Nozino:Thanks for your response. Well that's quite odd for Asaba. Because compared to other Southern Nigeria cities like Enugu, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Awka and Uyo.. You mustn't be there physically to have an idea of what their properties look like.. Then again. It seems housing is really costly in Asaba. Because I am coming from Port Harcourt and I share a two bedroom flat with a house mate and it cost 600,000 per annum with a very stable power supply.. Although it isn't in the heart of the capital. But it's a domiciled in a very urbanized location Or are house costly there because of it's proximity to Onitsha.. |
I just spent the last two to three hours searching vigorously for estate in Asaba.. Where I can see what their homes look like without being there physically. But to my greatest bewilderment there are not up to five post on YouTube that showcase properties in Asaba.. Very bad for a capital city. It's either there are no nice estates in Asaba or the realtors there don't know the imperativeness of the internet.. It's seems I might just manage the Port Harcourt wey I dey so and manage my ABA and leave Onitsha.. Or better still I move to Lagos.. |
Hello Everyone ![]() I'd be moving from PH city to Asaba.. And I love to know from Asaba resident a couple of things... 1. How much can I procure a one bedroom flat that shares proximity with Onitsha.( A distance of 10 to 15 minutes would be most preferable). Because I'd be conducting my businesses from Onitsha and retiring to my home in Asaba.. I am made to belief Asaba is very close to Onitsha. 2. Well I am coming from PH city so as you know night life is quite vibrant.. What's the night life and entertainment scence like in Asaba, night club, malls, resort, etc.. 3. How much of a big bustling city feel is Asaba? Because I love very big hectic cities or mek I dey pack my load dey go Lagos.. ![]() |

basilo101:That body of water is it also sited in the university campus? If so he Onwa Nsukka picked a beautiful spot... |
abduleez1:I don't know about Taylor Swift but Billie dominates a genre that there isn't much competition. Dark pop genre is arguably in her pockets. You have to understand that some genre are more competitive than others. That's why those orchestra conductors and jazz/classical musicians may have as high as 10 Grammys with over 50 nominations with less than 500k followers across all social platforms. So it isn't always about your popularity or number of streams (who the hell streams orchestra or symphony). But dominating your genre. The person with the most Grammys I'm pretty sure nobody knows him but he is a master of Opera music. So the Grammy is very diverse from the most conventional artist with all their paparazzi and tmz to the most gifted instrumentalist that can play all known musical piece with finesse but can't sell out the O2 arena, the Grammys recognizes them all.. That being said, I have to concede that there is an epitome of truth in your analogy that African music is being stereotyped, if you aren't singing about bad government or hungry children than your music isn't African enough. |
Is anybody anticipating the teen wolf movie coming up.. It's a redo of the entire series like a movie with the same cast. Just that stiles wouldn't be casting.. |
jpmoriarti:Abi or even man city cos' I no want dey give myself hope anyhow... That draw against galatasaray still dey do me somehow.. |
Iamyemmie:The grey anatomy is not like the regular series it like Papa ajasco. E no dey end.. There's a term for those kind of series I would try to get the term.. Mehn I've been searching for that term online but it's been futile. But just know that procedural series like legal, medical, police, or crime procedural they usually don't have any specific destination. It's called procedural for a reason There are a billion storyline to cook up from how the the law operates or how crimes are committed and solved or the in and outs of the medical field.. No specific story line except for some love interest here and there. That why series like NCIS, NYPD blue, Law and order, CSI, Criminal mind, Hawaii five-0, Grey's anatomy, Casualty, Eastenders, Chicago Fire/PD. etc can afford to go on for many season.. And that why you could still miss an ample amount of episodes and still watch without feeling like you missed anything.. Why because nothing concrete just procedures upon procedures. Each episode comes with a new story. And then lastly apart from procedural series dramas and sitcoms tend to be very long... |
I watched Carlos Quieroz lose a league in 2003 cos he was not using the squad. Only subs were Solari and Cambiasso. We were 8 points clear and Valencia went on to win that title. That's why I've been on Carlo's case and using the squad. Now here we are. #copied. What do you guys think we fit still win league still win europa |
FirstbornWds:Mek them dey careful ohh. I still never forgive them for Coutinho.. |
So nobody else could attempt a translation of this song... Not even our veterans here in Igbo studies... |

jerflakes:Yeah that's true I can even feel the deep spirituality within my spines.. There's a line in his song that he said odogwu ga muta odogwu... Nonetheless, I just saw your display photo are you an active practitioner of odinani... |
Does anybody have an insight to what the Highlife musician was trying to pass in Ibalu mmaonwu... I know mmaonwu means masquerade but what then does Ibalu mean I can't just decipher it.. |
By the way I remember when there was so much frenzy about Mayor of Kingstown.. But I haven't seen anybody rave about it that much. Wetin be the update comrades I don download the full season 1 Mek I start or mek I abort. I Understand you guys are expecting season two. Right... |
Some of you guys that watch one week in one week out series.. Y'all are trying.. People like me that binge watch I rather occupy myself with another series that they have wrapped up shooting for the season than to put myself under unnecessary suspense.. .If there's anything I hate is ending an episode and aching to know what happens in the next episode. But with binge watching I just simply click on the next episode and feed my hungry self ![]() Like at the moment I'm seeing out HTGAWM by the time I am done hopefully Tyler Perry would have wrapped up shooting for the season 3 of the oval.. And then I finish the oval season 3 in less than a week. ![]() Then I move unto the next series and repeat my binging cycle ![]() |
Have you guys ever been in a situation whereby you are watching a not so new series and you are like. "Where the hell was I when this series premiered". That's the situation I am in at the moment with how to get away with murder. I'm already getting to the latter stages of season 4 and all I can say is "EXPLOSIVE". You just can't predict the end of the series the suspense is just crazy... I'm threatened to compare HTGAWM with Suits but I only saw Suits till about season 3 or thereabouts... So I may not really have a well balanced view.. |
Iamyemmie:I thought I was juggling so much series at a single time until I met you.. wow. How is New Amsterdam by the way.. |
So na so Messi don Waka comot ohh... SMH |
Iamyemmie:Alright thanks |
Iamyemmie:Hey, where did you download season 1 of Wentworth from? |

Over Six months now the super glue stuffs truly works... |
abduleez1:17 years?? So fast. Seems like it was yesterday. Do kids nowadays still watch this. I mean u know there are some cartoons that are evergreen. In the sense that old gen and new gen both watch them like Tom and Jerry et al.. |
Simonokeh7:Well I've been searching online the closet I've seen is a series named Jamestown.. I understand that most movies with this kind of plot are usually movies not tv shows you know like the last of the Mohicans.. But I'll prefer a series because I'd love for the plot to develop slowly and intently.. Away from that I hope I'm not the only lover of historical series here. |
Can anybody suggest any series that chronicles the arrival of the white men in the new world. Or something that has to do with native American.. My question is inspired by the last episode of Vikings lol.. ![]() |
sslcrypt:If you're using a PC there's a way you can unfasten or fasten the subtitles to ensure it's in sync just Google it. But how do you know the subtitles is out of sync if the original language is French.. And even more worringly how do you synchronized the subtitles seeing as they're speaking French. What I mean is that how do you know the translations provided by the subtitles is matching the actual words they are saying in French seeing as you apparently aren't fluent in French. |
DieRich5:Nice point but it seems like na only me wey spoilers no dey affect.. At times I dey even go read the synopsis online before I even begin the next episode. For a new series i usually go through the Wikipedia page so I already know what and what to expect in the new series. Frankly speaking it even makes me more excited/ expectant to watch the series if I have a glimpse of the show.. I just don't know why spoilers aren't a biggie to me. But isn't it paradoxical some people watch trailers of the new episode or series but Dem no like spoilers wetin come be di difference.. ![]() |
OhBritannia:For me I prefer to exercise patience till an ample amount of episodes has been released. I can't do week in week out viewing. Especially when it comes to series that the ending of each episode makes you thirsty for the next episode. I just can't deal with so much suspense. At times I could even wait till the entire season has already been released then I take one good weekend and wrap the show. |
