mcobex: His transcript is just his report card(list of subjects he took and the grades he got from jss1-ss2). Let him go to those schools and ask them for it (they should still have his record), if they don't then let them give him a letter to that effect. Another option is to include his waec results checking card Thanks a lot sir. |

Obehi44: Don’t I think a waec scratch card will work here? Thought as much too, just wanted to confirm and be sure. Thanks bro |

mcobex: They are asking for your transcript, it has to be sent by your previous institution (not by you). But if you think they won't send it on time you can plead with them to seal it and give you to send via any of the courier service companies around you (but make sure you put the name of sender as your previous school). NB: Have you asked your previous school(s) to send your transcript to them? Thanks for the response bro Actually, my younger brother finished secondary school two years ago, he is applying with his WAEC result, he has not engaged in any post secondary programme. Also he wrote his waec exam in a school different from where he attended secondary school. And we filled in the school that appeared in the waec certificate in his application form. So I am a bit confused on where I should go get his secondary school transcripts. Thanks sir |

mcobex: I don't know how much your tuition fee is, but CAD1000(from a 3rd party) might not be enough to convince a vo. Living expenses is at least CAD10,000, so do the math by adding the balance of your tuition fee to the living expenses of CAD10k. Your sponsor needs to show more commitment so you don't raise any doubt in the mind of the vo Ok brother, thanks a lot. I appreciate sincerely. “In reviewing your admissions file for the upcoming term, it was noted that a condition of your acceptance is still outstanding. Typically, the condition is an official copy (an original, paper copy, signed and/or sealed by the appropriate body) of your secondary school or post-secondary transcript” Please are they talking about submitting waec details plus waec scratch card as regards the above sentence? |

mcobex: How much of that 20mil is the person giving you for your tuition fee and living expenses? That will determine if it will fly or not Thanks a lot for your contribution The person paid $1000Cad as part tuition required by the school from his account, to prove commitment. I really don’t understand the living expense part. Please what steps should be taken so as to convince the VO when the time comes. Thanks again. |

JustMellow: Hello Simplymeeko,
You stand a better chance using close family/parent sponsorship, but using a family friend is also possible with lots of convincing and evident facts.
All the best. Sincerely appreciate your advise. The said person has already paid $1000 cad tuition deposit required by the school. Please what other areas should we work on so as to convince the VO when it’s time. |

Simplymeeko: Good evening all Guess we all had an amazing day today?
Please I have a question, and I would appreciate every suggestions relating to it. Are there any chances of getting visa(TRV”undergraduate studies)approved if one uses a sponsor who is a “family friend”. The person has around 18-20million present in his account. Please great ones, response needed. Thanks |

Adetayoade1: Hello there To my understanding it’s a 50:50 chance he is qualified for the program but the amount of people admitted makes the space full so Incase any one accepted doesn’t accept the admission and there are Spaces he can be enrolled or better still change the course of study from business administration to another course that’s not filled up I guess that’s what it means Thanks a lot brother |

Frankrobbn1: How old is younger brother and why an ordinary diploma at this point in his career?.. Why go through the stress of being wait listed in a college? Why spend so much on ordinary diploma admission?
He is better off applying for a direct undergraduate degree program in schools like University of Winnipeg, University of Regina, Brandon University etc.., that's if he hasn't attained any post secondary education in the past. This increases his chances and also explains to the visa officer that he is a bonafide student.
It will end in praises. Thanks for your reply My uncle who has a friend in Canada informed us about a scholarship program for international students aged (18-21). He’s 20years old. So an application form was sent and letter of consent too(from Lethbridge college). All was done, fee paid and submitted, and we got this mail today. I really don’t know much about the whole scholarship thing, pardon my ignorance So what do you think about the waitlist? Thanks |

Good day all My younger brother applied for admission in Lethbridge college. He got this in his mail this morning. Please is there still hope of him still getting admission into the college? If there are any suggestions, I would be more than happy to hear them. Thanks.
