Yea, if Nigeria can sponsor some serious-minded Nigerians to go study all the aspects of game development then come back and teach people here. They'll be exceptionally good. See what Nigerians do just with YouTube free tutorials and other free online materials. If they get trained they'd be way better. Imagine if the work force of naughty dog for example, are Nigerians working on a game. They'd be no need to pay anyone to do anything. Just to buy materials.
