lekanlaniyan: Good Day Sir/ Ma, with reference to your question. 1. You need to wait for around one week + (1w+) before you can link your application.
However, the latest information is (As of September 23, 2022, you must apply online for this program( Canada spousal sponsorship). If you can’t apply online and require accommodations, including for a disability, you can ask for the application in another format (paper, braille, or large print).
Just wait and check later.
Thank You. Ohh okay, we'll retry after a week then. About the latest requirements, yes we submitted by paper before they made the online submission mandatory. Thank you so much for your response |

Hello everyone, please I have a question.
I submitted a spousal sponsorship 'paper' application for my husband late August 2022, I got an AOR mail with a UCI and APPLICATION NUMBER from CIC 3 days ago and was told to create an online account to be linked to the paper application. However, all efforts to link the application has proven abortive, it keeps saying NO APPLICATION FOUND.
Please what do you think is the issue? I want to send a webform to IRCC but I know their response time can be veryyyy long hence why I'm here, please help if you can! Thank you |

Somaris: Collect what they give you. Write a LOE stating these facts, attach and submit. Alright thank you |

COPR2020: Since its gift deed, all you need are Evidence of transfer by the person(e.g receipt) Gift deed letter(which can be notarized) Statement of account(just for the day the transaction occurs is ok) Letter of non indebtedness from you bank And probably reference letter from the bank, even if its not in CIC format, its still ok, but they will definitely give it to you in CIC format if you press harder
Shalom They still refused jare. So I eventually moved to a mutual funds account. I hope that’s fine too. Thank you very much |

Hello everyone. Pls help
So I want to use gift deed for my POF but the bank is saying their reference letter won’t state my current balance, non-indebtedness and it’s availability for immediate use because it’s only a savings account and not an investment account. How do I go about this since this is part of the requirement for IRCC?
They said they can only state when it was opened and that I have run it satisfactorily and successfully for the past 6months. |

Good morning all. Pls is there an implication for doing medicals close to ITA deadline? For instance if my ITA is to expire December 20th and I book medicals for say December 14th, will there be any repercussion? I asked cause I’m hearing that it should be done at least 2weeks before ITA expires just to be on the safe side. What do you suggest please?
Thank you. |

carissaa: Unless you can prove you were a lecturer, I would say research NOC for teaching assistants and use that. Also be mindful of whatever is written on the reference letter. Ensure it matches the NOC you choose. Okay thank you. I wasn’t an assistant then. I took the courses independently. |

jancollins: Check NOC 4012, it will suit what you said you have done best.
NOC 4021 can also be good for you. But you may need to go online and check the two closely. Thanks But I was a lecturer then oo not an assistant. Like I had my own courses that I taught independently. 4012 was more of an assistant job which I wasn’t. |

Hello all. Please someone should come to my aid abeg! It’s an NOC issue.
Actually I’m a pharmacist but I served in a college of health during NYSC and I want to claim points for it.
So basically I carried out the duties of a lecturer. Preparing course outlines, conducting and invigilation of exams, marking of tests, teaching students, supervision of projects and laboratory works etc
Now my actual question is this; Does NOC 4021 fit this job experience?
Please help. Thank you. |
