Kindly contact IOM in regards to that. I guess u should be able to get it done at Port Health Authhority in Abuja, ministry of health or any general hospital either in Wuse, Maitama, Kubwa.

When u get to Health Authority, show them OPV certificate u received from Fatai.

Yellow Card will be issued to u. The stamp might not necessary since you have gotten certificate for OPV. But yellow card is compulsory with ur OPV certificate at a POE (Port-of-Entry)

@Sammybbb if you have a Yellow card with u it must be stamped to show as an evidence that u have taken OPV. But If your OPV is over a year on your Yellow card, Fatai will tell u is outdated and u would be asked to pay 2,500- 3,000 to get an OPV & certificate.

pls go to Port Health Authority@ MMA. Immediately after Airport' tollgate look at building @ your right hand side that where u will take a new vaccine with 500 naira only and they will stamp ur Yellow card with a current date. Good luck

@Cottyekundayo, thank u. Hope you are checking on UBA guys. I visited First-bank 3 times after my Form A was submitted to d bank on 6-05-2016. And each day I went to remind them about my Form A, I got sms notification from First bank.

Here is my long story about my Form A transaction. I went to d bank on Wed 11-05-2016 to know d status of my transaction and same day equivalent Naira amount to Dollars was debited from my account and following Wed 18-05-2016 I checked on transfer officer to ask her how far with my transaction,she was saying nothing yet and I said no problem and I left but same day around 4:21 I got sms that Outgoing Telegraphic Transfer charges has been debited from my account.

The last time I went was on Monday 23-05-2016, the transfer officer was saying " you again u have come this early Monday " she logged on her system to check d status of my transaction, she said am happy to tell you that the amount has been remitted to your school successfully since last week.

There was no telex copy in my email box but before I got home I received a mail from USQ that says they have received my payment and d payment has been linked to my student account.

Friends don't relax, kindly visit any of d banks you dropped your Form A with, as many times you have chance to check on them. It will end in praise for all of us.

Dear all, am happy to inform u that my Form A has been processed and the transaction was successful.

School has sent confirmation this morning that, they got the money. And they have changed my student application status to " Application offer is accepted " and they are sending my eCoE in next 2-3 working days.

Thank God for His favor and I thank u all for your advice.

@Alvinkem pls stop giving wrong information on this tread. I have been reading your comments in regards to domiciliary u claimed, u used to pay your school fees. Let me give u a clue, I personally have Dom acnt with a little balance of $1*** but I can't used this because I don't have up to what I needed to pay as my deposit payment in my dom account. And I can't buy @high rate from parallel market to fund my dom account. I had no other choice than to visit my bank and had discussion with my account office that leads me to his manager's office. But there is no short cut than to fill Form A and letter of authorization in order to allow my bank to debit my naira account for them to bid on my behalf @cbn rate. And up till now d payment hasn't gone through.

Alvinkem here is my question for u: are u telling all of us on this tread that you knew a process that bank officials didn't know in regards to Form A?.

I'm very sure if there is a quicker way my bank can use to pay my tuition fees they will not hesitate to do it.

Stop hiding away from d truth. There is something you didn't tell us on this tread in regards to ur dom stuff. I guess you got ur dom funded in a trick way. As a business man I have never heard such that someone funds d dom account with naira. because you can only deposit or transfer foreign currency into dom account.

Pls stop spreading wrong info on this tread doing this is just like you are spreading diseases.

I stand to be corrected if am wrong !!!!.

Hi, you will include the birth certificate of your daughter and your wedding certificate. All certificates are to be certified because you are submitting photocopies. I am kind of curious why you dont want to include them in your application even if they are not going to travel with you. Your mind will always be at peace because they can join you anytime

@veryconcluded thank u very much. I would have loved to have them apply with me but there are factors one needs put into consideration such as daughter enrollment school fees, family insurance charges, flight charges for whole family of 3 and accommodation in Aus. Most houseowners don't accept family member in a shared appartment. Need to settle down for a while and make proper arrangement for them to join me later.

Part B is for family member joining a student already in Australia while part C is for family member whether going with the student or not, include your family unit in part C.

@shinerploy please do declare them in your application but i suggest you apply with them. My husband is the main applicant and we all applied with him, we paid OSHC for a family too. Myself and little one don't intend relocating with him now till later in the year. If you can, do apply with them.
Still waiting for visa grant, our testimony is loading.

@mrsoje thanks a lot for your valuable suggestion. I would have loved them to apply with me right now, but there are few things I must put into consideration.

For instance, my daughter is 5 years above which implies I have to enroll her in Australian school and make payment for her enrollment. And that requires additional 5k AUD.

Accommodation stuffs also is very important. Some homeowners don't want family in a shared apartment. I will like to settle down for a while before they join me.

Include your wife & daughter as family members and non migrating, whenever they wanna come over it will be easier using Form 919 & other necessary docs like marriage cert, statement of acct etc, you don't have to include their international passport, birth cert & passport photograph since they ain't going with you, the only thing you need is certified copy of your marriage cert.

@malkinburg, thank you very much for responding to my question. But I will be glad if u could shed more light on bolded words.

I will surely declare them on my application. But pls do I need to include their passport photograph, international passport and birth certificate with my own visa application package. Or all I need to do is just to declare them on my visa application " Pls note they will apply for their visa to join me later"

Good day to all eFamily members, pls am about to fill form 157A. If I declare my family member (wife & daughter) in my application and they are not going with me now but they will process their visa to join me later.

Pls here is my concern, do I need to include their certified copy of international passport, birth certificate and passport photograph with my application.

Please have mercy on me and clarify my doubt by responding to my concern. I don't want to make unnecessary mistake. Thank you
