2. Then those parts should be stewed up while he watched
3. Then he should have been made to eat it all up

Seems like the most likely direction na GOT has become increasingly predictable and we know they don't like cliché endings.
1. It'll be too early for Jon to die again.
2. Ramsay we know is a killer. We would naturally expect Snow and his army to sweep down Winterfell and save Rickon a la knight in shinning armour. So D& will take the pleasure of that away from us. Only Dany is allowed that kind of entry
3. People will naturally die, but I don't know a giant will be killed.
4. I saw the trailer My blood is so pumped I can't wait for Monday.

point 1...i agree too early for that....
point 2...Stark army will take winterfell...Rickon is expendable....A stark must die...we know its not snow...and it cant be sansa...Arya's cheated death already....
