Good laptop but costly, pls reduce your price, hope it has no fault whatsoever? By the way the external 6-cell battery supposed to last 7-8 hours while the internal 3-cell endures about 7 hours to make it a whopping 15 hours endurance on battery "according to online reviews"

First things first, lets get something straight here....

If you do not have a legal activation on windows 7sp1, 8 and 8.1, then you might want to hold off on upgrading to windows 10.

This is because the activation system of windows 10 has changed. you technically do not require a key to activate windows 10. I use the

word technically because well the trick is, a legit key from windows 7 and 8 is required to activate windows 10. but windows 10 on its own

does not require a key....

So if your copy of windows 7sp1 or 8 is legal, then you can upgrade to windows 10 and it will activate automatically and forever. Again, i use the

word forever because the activation system of windows 10 has changed. It uses your system Hardware ID that it creates, that is unique to your

set of hardware. During the activation after upgrade or restore it sends that info to MS. The next time you install Win10, you can do it without

the upgrade and connect to the internet and it will activate by sending that Hardware ID to MS, MS sees it and says OK I know you,

here is your activation. Pretty much that.


So for you niggurs out there looking for free sheeeiiit,

Here is what you do....

Upgrading from windows 7 Service pack 1, proceed like this

Windows 7, > activate it with Daz's loader, > upgrade it > activated successfully > format everything > fresh install windows 10 > it will be activated.

Upgrading from windows 8, 8.1

Windows 8, 8.1 - activate using KMSpico - > upgrade it > activated successfully > format everything > fresh install windows 10 > it will be activated.

not true.it support ota update very well... That was a initial problem but it was fixed immediately to enable Ota updates.

Android Authority wrote and I quote "the default firmware on my review device had a glitch in that
while it says it supports OTA updates, it actually doesn’t. The phone checks for updates and even downloads the new software but when it comes to actually updating it I get an error, “Your system was damaged, wireless update disabled!”.

just as the starter of this thread and many other people complained. But it may have been fixed though...

My brother am in the same dilemma but find myself gradually leaning towards the Ulefone BT 2. I even watched a BT 2 review on youtube where the reviewer pointedly blamed Elephone for misleading on the specs of the P7000.

Since we were in the same dilemma I guess will will also lean towards same direction of Ulefonr BT 2. Hahahahaha

Em, when it comes to Elephone the company can really surprise one. Before the P7k launched I even read on their forum that some may ship with SONY IMX114 camera instead of the stated SONY IMX214 as a result of shortage in supply and fans were even happy and praising them for making that revelation saying that if it were before they would simply add the IMX114 sensors to the phones and ship them with any announcement.

And according Android Authority review thay said the OTA support is fake as the P7k does not supported it.
