If it's your Msc. Certification, You can... Just look for a way to bypass the part where you have to upload a copy of your cert online.

If it's your BSc. Cert, you can't! Cos of NYSC cert... Unless you have Godfathers though!

its MSC. n I think to get it would be by 2019

what if m done with my course work n waiting for convocation before I can get my cert can I apply?

Dere are alot of "moles" in dese govt law enforcement agencies serving different interests o&one needs to be very careful while working dere, u cant trust ur colleauge/team members when u are heading an INVESTIGATION cos u cant tell his loyalty& connection hw im take enter!

I can Guaranty dat same court cases against dansuki, nnamdi kanu(dss), fayose, patience jonathan, orubebe etc would be lost, its just a matter of time!
I dey follow-up on dat case of farouk lawan vs Otedola, i just dey laff when farouk defence lawyer dey "destroy" evidence credibility when presented to court by dss, "i was like wtf".
@shiwaggz57, u&i know say farouk collect chop d dollars na, but d law isnt about what u know, its about what&hw u can prove!

efcc sorry to say, dis is what u get! With a flawed RECRUITMENT process(candidates of bigman) & misplaced training!
U cant get a good job investigating pple when u cant Guaranty d loyalty of dose who carrying it out!!!
“EFCC, much trumpeted media trial of cases, dramatic hype and conviction of suspects on the pages of newspapers and social media" isnt d way to prosecute heavy-weight thieves.
Take a leaf from d fbi, u need rock-solid evidence & unbiased professionals as operatives.
U cant always blame d judiciary, d onus lies on u prosecutor "efcc" to prove ur case beyond reasonable doubt...
