Please anyone know how much the comprehensive do-it-yourself manual on Peachtree Accounting
costs? Tanks

Any1 have idea of pay package for this friesland folks? I also got the text. Want to know if it's worth the while.

Just received reliable info from MOBIL HR that interviews have been held for Accountant positions
and recruitment for this position is over.

If 2nd stage interview is on then the test conducted was definately not used for this recruitment.
I mean i wrote the test on 4th July and we were told successful candidates would be contacted a month later
that was what this past monday, so how could mobil have conducted the skill test, gotten the result for that,
held the 1st interview, gotten that result and are now at the second stage. I mean calculate it, it doesn't seem possible.
But then if truly they are already at the second stage all we can do is pray that its conducted in batches and wait it out.

Haven't been called and not heard of anyone who has been invited for te skill test. Its been a month since we wrote the test, lets keep our fingers crossed.

From the mail, it is requested that we come along with professional qualifiacations, wot if u don't have any yet
will u be disqualified?

Please i got 3 invitations, one yesterday for 26th (Friday) and 2 today (26th and 29th) so which
is the real date for the test. Anybody with similar problem?

If the format has not been changed should still be the same as below, got d info from a test formart site sometime last year.

MOBIL

The test format for Mobil Producing Nigeria-Graduate trainee position is as follows:
1. Verbal reasoning that will last for under 30 minutes and are 40 questions, basically you will be given a short passage and will be required to answer a, b, or c to assumptions made based on the contents of the passage.
a- You agree with what the statement says
b - You disagree with the statement based on what is in the passage
c- You can't tell from the passage if the statement is correct

2. Numerical reasoning - 35 minutes 35 questions, You get to use a calculator, basic stuff, You are given a data sheet with graphs and charts and asked questions from the chart, easy stuff, the only problem is flipping the pages back and forth to get to the data sheet from the question page, Mobil should do something about that, it wastes valuable time.

3. Diagrammatical reasoning- If you did NLNG, Chevron, or any of those tests on diagrams you ought to be used to this by now, anyways it is very simple. 16 mins 40 questions

4. For discipline test- 48 questions in sixty minutes. Not sure of the coverage though.

saw the apprentiship list in Daily trust of 23rd, beliv it is strictly for that cos required candidates to come with JAMB,SSCE results and the like. Cant be asking for that for a graduate position. Though haven't heard anything about the recruitment thru Philips. If anyone hears anything please keep me posted.

Know exactly how you feel cos i go through the same ordeal with interviews, as u said it hits hard when facing a serious discussion. Have seen some adds on Speecheasy it is suppose to reduce stuttering to the lowest minimium, this though is not available here in Nigeria. have also come across adds on verbal therapy which also reduces stammering from the various testimonies, but all this are obtainable in the states or UK. The only form of therapy i am into now is relaxation. Taking deep breaths before i talk or when the stammering comes helps me get out what i have to say a lot easier. Though it's still difficult and at times it tends to work quit slowly as most times a stammerer feels the listener is in a haste to get the response but its allot better doing it ryt once than trying over and over.
Still have some bad days, but rlaxing and taking it easy helps alot.

hi, wrote the Financial Associate text late september, the text is quite easy,shape shifting,simple additions,multiplications,divisions,fractions,comprehension, just study ur GMAT thoroughly but, it is very bulky, u will have to be as fast as can be,they know quite well that it is easy so they try to cut u down using the time factor.Just study timing yourself and pray for God's favour and speed.
