Of course, no one born by a woman (like all normal human beings) will stop Obi from contesting but that doesn’t mean he will do any better than he did last time….maybe even worse if he links himself up with the Almajeri called El Rufai who want to bring the country down because he failed to get a ministerial position. Who is he going to rule over? Maybe he will create his own Othman Dan Fodio enclave to govern with cows roaming the streets and bandits being paid stipends from government coffers!

There’s nothing wrong with informing a governor about a visit, it’s simply a matter of courtesy.

However, the situation here is different. The governor is acting as though it's a right that he must grant permission, and Nigerians are rightly pointing out that it is not. By issuing such threats, he is infringing on Peter Obi’s right to freedom of movement, as enshrined in our Constitution.

How did Obi become a legend? What contribution has he made to the lives of Nigerians in general or even the people from his enclave?
People celebrate Awolowo as a LEGEND due to the Policies (particularly Free Education) which he introduced in the Western Region when he was Premier of the region. Even our fathers benefited and our grand-children would continue to benefit from his vision. Please don’t even dare compare Obi to Awolowo….they’re miles apart, my friend!
