First, I commend Ramsay's audaciousness.
His impudence is out of this world
He's always shown smartness but I didn't really expect him to pull this one off.
His death was on point.

Ghost was proabably chained up somewhere out of sight...he has no place on the battle field with arrows flying around that will be suicide...or they where just saving money on the CGI.....
