But with the new arrangement that has elevated Musa to the position of Minister of Defence, the question now is:

Will Bello Matawalle be playing the role of a junior minister under him?

The Tinubu government had stated that a Minister of State is NOT junior to the substantive Minister but each is a Minister in his/her own right and they’re meant to be working together to achieve the goals of the ministry.
