Senseless fight about a mere title ![]() |
Shame! While citizens grapple with unbearable living conditions and the Naira tumbles to an all-time low of N1,600 to the dollar, Bola Tinubu appears to be only focused on personal luxury, a N5 billion yacht at the expense of taxpayers. This is exactly what we warned about. Tinubu is not just unfit to lead, he’s dangerously out of touch and detrimental to the survival of the Nigerian state. |
Hmmm |
I think it's high time Tinubu declare state of emergency in that State |
Great |
Hotfreezing:I am very sure you are not from anywhere near the Southsouth. Every Southsouth person know that the Southsouth and Southeast are inseparable. A Southsouth person will know that there are indigenous Igbos in the Southsouth region. Just come out in your true color, we know your type |
ShinjaWWest:Stop typing out of ignorance. |
smileyoo:Exactly, I expected someone from the brainless comments on this post to name at least one meaningful achievement the country has seen since Igbos were pushed out of political leadership as they claim . Unsurprisingly, no one did. It’s clear their aim isn't development and progress of the country. If excluding a section of the country from governance hasn’t helped the country, then what exactly are they celebrating? |
He betrayed every single person who once helped or supported him

Rufai is right. The sum of every loan is made up of the principal and interest. Only illiterates will not know this |
What's the economic value of the projects Tinubu commissioned in Anambra? How will an expensive government house better the lives of the people of Anambra? This is why Peter Obi is different |
We all know Soludo is playing politics and is targeting Peter Obi because he erroneously thinks he will be chosen for president. His constant jabs at Peter Obi lack objectivity. Most of the roads commissioned by former presidents have all deteriorated, yet we continue to see products from Peter Obi's brewery all over the country. The fact that the brewery has remained successful and sustainable over the years is a testament to Peter Obi's visionary leadership. If the only thing Soludo can mock Peter Obi for is a successful, functional business that still employs hundreds of people and has remained profitable over the years and not that he stole billions of naira like other former governors . It speaks volumes about Obi's qualifications to lead Nigeria |
lol, that's a myopic view. Yes, some individuals became successful without formal education. But highlighting a few exceptional cases , maybe 1 in 10,000, like truck drivers who “made it” ignores the overwhelming evidence that education remains one of the most reliable paths out of poverty. Relying on exceptions does not make a sound national policy or societal vision. Also, Countries with high literacy and school enrollment rates like Finland, South Korea, Rwanda consistently outperform others in health, innovation, productivity and governance. Bauchi has one of the lowest literacy rates in Nigeria. For a sitting governor to publicly call education a "formality" is not just irresponsible it’s dangerously demotivating. Young people in marginalized areas already face barriers, this message adds a mental wall to those barriers. Formal education isn't just about degrees, it promotes: Critical thinking Numeracy and literacy Civic understanding Health awareness E.t. c |
JomasisTech:He probably forgot to include it |
IPIGSRSHALLOW:You go cry with me and other Nigerians when bandits kidnap you. No worry |
SatoshiX:In Tinubu's Nigeria today, a military General is paying ransom to regain freedom from kidnappers. Just like you, the General will never believe that he will one day become a victim of an evil system ran by propaganda. It will definitely get to you or your loved ones, just continue to support evil |
This statement is clearly an indictment on Tinubu's government and the APC on the crisis in the labor party. They deliberately cause problems in the labour party to blame Peter Obi |
APC is an evil Party. Nigerians can no longer afford food and other basic necessities since the evil party snatched power in the country. Before APC: a bag of Rice was sold for less than 8k. Dollar was less than 300 and petrol was less than 200. Tinubu came with his senseless economic policies of floating the naira and removing subsidy to save trillions of naira weekly, yet there's no visible benefit the average Nigerian can point to as the gains of subsidy removal. The only thing APC is good at is propaganda ![]() |
Sunmars:Don't bother to quote you? But you quoted me in ignorance. There was no links to his previous posts when i commented, he only did that after my comment. For someone who claims to be smart, you should have easily seen that |
JomasisTech:I am not blind, he didn't include any link to his previous posts when I commented. He modified the post after. |
The Presidency has faulted the recent claim by Akinwumi Adesina, the outgoing President of the African Development Bank (AfDB), on Nigeria’s GDP per capita. In a recent report, Adesina was quoted as saying that Nigerians today are worse off than they were in 1960. The AFDB chief was also reported to have said that Nigeria’s GDP per capita in 1960 was $1847 and $824 in 2025. Reacting, the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, in a statement on Monday, tackled Adesina, saying the figures he quoted are not correct.Onanuga blasted Akinwumi, saying his conclusions were based on inaccurate figures and an incomplete understanding of Nigeria’s economic progress. According to him, significant progress has been made in various sectors since 1960. Dismissing Adesina’s claim, Onanuga said Nigeria’s GDP was $4.2 billion in 1960, and per capita income for a population of 44.9 million was $93 — ninety-three, not even one hundred dollars. He said, “Our country’s GDP did not rise remarkably until the 1970s, when crude earnings ballooned. In 1970, our GDP rose to $12.55 billion. In 1975, it was $27.7 billion, $64.2 billion in 1980, and $164 billion in 1981. Up until 1980, per capita income did not exceed $880. It rose to $2187 in 1981 and dropped to $1844 in 1982. In 2014, after rebasing, it reached an all-time high of $3,200. These facts raise questions about the source of Dr Adesina’s figures.” Although the presidential aide said his response is not aimed at poking holes in Adesina’s figures, he aimed a dig at him, saying the African banking president “Spoke like a politician, in the mould of Peter Obi and did not do due diligence before making his unverifiable statement.” https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.vanguardngr.com/2025/05/you-sound-like-peter-obi-onanuga-blasts-adesina-over-claims-on-gdp-per-capita/&ved=2ahUKEwiq9pS-gpKNAxVVQUEAHS_1G54QFnoECBsQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0NU-ON1aFuUKixBXzXsbnp

Lack of motivation. These lads see people who studied hard and graduated with good grades languishing due to unemployment. |
This is not from family. Clout chaser |
Tinubu lied to Nigerians that Refineries are working but in reality that was just an avenue to embezzle all the monies for the maintenance. Nigerians can no longer trust Tinubu |
whyteteeth:Your mentality is one of the major reasons why STIs, teenage pregnancy, sexual abuse, and exploitation continue to rise in society due to ignorance. There’s a boy somewhere who has just started experiencing morning erections, but he is confused, distressed, and feeling guilty about a natural sexual development. Posts like this will help teenage boys like him, especially if they have a father with your mentality. |
Funny |
Dalohad:You are right, they are like that all over the country. Nigerians are quick to blame politicians and law enforcement agencies for the rot in the country but the root of corruption is in the civil service. There's no kind of unimaginable corrupt practice they don't do...inflating contracts and awarding it to themselves, forgery, some of them even work in up to 4 different places and collect salaries from all, they have houses and investments abroad. |
meobizy:Making money shouldn't stop men from being men. It's biological |
Afrojuju2017:Indeed, your observation aligns with anthropological and evolutionary biology. The human digestive system, dentition and enzymes suggest an omnivorous ancestry, one that likely began with a predominantly plant-based diet supplemented by opportunistic consumption of animal protein, first from insects and small prey, then increasingly from larger animals as the use of tools and cooperative hunting evolved. My fear has always been that technological evolution has outpaced biological evolution in humans, creating a species heavily reliant on external tools for survival. This could be interpreted as a risky adaptive strategy, resilient in some dimensions and extremely vulnerable in others... |
DeeScan:Did you later marry the pillow?🤣🤣🤣 |
