Bracket open, type quote and close. Make sure it is before the text you want to respond to. Then close it by using the bracket open, a forward slash and quote before the bracket closes.

Practical: Remember the bracket I'm using now is the wrong type, therefore it won't work but I have to use it for illustration purpose.
