You can't rule predestination bro... Free will as to do with worldly stuff not something associated with destiny, many have been trying this commission of a thing with strong connection, they didn't get, yet those that only applied once without any connect sef got it, that is destiny, it have been predestined that they will get it ones while those that have been trying it without success predestination is that they will have to wait till when the time come if it is what is predestined they will get it.

On that matter of predestination, I don’t believe anything is predestined... like I said earlier on this thread, God gave us free will and the ability of choice... was Judas destined to betray Jesus? No.. it was written that a disciple will betray him... it could have been Peter or Paul.. it could have been anybody who allowed hate and greed into their hearts.. that’s why the Bible says guard your heart.
If you decide to jump off a 20 story building now or shoot yourself in the head, do you think you were destined to shoot yourself in the head? You chose to do it and whatever decisions we make, we must live with the consequences...Right now, you can choose to give up on your army ambition even if you were destined to be a great general... have you not heard of men of God saying when god first called them, they declined and the mantle moved to somebody else? I’ve heard and seen it.. the founder of a very popular church in Ogun state wasn’t the first person to receive the mantle.. somebody declined the call and it moved... it’s all choices and decisions..

In military, you don't leave without an official permission.
Cadets often run out of academy for some days due to personal reasons. Some to go and see sama, some flex within town and go back. It's norms there, but don't be caught.
But I don't think SSC cadets blow AWOL o. Sha, who no come no go know.
Maybe some of them currently in there can shed more light to that

you know say timeline dey... october 10 is when the 3rd and last batch of 72rc will resume screening... it’s most likely that day they’d ask us to go for exams..after exams there’s be one week of nothing then they’d shortlist names for screening... which you’ll have to resume the following week.. which ssc would most likely be in 2 batches like the last time so the screening is supposed to go into December 2/3rd week..for cadet resumption to be in January.. so I don’t see a senario of them extending it.. and if they do, can’t be more than 1 week which would take screening into last week of December.. if dem wan mad sef they can say we should resume training in December.. course 44 did.

prospectives brothers in arms abeg I studied Urban and regional planning and I did not see it in dssc and age has already disqualified me from ssc so I applied dssc under engineering where I saw architecture, building etc and I applied building am I safe? I day wait for una response abeg, make I know my faith.

Yes about those guys that were withdrawn coz of documents in course 45 and one came for screening in course 46. I heard Major Ango told him to plant his head b4 he explained better to him.
According to someone here, he's back in academy with course 46

lol he’s my guy.. he’s there nah.. he was wrongly evicted for documents and it was the army’s fault.. so he had to come back.. me and this said guy went to the same school.. even finished together.. the army had a break in verification of results and just booted everyone..but the guy that asked the question was talking about regulars that were withdrawn.. not short service

I've heard of withdrawn cadets reapplying and showing up for screening. I also heard some were considered. In my opinion, it depends on why the cadet was withdrawn. Try and make some inquiries with links in academy if the cadet won't be penalised

If you don’t announce yourself, you’ll not be discovered..

Apply bro... a ton of us were withdrawn... we see each other’s at screening and just giggle and occasionally say our “mornings sirs” in the background... nobody has to know..as long as you don’t go tooting your horn at the screening. I know some that even made 45 and are commissioned now.

Firstly as I get off the readers and likers group of company , I'd like to thank everyone who has contributed immensely in giving appropriate awareness and information on this thread esp @ugo and sikowitz17. I asked, he said he's a graduate, which school, him say secondary school....I com surprise, him say na for SSC him apply for and na for cafe him do am.
I was now thinking maybe he thinks SSC is for SSCE(waec) holders.

But y didn't the cafe people advised him

I was really amazed.
