Anyone that wrote Jamb can now apply even though u did not fill the school in your jamb slip, provided u scored 180 and above in your Jamb. Research had it that most of us in the sciences have a mindset of being a doctor is years time, without really knowing what its about. So tell me, if there were to be no medicine as a course, what would u have stuudied and why? Me : law reason : because of its prestige and high level of respect, the outfit and th smartness. Not to forget the money. Now who's next? |

I concore! But maths can also b used depending on d school Unabefool: maths is not a compulsory subject for anatomy. It has the same subjects combination as dentistry. Maybe its an error from the system. Just my thought though. |

micynute94: @simba.. seems u r enlightened. twas good..
Being studying at my end and it ain't easy. Scoring low marks ain't helping too.. .. Am really rusted, had to spend an average of 50mins on English.. and i haven't set aside time to cross check. Na despair i dey feel now. Just wanna b tru with dx stuff called jamb.
I advise u all start with theoretical questions followed by questions that involves calculation.. Trust me.. BTW, Use of English is just too devious.. Need a calm mind which i don't v 4 now to read between the lines.
Still aiming for my score sha. # Unilorinfreshmanstudentcome2015 Forget abt dat. u knw eng is 100 questions 4 150marks? so it's normal u spent 50mins. at least u still at home. jst study and den write ur exams, talking 4rm xperience, dnt let that bother u bro, all d best |
Education › Re: 2015/2016 Utme And Admission Process by simba1: 2:37pm On Dec 17, 2014 |
beatsbyj2g: do d one u are good in first. For example if u choose physics first, we all know dat physics is a mixture of calculations n theoretical question so u do one first cal. First den theoretical ones in other to avoid wasting time coz cal. Takes more time but theory takes reason.
For Mr I'd do chemistry (my best subject) den physics theoretical question (am not dat good in cal. Coz of fake teachers ) den mathematics cal. Den I go back to physics cal. B4 ending with English.
Knowing fully well dat Math - 50 question-- 2 marks each Phy - same Chem - same English - 100 question -- 1 mark each
Altogether 400 Mark_____ getting 35 in phy Chen n math would = 35* 3 = 105 * 2 = 210 So mayb You are wrong at that. did u use ur syllable at all? cal. and diagram quest. carry more marks. and on eng. the marks differs. eg. comprehension 3marks each. 1 close passage 2marks. sententence interpret. 2marks. antonyms and synonms 1mark each etc |

cabcaz: Hello everyone and thanks for reading.
I am heading back to Nigeria after many years away and will like to know the whole University pre degree process. My son who will be applying for a degree in 2016 and I want to know if things are still the same as they were back in the 80's. Back then all we did was apply through jamb and select the universities we wanted.
Now reading all the posts I read stuff about paying for pre-degree form offered by universities Why will you do this when you apply through jamb?
Also is it still called JAMB?
Then I read about something called UTME - Not sure if that's the spelling
Also how do people find information on all universities and courses? Is there a central website to go He can start by doing pre-degree to broaden his chance. due to the competition. here are sum of the unis still selling pre-degree forms |

Science/Technology › Re: Please Help Me Make An Incubator? by simba1: 6:26pm On Dec 12, 2014 |
johnpaul1101: Goodday fellow nairalanders, please i need your help on how to create a local incubator, as a science student, i have a zeal of creating anything scientific that the world would recognize, but i think at this level, i should start with common projects, so i have decided to produce a local un-mordernized chicken incubator as my first project in school. After researching on this project, i found out it is an easy but expensive project, and as a result, i have decided that everything i would be needing would be created by me, which led me into making a decision that i wount buy any already -made part, so i have decided to ask for the help of the great scientist here. So with this, i would like to ask: what are the things that will be needed for this project, and what are the procedures in making this incubator? I like dis project. i' intrested, bt sorry, i dnt hv an answer to ur question. |
