When state Civil servants prevailed on him he threatened them with mass retrenchment beginning from the non indigenous civil servants. He did well yet he could not even live in the state but moved to live in the state of a governor that did far better.

Obiano did well yet he could not stay 24 hrs in the state he governed for 8 yrs but was caught in the airport as he tries to make his way out of the country to evade any scrutiny?
