databoy247: And what is wrong if it's a marketing job? People look at marketing jobs like someone with ebola virus. Try and establish your own business and lets see if you wont do marketing. If you are tired of sitting at home, go online, take a course on marketing and get busy. With the right marketing jobs, the more you work, the more you earn. You are not tied to a fixed salary no matter the input you make.

If the company does not have good incentives, move on. but if their compensation is cool....then why not??

It is the worst place on earth to work, they only switch on the generator when the owner is around else staffs will sit in the dark or staffs would be asked to contribute for fuel.

Infact the owner is a fraudster and he lies at every instance,he would promise juicy offers like official car,laptop,phones etc but once you're in its a trap.

The owner is a relative of the finance minister and his case of maltreating staffs has been reported countless times to labour authority but nothing seems to have affected him. His name is onyema okonjo.
