I don't believe anything from NAFDAC. They are criminals extorting traders.
It was only after their dirty game got exposed that they suddenly claimed to impound “1,000 trucks” full of fake drugs and arrest so-called merchants.

NAFDAC is so corrupt that The U.S. does not trust NAFDAC to test or validate its drugs coming into Nigeria, especially when they’ve already passed FDA standards.

The confession alone is enough, they can easily get a 15 year old victim, hide the identity (victim protection), run a trial, convict and jail the dumb Akpi or whatever they call him for 20 years... Northing go happen.. all the people he's trying to impress online will mock him, and move on.

That's not how it works in the law courts.
They can't just get any 15 year old and claim she's the victim. Rape is a serious case but it's one of most difficult cases to prove in court.
Proving a rape case in court involves a combination of testimony, physical evidence and corroborating details. It's one of the most complex and sensitive areas in criminal law due to the lack of eyewitnesses.
