I've been having issues with the ptdf scholarship website. All thru yesterday until this present moment, it has been pretty difficult to access the website and Im yet to complete my application.
Besides I've tried using all the available browsers to complete this application but none has been successful thus far.
what can I do cos I don't want to miss this opportunity?

No, that's a fatal lie. You have till July 2017 to submit your University offer letter. You can even start applying to the University 4 months after applying for the scholarship. But let me drop an expo (it pays to go to the interview with unconditional offer letters and an IELTS results). Hope you applied by the way?
