Visit a family planning clinic. You will find them in almost all Government or state hospitals.

Its called lactational amenorrhea. No need to worry , her menses will resume soon.Some use it as a form of contraception but the failure rate is high. Please take active steps towards prevention of pregnancy if you don't intend to have a baby soon.
