They asked you to upload hnd.. you’d have to have an ond before you get an hnd so it’s only ideal that you go with both results... is anything stopping you from going with both? Upload the hnd as requested and carry ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS with you if you make it to screening

Is there something that somebody can start doing now to prepare... the honest truth is the only thing I do now is my early morning runs.. I think I should go hit the gym and start building some form of endurance.. we still have from now till January... if I can get harder, maybe.. just maybe I will survive
