I might eventually go the custom ROM way. Should I stick with Havoc or there are better ROMs

Once you flash TWRP, you've to instantly boot to TWRP and flash lazyflasher.zip and then reboot. Otherwise you'll stuck at bootlogo.

Flash custom ROM, copy out your files, then flash miui. If you have a custom recovery and want miui updates, stick with orangefox, otherwise Twrp is more suited to custom roms

I'm not trying to support the govt of the day. Just saying that our borrowing is not out of place. Whether we like it or not the country will borrow just like many other countries. How we utilize those borrowings is another discussion

Our debt to GDP ratio is still one of the lowest in the world. US, Japan and some of the these big western nations have some the highest debt to GDP ratios and they are still borrowing more. We should be well informed before we make comments here

You are right with that SOT. I use note 4 too and I have updated to 11. I've not really closely monitor the SOT but one thing I can say for sure is that it has dropped.
