It should be left for the masses to decide the candidate they also think will serve their interest.

Ex. Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa's own people rejected him, when he went to tell them he has joined APC.

They told him to go alone and not carry them go where dem no know.

They told him Pointblank that they remain with PDP and won't follow him to his bad market place.

E remain small, dem for tear am blow for face. God save am say he quickly run.

This is why he refused to collect APC membership card cus he knows he's alone in this sojourn.

These Owa-Alero and Ika North-East guys really hate Okowa. Even in the last elections, they voted against him and ensured he failed. Now they have disowned him again.

Let the Southerners waste their time on social media criticising government every minute, every hour of the day.

There are so many useful government initiatives that Southerners simply refuse to key into.

Every government policy initiative that is announced, they immediately dismiss it as 'na scam', or 'na propaganda'.

Northerners just key in and take advantage without doubting. Well done to them.

I read the news about Emefiele's seized 750 houses on nairaland this evening, and noticed the Minister of Housing mentioned 'Renewed Hope Homes'. Just out of curiosity, I searched it on google, and Lo and behold there are actually new homes being constructed in several states which are already available for sale for cash, or with a government loan of just 7%!. Compare that to a commercial bank mortgage that is more than 30%.

The website functions excellently and prices are much cheaper than the equivalent houses in the open market.

Yet, most Southerners, (including me until today) are not aware of these opportunities.
