01/01/2005 to 01/01/2006= 365.25 days. So just correct the mess because if you put it to 31/12/2008 is not yet a year until the time is 00H00 midnight of 01/01/2006.

Well, even if we were to add those quota days to make up a day, surely in 31st Dec of 2008 from the 1st of Jan 2005 it will still make 0.75 day until the 31st day of 2008 pass over to the 1st of Jan 2009 to make a full day which will eventually complete 4 years.

So to be accurate passover is 31dec. at 12:00=365days.. the 6hrs(1/4) is ignored and summed up(Leap) to 4years which is Feb 29th a full day,,,why is your country using 1-31,if you say its 1-1,,
