Yerins wanted to take a bath, but met Maria in, decided to give her space and was singing outside the showers to speed her up, unfortunately Maria would have none of that for someone who wouldn't have anyone sit on her bed, she probably took offense to him hurrying her up and concluded he was peeping

That's just my take might be wrong but no one would be peeping on someone and still be singing to alert the person of their presence,, it just doesn't work that way
