then it means u have a problem with ur documents. Check well and sstart from d beginning. If ur documents rant complete ur application wouldn't be evaluated 'conss'considered' and you Mau not be mobilised.
U know where it says other documents, U shud just upload any other document u feel relevant to ur nysc cos I also didn't add any document at first and it said mmy documents aren't complete

i checked and its not there.. i have uploaded every document i have.
