Dear I was exactly like u until I went to the hospital and the doctor told me I had a stone in my kidney. Luckily, mine was still very tiny due to the fact that I don't drink enough water. Thank God it was discovered early and I had to take enough water daily to dissolve it.

Plz don't joke with water. Drink enough of it.

Drinking alot of water is very very important. I once went to the hospital for general check up and the doctor told me that I had a stone in my kidneys because I don't drink enough water and that I should be drinking 3Litres of water a day to dissolve it. Thank God the stone has been completely dissolved. Since then I don't joke with water. I make sure I drink 1.5L of water first thing in the evening.
