You have to wait till the case get to NVC after it has been approved by the USCIS...


Then you can submit an inquiry to NVC and request they change the embassy to Qatar..

But Take Note: You will need to upload a valid quatar residence permit to the NVC

i don’t know what that means, are you referring to affidavit? Please visit the nearest NPC office and request for ATTESTATION OF BIRTH, that’s the only standard one i know, when coming to the United States ensure you come with both the birth certificate (the sample you posted earlier) and attestation of birth. You’ll need both when adjusting your status

@Shilam i suggest you take down the photo of your birth certificate and maybe reupload blurring your personal details, if you were born after 1991, this is fine at the embassy but if you were born in/before 1991 kindly go with “attestation of birth” obtained from national population commission, i will still advice you go ahead and obtain an attestation of birth regardless of when you were born because you’ll definitely need both during your “Adjustment of status” process after you enter the US. All the best to you

The job is just as explained by your agent thats if its what was written on your visa. You would be briefed when you visit the company. you have nothing to worry about. as for your Agbo, you can bring it , when asked by Dubai Customs, tell them they are spices for cooking. cos if you say medicine, u wouldn't see it again unless they are in a good mood.
