish to draw the attention of the public and well meaning Nigerians that the trend embarked upon by these people who believe that anybody that does not share their myopic view of religion deserve not to live freely, is a dangerous trend.

The desperation exhibited by these ISIS-minded people in government and in uniform can be seen from the way they arrested women in their homes and underage children. If all what has happened was without the blessings of the Chief security officer of the state, Governor Bagudu, then we expect those who made the arrest to be called to order. No matter how much they hate members of IMN, they should wait till they breach any law and order before arresting them.

We are not unmindful of the arrest of about 20 members of IMN 2 months ago in Birnin Kebbi, whose trial is being scuffled by the prosecution witnesses. The case has been adjourned for the sixth time in a row, in what can be termed ‘justice delayed’, which they say is ‘justice denied.’

Why is Kebbi state now leading the chart in efforts to persecute and jail members of IMN? Probably some people are not comfortable with the fact that for some decades Kebbi state has not been in the news for the wrong reason. We therefore wish to call on peace loving citizens of Kebbi state to prevail upon the political leaders of the state not to drag the name of their state in the mud.

Zeenat’s Mother’s Day: The Agony Of A Nigerian Mother Detained Without Charge

How was Zeenat’s mother’s day?

Zeenat is a Nigerian mother of Yoruba heritage who spent mother’s day locked up incommunicado in a Nigerian cell.

The wife of Islamic movement leader, Sheikh Zakzaky, Zeenat was arrested and detained five months ago, precisely on December 13th last year.

The story of her detention is well known: after a deadly clash with aggravated youth who staged a road block to prevent passage of Nigeria’s military chief, the Nigerian army fresh on killing hundreds of minority Muslims and passersby, stormed Zeenat’s home in Gyellesu Zaria and burned and and demolished it to the ground.

Surviving the fiery demolition in a basement bathroom or so, which did not burn only by God’s grace because the water tanks burst and poured water that put out the fire, Zeenat and her shaken family were discovered by men of the Nigerian army who shot her as many as three times, one shot almost lethal striking her in the abdomen. Others in her limbs.

According to Suhaila, a surviving daughter who was cuddled with the family, Zeenat watched her three sons killed in cold blood with pointblank gunshots by the dispatched soldiers.

As unbelievable as it reads, Zeenat had lost three more of her seven sons from a similar incident under the immediately previous government of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. The first three were allegedly killed in cold blood at the hands of a certain Captain S. O. Oku, still employed in the Nigerian army two years later.

On the tragic days of December, Zeenat also watched her husband shot six times, with intention to kill him. He later lost his left eye, is losing his sight in his right eye and has been paralyzed on his left side from the assassination attempt. Zeenat experienced this firsthand. She was beaten and carted away as was her husband.

Zeenat was locked up in an undisclosed location for three straight months, denied access to her attorney, to her remaining family of two girls and one surviving son, and even to a judge. She did not even know which of her children survived and which did not for the agonizing months.

The first of Zeenat’s three sons who were resting in their graves, had their resting places exhumed by the Kaduna state government, and their bodies carted away to be dumped in a mass grave somewhere. Her three newly killed sons were also mass buried with hundreds of other Muslim victims in a single grave at Mando or perhaps another undisclosed mass grave. No one really knows for sure.

Mother’s day 2016 marked Zeenat’s 5th month in detention.

Zeenat is yet to be charged. She stays locked up without knowing what she did wrong.

How did Zeenat offend President Muhammadu Buhari, the Commander in chief of the Nigerian armed forces?

What was Zeenat’s offense that has kept her locked up after having her three sons shot right in her face?

Is the pain of witnessing the assassination of her sons, not enough torture and punishment for her?

Is the loss of six sons by bullets of the Nigerian army, not enough for our mother, Zeenat?

Why was Zeenat not allowed this mother’s day, to visit the graves of her six sons killed by the successive Nigerian governments, Jonathan’s and Buhari’s?

Why was Zeenat not given a mother’s day “gift” of something as simple as a day in court?

So this mother’s day is dedicated to Zeenat. An African mother and prisoner of a weeping continent in desperate agony.

The video evidences suffice to the world on the criminality, barbarism, terrorism and human rights abuses of rampaging soldiers descending on innocent civilians and throwing their bodies by the roadside for so called Zaria residents fraudsters to loot the belongings on dead corpses. The one video that you are referring to during the road confrontation doesn't justify the atrocities committed in the house of Sheikh Zakzaky and at the Husseiniyyah. Even during the confrontation on the road, that video is evidence of the barbarity of the army. It's a doctored video that cuts out the part the soldiers were spraying bullets into a crowd of marchers that included children and women. That is cowardice. The same video exposes the lie that there was an attempt to assassinate Buratai, the Chief of Terror Staff. Other videos recording the barbarity of the army also expose the atrocities committed.

There is no evidence whatsoever that the IMN was armed or was building a militia. The scouts of the IMN are found in Sunni mosques and Christian churches. You are using fear mongering as excuse for genocide by the Nigerian Army. Obviously you are a paid agent on nairaland or you are a criminal culprit.

You cannot simply kill every Shiite in Nigeria because Shiites in Iran, where the population is 90% Shia Muslim, staged a revolution against their corrupt monarchy. And the revolution by and large was very peaceful. And who told you that every Shiite must look up to Iran? What of Shiites that have no ties to Iran? What of Shiites that hold procession in London and Washington? Will your terror army kill them too?

There is no evidence that it was Zakzaky that told his supporters to block a road. Shiites, even if they have no ties to Iran are witch hunted and killed by wahhabis. When Buhari won the election, Wahhabi clerics were inciting him to clampdown on the rising popularity of the IMN and Zakzakt. Road block was just an excuse to attack and demolish the Husseiniyah and kill hundreds at different locations.

Amnesty International can do something and that is why the West refrained from selling the Nigerian Army weapons for human rights abuses. The image of the NA is already tarnished globally thanks to Amnesty and HRW.

ICC will not drag Bush to The Hague because the USA isn't a signatory of the ICC to prosecute war criminals, but Nigeria is.

It is evident that the Nigerian regime of Tyrant Buhari is following a Saudi led Wahhabi coalition to promote Shia genocide globally. The same Wahhabis who committed the atrocities in Brussels, Paris and in Chibok. Those Sunni Wahhabi terrorists are products of Saudi sponsored Wahhabi terrorism. Iran and Shiites have nothing to do with those attacks. You are so evil and filthy that you are mixing up issues to deceive and mislead people who are ignorant of the facts. The western world is at this time fed up of Saudi inspired Wahhabi terrorism. The western world is talking to Iran and making political and economic deals. And if Iran can make deals with the USA on their nuclear program, Iran can also make deal with the USA to punish the wahhabi terrorists in Nigeria who perpetrated the Zaria massacre. So Iran isn't an impediment to serve justice in Nigeria. Iran will facilitate justice. Both Buhari and Buratai will face justice. El-Rufai appears repentant and distancing himself from the massacre going by the fact that the Kaduna State government confessed and exposed the mass grave.

You don't kill thousands of innocent people in Zaria, armless civilians, because Shiites in Iran staged a revolution against their puppet King. You cannot also foolishly imagine you can stop people from following a belief or ideology because you are scared of what their coreligionists did in another country. Sunnis have done worse. Shiites in Iran staged a revolution to free their country from imperialism and servitude and a corrupt King. Sunni Wahhabis have staged the 9/11 attacks. Is Nigeria clamping down on Wahhabis? Or are these same Wahhabis in their clerical garb inciting the Tyrant Buhari les regime to commit atrocities against Shiites and Christians? If Shiites are going to be a majority in Nigeria, there is no massacre that can stop that. And if there is going to be a revolution by Shiites in Nigeria there is no propaganda or scarecrow that can stop it. It can happen and the western countries will still talk to that future government. If force can eliminate a religion or belief, Shia Islam would have died in the Tragedy of Karbala. But each time satanists and Wahhabis commit crimes in killing innocent Shiites, Shia Islam becomes more popular and people know the truth to embrace it. Force can never eliminate a belief that lives and thrives in the hearts of people. Force can only make Shiites apply Taqiyyah and go under ground to cause you more pain.

This massacre will not go unpunished. It will not be forgotten just as the Tragedy of Karbala has not been forgotten for over a thousand years. You can only make enemies of your own people. Keep ignoring it, lying, sponsoring campaigns of calumny, paid protesters, and wishful thinking. You will fail. You can only save yourself and your masters by being fair and just. Find solution how your compatriots can practice their religion freely without hindrance and without them obstructing your right to passage on the roads. Other than reaching an understanding, you will fail woefully in humiliating disappointment. It's a divine promise. The criminals that perpetrated the Zaria massacre will continue to live in fear of justice and they will not to have sleepless nights and nightmares and they will not know peace even in the grave! Buhari will not be president forever. Buratai will not be COAS forever and elrufai will not be governor forever. A time will come they will be nobody. It's how you make your bed you will lie on it. These criminals will die and Shia Islam will remain in the heart and minds of Nigerians for centuries and centuries to come as Shia Islam has so far survived. The history of Shiites globally is one of resilience, story of survival and victory. You cannot fight God's promise on earth.

ZARIAMASSACRE:THE NIGERIAN ARMY TRYING TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE

The brutal Zaria massacre by the Nigerian army that killed close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed Nigerians will go down in history as the most barbaric, inhuman and wicked mass-murder that was masterminded and executed by the highest-ranking Nigerian government officials to serve an evil foreign imperialist agenda that has the savage Saudi regime as a front.

After the Zaria massacre various events unfolded but the two important happenings that occured in the same week changed the dynamics of the brutal Zaria massacre by the Nigerian army that killed close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed Shia Muslims last December;the public confession by the Kaduna state Governor Nasir Elrufai via his officials at the Judicial Commission of Inquiry (JCI) that he in connivance with the Nigerian Army buried 347 Shiites killed by the Nigerian army in Mando in a single mass grave and the comprehensive and damning report on the Zaria massacre by the London-based human rights body Amnesty International that detailed the heinous crimes and atrocities committed by the Nigerian army.

After the occurrence of these two happenings the Nigerian army that is a front for the Nigerian President Buhari who from credible information ordered the inhuman Zaria massacre, the corrupt Northern Nigerian elites and the bloodthirsty Nigerian Wahhabi clerics, went on the defensive to limit the damages done by these important revelations.

Before then they were sponsoring mushroom “human rights groups” to organize protest to the Iranian Embassy and to try to link the peaceful Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky to terrorism and violence. They launched a massive smear campaigns of calumny and demonization to portray the peaceful #IMN as a “violent extremist group” that should be proscribed and banned.

Then these disclosures occurred and the dance of Shame of the masterminds and perpetrators of the Zaria massacre changed as confusion, division and panic started emerging from their ranks. It was a criminal foreign-sponsored agenda to kill Sheikh Zakzaky and crush the IMN by assassinating its leading lights and they wounded Sheikh Zakzaky and succeeded in assassinating some of its leading lights using professional Snipers during the Zaria massacre.

After the disclosures of the mass Graves and the Amnesty International report then the image laundering campaigns began and the futile efforts to manufacture scapegoats for the Nigerian army authorities who supervised the brutal slaughter of defenseless Nigerians also began. A freelance Journalist Yusau A. Shuaib was recruited to write an article “Gen. Buratai:An encounter with soldiers’ soldier” glorifying the Nigerian army Chief Buratai and manufacturing all excuses to shield him from taking direct responsibility of the massacre. The writer was clever enough to shift most of the blame to the Kaduna state Governor Elrufai who “betrayed” the understanding that “only 7 Shiites were killed and 10 others injured” as claimed by the Nigerian army Chief.

Then another non-starter in Journalism going by the name “Clement Ejiofor” was recruited for the image laudering program and wrote an article titled “Army, Shiites clash:The untold narrative”. In this article the bashing of the “beyrayer” Kaduna state Governor Elrufai continued where all the destructions of the physical evidences of the Zaria massacre where placed on his door step exonerating the Nigerian army. The writer also tried to magnify the fraudulent claims that IMN is “violent” without as usual providing any instances of such claims or statistics to back up such claims.

Then the recent news report by the NewsRescue Editorial team of a Classified Intel report of the latest move by the Nigerian army to deflect the responsibility of the Zaria massacre to #BokoHaram and implicate Kaduna state government officials that included Governor Elrufai. Excerpt from the NewsRescue report states:

“Leaks from highly classified intelligence meetings by the Nigerian army detail a plot to frame Boko Haram in the Zaria massacre incident that saw as many as 750 Shia minority Muslims and other passersby and religions’ victims killed. Members of the Kaduna state government will also be framed, the sources allege. Possibly including the Kaduna governor, Nasir el-Rufai who the army is upset with for having suddenly ‘broken file’, revealing the numbers of bodies buried in Mando against prior agreement. El-Rufai however as gathered, only grudgingly confessed on the Mando mass grave after he had been informed that Amnesty International was already onto it; had sent officials to inspect the site and was preparing its damning report.”

The Nigerian army Chief Buratai is doing all these on behalf of the Nigerian President Buhari who from credible information gave the order for the brutal slaughter of close to 1000 peaceful Nigerian Shia Muslims that included hundreds of women, children and the aged and dumping the dead bodies in mass Graves. The Nigerian army Chief is desperately trying to do the impossible and that is burying what is undoubtedly a war crime. Nobody in history has succeeded in burying a war crime and Nigerian President Buhari will never be an exception to that rule.

On a final note, the Nigerian military and political leaders should understand that the Era of massacring innocent Nigerians by the Nigerian army and attributing such massacres to “unknown soldiers” is over for good. Hopefully the brutal Zaria massacre will be the last of its kind in Nigeria where heavily-armed soldiers will decend on defenseless civilians and mass-murdered them and then wickedly buried them in mass Graves to bury the evidences.

These are the two sons of Sheikh Ibraheem #Zakzaky, Martyr Hammad Zakzaky and Martyr Hummaid Zakzaky, that were executed by the Nigerian army infront of their father and mother.

Sheikh Zakzaky told those that visited him how these his two sons were murdered by the Nigerian army:

“As for Hammad (15 years) they shot him in his neck and the bullets cut-off his neck like the slaughter of a Ram.”

“As for Hummaid (13 years) they shot him on his nose and the bullets blew up his brain.”
