Please is there anyone that has been given admission in Masters in Transportation Planning and Management.....How much is the School fees

Hello my fellow nairalanders are we to remove hope on this recruitment platform because many have received the appointment letters already and ours not yet been called and we invited for the interview and i know someone outside nairaland who attended interview with me and has OND BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION from Zamfara state and have been called in Gusau and collected his appontment letter as assistant technical officer o my question is how can an admin be a technical officer o and he told me that they are following state by state and i belong to Katsina state and never heard of anything else yet pls my fellow nairaland how true it is still there are others appointments in Abuja yet to sign? And are we to still hoping to be call or not? And we attended the same day interview at Zaria with that guy from Zamfara and from then i discover that they have given appointment to the whole zones nationwide but how about second week of January for other appointments or is that all have finished for this recruitment so that we put off our mind here?

Let's wait till Monday,The appointment letters have not been wholly distributed,probably from Monday we will know the latest information

You can't see the list,its only with them,I guess its not a single list,and not publicized,I hope the appointment letters still in Abuja would have been signed now,let's wait till Monday for further information

No human resource applicant have collected, there is a guy that choose human resource, his name rang a bell while forwarding to abuja,they still told him his Appointment letter is still in abuja

You believe there will be a list called political list and only names of connected people will be on it? There is nothing like a separate political list. Just a normal list where name of those with and without connection will be on it.

my brother pertaining this zone issue,you know I have said it earlier,I did not ask people which zone or not,but I saw Hausa's and Igbos more speaking their language and you could remember earlier in the conversation that someone said two friends of his sister from Enugu was called

pls everyone, you will notice from the start of this thread that a lot of people signal positions like HR,account, traffic officer etc even during written and oral,now during appointment letter none of them identify except four or five peoole called for APL with engineering background, in this whole nairaland

pls which among those called here did not chose engineering

Any traffic officer called should pls tell us Any account officer called should pls tell Any nurse called should pls tell us or is it only engineering applicants is now in nairaland

I was not called,I am expectant like you,I was there on that day till 4pm..
(1) what I noticed is that Hausa's and Igbo's were much,
(2) they were few in number that came for appointment letter on that day..they were less than70(based on attendance list)
(3) I confirmed that some appointment letters are still in Abuja that has not been signed
(4) everyone there was saying the list is arranged from Abuja,that do you know some one in Abuja
(5)the lady that went with me had one on one conversation with them and they said two list was prepared and sent to Abuja (a) man no man list (b) normal list.
the man no man list was given priority over normal list and attended to immediately and sent back to Lagos with APL,while the normal list is what they are attending to now in Abuja. it seems that the man no man list is coupled and used with position applied,it seem engineering and like two dept is what they are attending to,i cannot confirm if the two dept was called ,hat is why you cannot see any pupil traffic officer,accounting,internal auditor,nurse that has collected APL.
if any of these have collected APL aside engineering to proof me wrong by signalling the post applied and grade level

And for those saying whether one zone have not been call, its not true,people from Enugu and Zaire were called too,what I think they are using to call is either by post applied first or political list first ,so they will definitely still call you,but pray you should be among

For those that have not been called,put your mind on second week of January as japerwilson said above and pray to God to be called,seems there is a way the calling is arranged e.g position applied for or political list first,it is certain it not yet over

my APL is still in abuja but a duplicate witout logo was available. salary 55k as pupil signal and telecommunication engineer level 8. submitted d acceptance letter but cant take d job expeected to resume 8th for induction documentation and medicals.

When did they now tell you to come and collect original?

There is something I also noticed on that day of appointment letter,there was no traffic officer (grade level eight) that collected,there is a girl that claimed to apply for traffic officer,that cued outside, i did not latter see her to confirm if she truely collected hers or not,!maybe her name was not on the list,but I did not see traffic officer applicant that collected APL at all with my eyes o,could it be that engineering, higher technical officer and maybe one or two other department was first called?
But what I am sure of is that I saw Hausa's,Igbo and Yoruba on that day?
To cap it all they were not up to 100 that came on that day for APL,As claimed as 320 on the list,I was there till 4pm and I saw the attendance list everyone wrote when submiting acceptance offer

maybe there is other human resources on level eight that collected I don't know ,but I did not see any traffic Officer level eight that collected

not that he has anyone in Abuja,he told me he knows the MD and I was surprised why he did not still saw his APL,I started to think he was lying to me about knowing the MD

Because that yesterday, there is a set of people that couldn't find their appointment letters,they directed them to the first office where there are two ladies sitted to submit their acceptance letters like that without appointment letters and write their names in the attendance list,that their appointment letters is still in abuja awaiting signatures, they even directed them to go and fill pension form with fidelity bank without appointment letter ref no
Now the true fact is that when you want to write the attendance and submit the acceptance letter like that without the appointment letter,the lady will tell you that are you truely sure that your appointment letter is still in abuja ,if you said yes she will then tell you to write your names or better still confirm from mustapha first

I'm tired of Nigeria and their ugly style. If they knew they don't need us, why did they ask us to apply/spent our monies to travel far for series of interviews? Why didn't they select their people from the outset?

information reaching me from a reliable source this morning states that they are calling names batch by batch according to Geo-political zones and positions applied for.

The person also informed me that they have been asked to stop further calling of names because of this public holidays. They will commence again by second week of January; however, those that have been called should do well and go for their APL as stated and as well brief us on the outcome.

Mr japerwilson ,you mean the people they were suppose to call was More than the ones called so they halted because of the holiday,Apart from those that were told to come on the 2nd of January to resume work, I also heard 8th of January, could that be the ones you are talking about
