More reckless spending in thier attempt at stimulating the economy further out of recession. The thing is we are sliding deeper and deeper into debt with this approach of paying people without productivity in view.

This is a strong pointer that if the govt want to achieve a thing, hardly can that govt be stopped. Since 2015 there has been no queues in filling stations because Buhari wants that as a clean slate into his record. Not naira devaluation or lack of functioning refineries could derail that target.
If he truly wants to end insecurity, one week is too much for him to end it forever.

Smoking entails substance intake but in a more dangerous form due to its side effect on the lung. Nicotine can be taken as liquid if I am not mistaken.

First you pretended the issue was the need for money for payment of teachers salaries. Now your complaint is that the contributions were undocumented..... you folks never quit with the illogical, do you? undecided

You are clearly a malicious mudslingers. You are the one feigning deep imbecility and not me pretending. Salary is a contious expense while construction is largely a onetime expense where donors aren't documented, how you manage to muddle those two simple fact up to arrive at what suits your known inclination on Nairaland is what I cannot tell.

You must be unbalanced to call undocumented donations shares or donor, investors.

He is right. Teacher salary are not onetime expenses. It means there has to be a recurrent input to cater for those salaries and similar expenses. You cannot use the fact that you paid a token at construction stage of the school to justify demanding free education that involves continuous funding.

Yahoo is blood money, wether they do rituals or not, as far as they defraud people of their hard earned money, then it is blood money.

I was once a pastor in a church were I was so loved and celebrated, however it got to a point the Holy Spirit told me to leave , it was so difficult for me, cos it was the only church I was celebrated and loved dearly out of all the churches I pastored.

I was praying for revival in the church one day when God opened my eyes while I was on the pulpit ministering. I looked at the pulpit and all I could see was blood. I thought I was going out of my mind so I opened my eyes, yet I kept seeing blood flowing from the pulpit. I kept it to myself. The second time I ministered on same pulpit I saw blood again. I had to tell my senior pastor, who then opened up to me and told me that the pulpit was a gift from a yahoo boy. I personally prayed and yet there was nothing like rituals in the kind of yahoo this young man was into, yet I still kept seeing the blood.
I went straight to were they sold pulpits with the pastor and bought a new one with my money, expecting the pastor to discard the old one, but he refused and kept it in a store. I was expecting him to call the yahoo boy and tell him to come take back his gift but he didn't.

I went to God in prayers asking Him why I kept seeing blood each time I used the pulpit despite the fact that the guy who gave the gift wasn't into ritual. The Holy Spirit then gave me the bombshell. He said when someone's means of living is by defrauding others of their hard earned money, then they are spending blood money. He said the sweat , toil and labour of these people defrauded is equated to their blood, so in the spirit realm it's seen as blood money. That anyone who partakes of such money either by celebrating or eating from such money would inherit the curse that comes with such money.
Proverbs 11 : 21 Though hand join in hand, the wicked shall not be unpunished.

Romans 1: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

This is a true life story of something that happened to me. I'm not hear telling people stories to entertain them, rather that they could learn and make corrections were necessary. If anyone reading this has been partaking in such kind of money,it's high time they repented and ask God to nullify every evil they've brought upon themselves by their actions. This is how self inflicted curses come upon people.

The first part I believed and have always known but the second bold part about inheriting the curse associated with such money even when one partakes unknowingly, is hard to accept for me.
Defrauding is equal to blood money because "money answereth to all things". Many may not easily see the link between the sentence and the bible verse in it.

This should tell you that the government is in bed with these herdsmen.
In every picture they take, they don't hide their faces and they walk around with mobile phones. They visit markets and other places with their mobile phones. If the security agencies want to trace them, they can easily do so. But nobody traces them. The government security agencies pretend they don't know where they are. They treat them as if they're just some young teanagers misbehaving. Not as terrorists. All because of tribalism.., buharis major weakness..

This is what nepotism does to a government. Both commanding officers and low level officers are mostly Fulani northerners and seem to prefer dealing with these characters with kids gloves. You hardly see pictures of summary executions of fulani herdsmen kidnappers as is the cases elsewhere.. To put this news in it's proper context, if it was some ESN operatives that abducted a fulani herder and end up using his phones to update their Facebook and make calls, they would have been traced and eliminated by the likes of Abba kyari and co by now..
Same gov that tracked IPOB via phones cannot track these known criminals.

1. So all these decades, God previously had need for the money given him by sinners but God has suddenly changed His mind now? It is almost always God changing His mind with this man, isn't it. When will this man ever admit that he has lied to the multitudes for so long? undecided

2. Now God only wants Offerings and tithes from Kumuyi's sheep and not from those who see right through him. Na wa oo!
The part you quoted clear started with a condition and that conditional statement renders your silly arguments void. He said if he know the sinners among his tithe payers he will return their tithes, he never said he knows them or has known them all along. Stop twisting words before replying to them. It makes you look irredeemably stupid.
