They will refuse because THEY WILL BE EXPOSED...THERE IS NO OIL IN LAGOS AND ONDO IN COMMERCIAL QUANTITY; IT'S JUST A PLOY TO DECEIVE SS AND SE.
2. If Lagos now has oil, as with Ondo, shall we now divide this country since all regions now have oil? Oil was also found in Bornu! They will refuse because...THERE IS NO OIL IN LAGOS, ONDO AND BORNU IN COMMERCIAL QUANTITY; JUST A PLOY TO DECEIVE SS AND SE.
