You have to look at the desired quality you want in the right department and then scour the market to look size up the availability.
We have a capable group..... The issues for me are more the inconsistencies and underperformance, once we sort that out coupled with the right application and mentality, extra personnel is not necessary.

I agree that this TW didn't avail much star players, but Wenger should have fought hard for a top striker to spearhead your attack. My opinion though.
