The chaos was expected.. I am sure anyone on the wrong side of those moves would be in soup now because stop loss doesn't fight gaps.

Anyway, Its a new day and I have to follow my system regardless.

Bought EA and EN at 4402 and 6105. 100 pips SL and TP as usual and will close by evening if nothing is hit.

Another lesson on why you should allow trades to play out when you set stop loss and TP logically. Was down 50 pips on Gold at one point. Managed to close with 4 pips profit.

GA signal came rather late. Won't risk weekend trades at all at this time. Will sell on Monday if price is still at current levels.

Gold still being childish. Will close it by 6 with whatever is on the table then if it doesn't make up its mind and hit one side.

Keeping an eye on GA.. It has entered my sell area. Hopefully it will give a sell signal in an hour or two latest.

Just came in to see the magic that happened on this trade. Narrowly escaped stop loss

Will close by 6 pm with whatever is on the table. Not comfortable leaving Euro trades overnight at this time.

I don't trade majors because apart from GU, many of them don't move much. However if I was to trade EU, I would be holding a buy since Tuesday from 1.118x for 100 pips TP.

People that don't mind leaving trades overnight can try a buy gold now with a 100 pips stop and TP.. I will wait till tomorrow morning and take it if price is still around current levels by then.

I am out of my buy ma but won't sell. I only trade around those levels these days so will only sell around 466 for example or buy if it heads back to 4430 and presents a signal.

I don't want any post sir.. I don't even post regularly. However if you have been hurt by these marketers masquerading as traders you will do what you can to spoil their business.

Forex trading is hard.. Some human beings are making it harder for others by marketing ridiculous theories in return for subscription fees. Knowing that there is a lot of money to be made in the market, many newbies will keep falling and keep getting burned like some of us did. I lost over $5,000 in subscription fees and account loss to these people. If we keep warning, the ones that have sense will save their money.

Anyone that will teach you how to trade for real will do it free of charge. Unfortunately, only few of the good traders share their system. Maybe they feel it is wrong to share their "sweat" for free which is ridiculous because others making money won't stop them from making theirs while they save people from crashing accounts.

As you seek to be taught though, watch out for things that will still crash your account.

God has no business with forex and joke is on you if you believe anyone is praying for your downfall.. If you teach them free that's a plus to you. However it doesn't stop me from highlighting the dubious nature of your actions on this thread so far.

We have seen people that post profit tables to calls they never made, making excitement filled posts etc. We all know how they fizzle out in months. Good luck to you and your students.

Before anyone gets swayed by that guy's system and "profits" you need to be sure of his account balance and if indeed the results are on a live account. If that is a live account below $10k then he is practicing ridiculous money management and will be humbled soon. If it is a live account, ask for the losing trades that he never displays to see the effect on account balance. It is easy to post pictures of 100s of dollars on several 0.5 lot sizes. You only need the market to move 20 pips in your favor to capture the image. But what of the actual closing of the trades? What of days when you enter and market moves away from you in red?

There is little justification for opening multiple positions on almost one spot.

Finally if he asks you to pay for system or asks you to bring account to manage, run.

You say you can't post trades because mobile etc. abi? Then keep results of said trades to wherever you originally made the call. Coming here to display results when calls were made elsewhere has always been frowned on in this thread. Why should you be an exception?

Those of you in the group should enjoy the results alone as you entered the trades alone. We don't need to see.

About sharing systems, I was speaking generally on how there is little value in the thread due to ulterior motives but if the cap fits so be it.

It's funny how they can't post trade alerts because of being on mobile but can post trade results from the same mobile. It's obvious what the ploy is for anyone that is being honest and it makes you wonder..

If you are ok with the money you make from trading why hustle to corner newbies or get accounts opened under your affiliate ID?

Gone are the days when struggling traders can come here and learn a trading system for free.. Nobody posts a trading system anymore sef. I think I did the first and last one this year. Funny enough most of us (me inclusive) are using trading systems shared by other people here in old seasons or at least parts of it.

Reconsider any indicator that wouldn't keep you in line with the trend on the daily chart at least.

@ Newbies.

Most of us don't have enough money to make taking signals off the daily chart worth it. Therefore, you will be better served trading intraday but only in the direction of the main trend on the daily. EN has done 1000+ pips this month already, any decent system will help you pick at least half of that number.

Of course there are many ways to trade but the key is finding a strategy that has more probability of catching the big moves and staying away from the sideways days.

My opinion though.

No wonder this thread has lost it's purpose. Everyone that posts a few weeks of consecutive profitable trades runs off to a whatsapp group. The ones that do not create a whatsapp group will be aggressively posting affiliate links up and down. This has chased away people that don't have any other intentions other than sharing and helping others like Natruetalk etc.

I think of the biggest names here only Naijababe and Frenchman has remained "non partisan". Everyone seems to have one ulterior motive or the other. A thread that used to move 10 pages per day has gone down to two pages per week. Smh. More grease to your elbows.

One would think that by now the moderators would have been employing the kind of standards seen in international forums. Since when did the source posted become authoritative? There should be a disclaimer until an article is fully verified.


Spoken to my bank and there is nothing of this sort. It's not even feasible. There is only a limit on how much you can send abroad from your Dorm Account per day. No limit on how much you can receive or leave in your account.

Anyway people with loaded dorm accounts will contact their banks first instead of believing unverified posts allowed to hit Nairaland front page.

It's the best way to trade for people like you that know where to enter and where to exit without using any ridiculous fancy arrow indicators, ichimoku etc.

The average indicator trader will struggle more on higher time frames. If you are such person please manage your life on the 5 minutes and 15 minutes o. Most of the time you will see 300 pips only for it to hit BE just when you are expecting TP to be hit. Some days you will get a "signal" after market already moved 200pips. Smh.
