Day care, I didn't say neighbor care.
So if parents work all day and their kids are kept busy all day too and they reunite during the eve and enjoy their family time,you still ain't call that parental care or whatever ?

There's nothing wrong with being an house-husband. Both the husband and the wife have equal stakes in a marriage. If the situation is the other way around, we won't even be having this discussion. There is nothing wrong with the man manning the kitchen. And which one is wash pant for his wife? She isn't disabled now, is she?

On my way home but this topic came up.

This family have got 2 kids and the kids lack parental care because the man and wife come in late.

The issue of Nanny is out of the option because they don't trust nannies and someone must resign to take care of the kids..

The problem here is that the wife earns four times(400%) the man's salary and the ladies salary goes a long way to sort the family expenses.

Please who do you advise to resign.

This shouldn't be an issue at all let alone be a cause of dilemma or dispute.
The guy should sure quit for the time being so long they need the finances but if the man's earnings can foot all the bills independently,the lady can consider quitting.
2 kids isn't much enough to disturb their work,they Can enroll them in a day care and pick them up whenever they close from work.

It's no big deal at all,maturity is all they need to make decisions.
