lordZOUGA: ubuntu is an operating system. it has a software called "gparted" that can help you partition your memory card.
so, if you can get your hands on a system running it then your problem is solved.
there might be other windows based alternative but I do not know about them.

it is normal for you to have an unallocated partition but like I said, you will have to format it to a suitable filesystem type.
when I used link2sd, I used my linux OS (ubuntu) to partition my memory card. the default filesystem for linux is ext2 journaling filesystem
(unlike windows which is ntfs) so I didn't have to use any 3rd party tool to create a partition. the partition it created was still unformatted, I still had to format it to the ext2 filesystem.

my point is that maybe the partitioning tool you have was not designed to handle mildly large memory disks, so you can use the linux ubuntu's filesystem managing software 'gparted' to do your partitioning.

lordZOUGA: you have to format the newly created partition to the ext2 or ext3 filesystem that is if you are about to use it for link2sd otherwise jusr format it to the fat32 filesystem.

PS: I am assuming that the software you used for partitioning the memory card has the ability to format it to any filesystem

Anyway, if that's the case, the only solution is to link your apps on internal memory to the second partition of your sd card using link2sd. This is similar to solving memory problems on tecno n3. I guess you already know how to do this. You can Google how to properly use link2sd to solve memory issues
