This is going off on a tangent lol, it is quite weird to remove completely “a part of visa processing” from the Nation’s capital to Lagos (lol i know they are still processing some category of visa in Abuja) also, there was this uproar about that uncomfortable MOU between this government and france, but then i don’t want to seem to wear a tinfoil hat 😂, but curiouser curiouser 🌚

But the amazing part of it is that for more than 1 week no appointment slots for March, April, May , June in Abuja at all. This is very strange, pls can someone confirm if he booked appointment in the last one week in Abuja centre.

As of last month TLS Abuja is no longer accepting appointments for Nigerians, all Nigerian applicants must apply through Lagos.

I am not a first timer, I stayed in Abuja

I am with my passport already with visa issued, my case is overturned Decision and my passport has been there since 2nd December, I went to the British High commission yesterday and ask them to give my passport wether visa issued or not, they told me they will call me in the afternoon, by 1pm I received there call to come and get my passport, when I opened I saw the visa there issued. Cheers

I mean they refused me 5 times before, so on the 5th refusal I send them long mail with explanations which they said I have no right of appeal but I escalate it and subsequently they sent a mail that the refusal is overturned, so my passport is with the embassy now for the visa.

This visa officers just doing any how , is like they don’t even read the application properly they will just give refusal, they do that to me last 3 weeks , I sent a paid mail with very long explanation, they refly I have no right of appeal but if am not satisfied I can escalate it, I escalate it and after like some 2 weeks they sent a mail to me to submit my passport that the decision has been overturned and my visa is approved, so I submitted my passport with the mail yesterday, I was refused 5 times including it now, so am fedup and send a very long mail.

The documents and information you have submitted in support of your application
indicate significant differences between actual income and the income stated on your
VAF, and due to the discrepancies, I am not satisfied that you have demonstrated
your financial circumstances to be as stated. Based on the documents submitted and
information available I am not satisfied that you have demonstrated your personal
and financial circumstances are as stated.”[/color]
Another blunder the ECO made was this, my monthly salary after tax is N742,356.85 and this was the same amount I entered on the VAF, how then did they come to this conclusion that there are discrepancies, I even attached my pay slip.
I think they got so many jobs that they just messed up everything, cuz I know what I wrote on the VAF and it corresponds with my salary to my bank.[/quote]

Biometrics request mail was sent same day and I did my biometrics on 1st of November.
I got a mail today (13th Nov) to submit my passport.

Honorable members of the house, I made a mistake in booking a biometric appointment, my appointment is in Accra Ghana, I didn't find out till I got to VFS Lagos, I've tried to cancel the appointment and reschedule another in Lagos Nigeria, I keep getting "No records Found" after inputting the correct reference number.
Please advise anyone.

You will book for Biometrics after submitting your application, you will be redirected to VFS website to book your biometrics appointment

Can+ is programmed for those who have visited US, have a valid, or expired US visa. The benefit is that in most cases, your Canada visa processing time is fast and you submit very few documents.
You are only qualified if you have a valid or expired US visa![/quote]

Please what do i do. i was going through my application now and i found out i clicked NO to the question if i have been denied any visa in the past before.

Infact i have been denied canada visa before although that was just before lock down.

What can i do about this. Meanwhile i have a valid US Visa and i guess my application was processed as CAN+ as i was not asked to upload any proof of fund or any other documentation except the Visa and my NIN.

My application is already 2 months and still counting. within these 2 months, my US Visa which i uploaded has expired and i have renewed same.

Should i send a webform with the renewed visa? what do i do about the other mistake about being denied visa

I was denied a visit visa in November. I plan to travel for 15th of December. Now I want to reapply with more proofs that I will be coming back home after my visit. But the current appointment date I booked is December 6th already which can’t meet up with my travel date if I’m to reapply.

My question is. Can I submit 6th of December and get my passport back before 15th or should I just apply against April holiday.

If you are a frequent traveller is ok but a first time it takes time for scrutinization so the the time is short and just denied you it will look more desperate from , so just give sometime and look for more proofs to to make your application successful.
