Fashola make me believe in public school back. His administration was the reason why my 3 siblings were withdrew from private to public own schools by my Dad. My testimony: when i enter a public school in Ikeja that have AC in some classes and staff room, i was like, 'this can't be true'. But you know what, it was true. God Bless Fashola, Me and You.

Right from ikeja down to the slums of Makoko.. one thing that stands out are the public schools...
. I attended a public school and now an undergraduate on a good standing,, I actually paid almost nothing throughout my sec. sch. days except PTA fee&stationaries.. even the textbooks was free.. we even had a generator, schools bus and all,, the teachers never complained about delayed salaries.. if there is anything I think fashola did really well then it just has to be education.. no wonder he had 86% pass rate.. I doubt if Ambode can continue with that legacy....

I don't know anything about the education system of other states but If I am to talk about fashola's achievements,I will vouch for education. The infrastructure of some state schools will give some private schools a run for their money..and its free:: textbooks&waec fee, except for buying of uniforms,notebooks &PTA fee.

I think one of the solution to this will be for rich people/ cooperate bodies or even individuals to partner with others when needed and exhibit the initiative ' adopt a school'

Airtel is already doing that and its called 'adopt a school'.

I just checked your post again.... 14% FAILURE MEANS 86%PASS RATE... 2000 STATE GOVT. SCHOOLS out of 14,000.... The 12,000 difference consists of Missionary, Federal government, Military, Private schools..,,,,

Talking about "These Leaders"treat us like sti*-- sh--,, I am talking about 1 LEADER, I know of who didn't treat me like that in terms of education because i went to a state school and I Have No Regrets..,,,

This is very sad, students as well, but at what speed waals the bus driver diving at an intersection that he could not come to a alt safely.

I think people drive too speeds beyond their capabilities and mechanical capacities of the vehicles. A bus with 14 adult passengers , their luggage would take longer to come to a stop and might be out of balance.

The driver of the tow truck should be arrested if he did not have right of way.

There are many mad drivers everywhere,, those that drive between states are the scariest..... I won't be surprised if the tow- truck driver ran away immediately... even within residential areas some drivers just burst out to a major lane/road anyhow.... This is a sudden death..
