Bala Mohammed was a better FCT minister than Wike will ever be.
Bala was one of the most accessible minister during his time, he is a detribalized Leader who empowered many youths during his tenure. You don't need any connection or god father to see Bala Mohammed then as FCT minister.
I pray and hope he considers running for president one day—he has my vote and full support.
