THE Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has seized an estate, allegedly valued at over N4 billion from a former Chief of Army Staff.

The estate, which has been placed under Interim Asset Forfeiture, was confiscated on account of the ongoing probe of the ex-Army Chief over $2.1 billion arms deals.

Prior to the seizure, the Presidential Committee on Audit of Defence Equipment Procurement (CADEP) had traced about N2 billion meant for the purchase of vehicles for the Nigerian Army, to the accounts of five children of the former Army chief.

There were indications that the said accounts were yet to be de-frozen at press time.

The Presidential Committee on Audit of Defence Equipment, headed by AVM JON Ode, had submitted its third interim report to President Muhammadu Buhari, leading to the shortlisting of the 54 people to be probed.

Apart from two ex-Army Chiefs, others recommended for probe are 16 other retired and serving Army officers, 12 serving and retired public officers and 24 Chief Executive Officers of companies involved in the procurement of equipment.

According to findings made by TheNation Newspaper, the EFCC decided to invoke Interim Asset Forfeiture Clause pending the outcome of the ongoing investigation.

A search by the paper revealed that the estate is sited between Jabi and Life Camp.

When its correspondent visited the site at 11am on Friday, the EFCC’s ‘Keep Off’ sign was already pasted on the estate.



The anti-graft agency also indicated that the estate was “under investigation.”

The estate contains more than 30 duplexes built to taste.

A reliable source, who spoke in confidence, said: “The ex-Army Chief was referred to the EFCC based on the report of the Presidential Committee on Audit of Defence Equipment, headed by AVM JON Ode.

“We are still investigating the ex-Army Chief and he will soon be interrogated. But in line with our modus operandi, we have been able to trace his suspicious assets which we have attached under Interim Asset Forfeiture.

“In this case of the ex-Chief of Army Staff, his children and friends were used as fronts for money laundering.

“We have traced many suspicious accounts linked with the ex-Army boss. Most of these accounts have been frozen.

“Some of our operatives have been working on documents in the Office of National Security Adviser (ONSA) on evidence relating to these scandalous procurement deals.”

Responding to a question, the source said: “The estate under forfeiture is so massive and valued at about N4 billion.”

Section 7 of the EFCC Act says: “The commission has power to (a) cause any investigations to be conducted as to whether any person, corporate body or organisation has committed any offence under this Act or other law relating to economic and financial crimes.

“(b) Cause investigations to be conducted into the properties of any person if it appears to the commission that the person’s lifestyle and extent of the properties are not justified by his source of income.”

The Presidential Committee had established that the ex-Chief of Army Staff has a case to answer.

The report of the panel said in part: “The Committee further established that between March 2011 and December 2013, two companies exclusively procured various types of Toyota and Mitsubishi vehicles worth over N2, 000,000,000.00 for the Nigerian Army without any competitive bidding.

“Most of the contracts awarded to the companies were also split, awarded on the same date or within a short space of time at costs and mobilization higher than the prescribed thresholds.



“For instance, on 15 Feb 13, the 2 companies were awarded contracts worth N260, 000.000.00 and N315, 000,000.00 respectively for supplies of various vehicles. The Nigerian Army could not justify the exclusive selection of these vendors against other renowned distributors of same brands of vehicles procured.

“More seriously, the Committee found no credible evidence of delivery of the vehicles by the 2 companies as there were no receipt vouchers but only unauthenticated delivery notes, invoices and waybills that were purportedly used for the deliveries.

“Nevertheless, the vendors were fully paid based on job completion certificate authenticated by the then Chief of Logistics. The payments were also made without deduction of Withholding Tax (WHT). Furthermore, analyses of the various banks accounts of the two companies showed transfers to individuals.”

The report said the individuals were five children of the ex-Chief of Army Staff and one other front.

“Thus, the Committee recommends further investigation to determine delivery of the vehicles and relationship of funds beneficiaries with the former COAS and the two companies,” the report added.

The panel also discovered that “between May 2014 and March 2015, the ONSA mandated CBN to release various sums totaling $386,954,000.00 to three companies for ‘procurement of technical equipment’, without tying the money to particular items of procurement.

“Thus, the allotment of the fund was left at the discretion of the vendor without input or consultation with ONSA or the Nigerian Army.

“Furthermore, some of the funds transferred preceded the formalization of contracts with the Nigerian Army. There was also no evidence of any contract to justify the payments made by ONSA to the companies. Consequently, it had been difficult for the ONSA, the Nigerian Army and the companies to reconcile the accounts vis-a-vis the equipment delivered.”

The panel also discovered that 42 units of Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) which were rejected by Iraq were later sold to Nigeria to fight Boko Haram insurgents.

It claimed that some of the APCs were either expired or unsuitable, leading to loss of lives.

It added: “The Committee observed that one of the new equipment procured for the Nigerian Army from Ukraine was BTR-4E APC. However, according to the Ukraine’s State Enterprise Lviv Armour Repair Plant, the designers of the equipment, ‘some of the products sold to Nigeria in 2014 were actually among 42 units designed for Iraq which subsequently rejected them due to poor performance rating.’

“The Nigerian Army did not also undertake the mandatory pre-shipment inspections provided for in the contract agreements. Instead, the NA deployed an Infantry officer, who lacked the technical knowledge to assess the capabilities and shortcomings of the equipment, to oversee the shipment of the items for the Nigerian Army from Ukraine.

“Additionally, the 2 weeks training availed the technicians and operators was inadequate for them to comprehend the technical workings of the newly introduced equipment.

“The Committee’s interactions with the field operators revealed that although the platforms and ammunition procured were deployed for the NE operations, some of them were aged or expired, lacked spares and prone to breakdown without immediate recovery equipment.

“Therefore, failure to carry out pre-shipment inspection and inadequate training resulted in procurement of some unreliable equipment that reduced the capacity of the Nigerian Army in the North East Operations and resulted in the loss of lives and equipment.”

AN Abuja High Court sitting in Apo, Gudu District, on Friday, dismissed a certificate forgery suit filed by one Uchenna Nnadi against Senator Andy Uba.

Justice Valentine Ashi ‎said the law says that he who asserts must prove; and that the plaintiff had failed to lead the court with further evidence.

Ashi said that the ‎plaintiff should have investigated and gotten his facts from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which cleared the defendant as being eligible for elections.



He said the plaintiff should have also conducted checks at Union Secondary School, Awkunawu, Enugu State, where the defendant said he obtained his School Leaving Certificate as opposed to Boys’ High School, Awkunawu, which the plaintiff claimed.

The judge dismissed the suit and said the plaintiff failed to investigate the defendant’s claims and therefore failed to prove the forgery case against him.

‎Nnadi had sued Uba on the grounds that he presented a forged School certificate from Boys’ High School, Awkunawu, and so unqualified and ineligible to stand for elections.

Uba, in his counter affidavit, ‎however, denied ownership of the said certificate and maintained that he graduated from Union Secondary School, Awkunawu, which he submitted to INEC and was properly cleared.

“My attention has been drawn to a false claim attributed to some mischievous impersonators that I’ve been expelled from my party, the All Progressives Congress, at the Local Government branch.

This report, I’ve gathered, came from a dubious character and known fraudster who is neither the chairman of my party at the local government level nor a part of the party executive at the state level. The party is not even aware of this impersonation making the rounds in the media.

This is yet another round of character assassinations from career political antagonizers who are perpetually threatened by our advocacy for transparency in public service and political leadership.



Recall that I honored the invitation of the EFCC in a bid to shed light on the cases of corruption perpetrated by some principal officers of the house of representatives, despite dissuasions by these saboteurs of my party’s change agenda and stand against corruption.

The initiators of this false claim of my expulsion by my party are hired hacks engaged by some politicians in Abuja in continuation of their futile bids to frustrate my anti-corruption campaigns.

I wish to remind the public, and especially the media, that this report did not originate from my party, the APC. I have a cordial relationship with my party, and we have been working hand in hand to actualize our agenda for a better Nigeria.

THE Independent National Electoral Commission says it is not aware of any moves to recall Dino Melaye, the senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District.

INEC Director of Voter Education and Publicity (VEP), Oluwole Osaze-Uzzi, said this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday in Abuja.

Explaining the processes involved in recalling an elected lawmaker, Mr. Osaze-Uzzi said a petition signed by at least 50 per cent of the registered voters in that senatorial district must be submitted to the commission.

“It is only when the petitioners get 50 per cent of the registered voters that they can submit a recall petition to the commission.



“That is when INEC can commence the recall process, but we have not received such petition.’’

Mr. Osaze-Uzzi said upon the receipt of such petition, the commission would also embark on verification, to ascertain whether the recall petition was actually signed by registered voters in that senatorial district.

He said in conducting the verification of the signatures, the commission would also need to inform the senator involved and the petitioner, to set a date for agents from both sides to be involved in the exercise.

“It is only when we are satisfied with that, we now go for a referendum. That is what the constitution states.

“For now, we don’t know if anybody is trying to recall him until a petition is submitted to the commission.’’



The director further said that the commission would notify the public if anybody or group was able to mobilise the required number of signatures and send a petition to the commission.

Meanwhile, Mr. Melaye had alleged that Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi had released N200 million for the reported ongoing moves to recall him.

PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari has directed the Acting President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, to sign the 2017 Appropriation Bill into law.

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, who made this known, added that Buhari believed that it was in the interest of the nation’s economy for Osinbajo to sign the document without further delay.

He said Buhari’s directive was conveyed to the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udo Udoma, in a letter dated June 10.



The statement read, “Following the receipt of a full brief on the 2017 Appropriation Bill as passed by the National Assembly, and to buttress the unity at the highest level of government, President Muhammadu Buhari has indicated that it is in the interest of the nation’s economy for the Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, to sign the Appropriation Bill into law.

“In a letter dated June 10, 2017, which he personally signed and addressed to the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Senator Udoma Udo Udoma, the President also said he was ‘pleased by the joint resolution that the Executive would submit next year’s budget proposals by October 2017 and the National Assembly will conclude the Appropriation process by December 2017, so that the country can return to a normal fiscal period from next year onwards.’”

AS the 8th National Assembly marks its second anniversary, the President of the Senate Dr. Bukola Saraki has said that the unity of Nigeria was not negotiable.

Saraki who spoke at a special valedictory session to mark the anniversary of the Senate warned those who are insinuating Nigeria’s breakup to desist.

Saraki’s call followed remarks by other lawmakers urging the senate to take a position on the matter.

While commending lawmakers for their cooperation in ensuring that challnges faced at the onset were overcome, he added that the Senate would in the same unity ensure that Nigeria was not divided.

“I thank you all for your contribution and kind words and words of encouragement.

“We have done two years and for the second part, we must be ready to take on the issues before us.

“As we promised we want to conclude the Constitution Review exercise to be one more promise kept.

“Also the senate must stand clearly to defend one Nigeria. There is no room for division and we must live by example. The next two years will be more challenging but we must stand together.

“Another is the fight against corruption. We will ensure that agencies know we will ensure transparency. We are not afraid of anybody,’’ he said.

He called on the various standing committees to take their oversight function seriously, urging them to be bold to expose corrupt practices in the course of their duties.

He also called on the need to build institutions rather for a sustainable democracy, adding that institution lived beyond certain tenure of government.



Saraki thanked the management of the National Assembly as well as newsmen for their contributions.

He called on the lawmakers to continue to remember late Sen. Isiaka Adekele, passed on few months ago in their prayers, while praying for the repose of his soul.

Some lawmakers who spoke called on the National Assembly, particularly the Senate to rise against recurrent secessionist moves in some parts of the country.

They expressed concern that while the Federal Government was preaching peace and unity, some parts of the country were strongly bent on seceding or threatening to cause mayhem.

The Chairman Senate Committee on Army, Sen. George Akume, said the senate must rise up to make a statement condemning the various agitations in parts of the country.

He said if the senate kept quiet in the face of the agitations, it would be failing as a major legislative arm of government.

“I want to call the attention of this Senate to movements in this country, including Biafra, Arewa, some groups in the Western part of the country and many others.

“ We must rise up to make a statement on what is happening. We will be failing if we do not do something that will reassure the people on the need for one Nigeria.

“We are greater being together than going our separate ways,’’ he said.

Similarly, the Chairman, Senate Committee on Local and Foreign Debt, Sen. Shehu Sani, said it was time the senate spoke vehemently against such agitations, engulfing some parts of the country.

According to him, the next two years would be a challenging one and the senate must not be seen to be indifferent about the challenges confronting the nation, particularly calls for secession.

“It is not what we say about ourselves that matters but what history has to say about us.

“I believe we have been able to work together over these two years despite the turbulent start. The challenge before us is what we can do to address the political, social and economic issues before us.

“The next two years will be tougher because of moves for secession,’’ he said.

The Chairman Senate Committee on Federal Capital Territory, Sen. Dino Melaye called on the Senate to brace up for more challenges as it began the third year of its tenure.



He said, while the upper chamber had achieved tremendous successes within its two years tenure, it needed to be more confidence in the years ahead for more challenges.

“ With all our successes, it is time for the senate to be bolder than ever, to speak with more confidence, to speak in the interest of Nigerians.

“We must hold on that which is true. The persecution in the first half should not be entertained in the second half.

“Please tighten your sit belts and tell the truth and we must identify that there is a uniform law and we should not allow selective application of the law,’’ he said.

Melaye commended President Muhammadu Buhari for respecting Senate decisions, particularly with regard to nominations.

He however urged him to take a decisive action on Senate’s rejection of the Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Commission (EFCC), asking, “ why is Magu still in office?’’

He called for more synergy among the lawmakers in the interest of the country at large and Nigerians in particular.

“I am happy that the Chairman of APC is here. Two years ago we were on two separate divide.

“Some of us were in the chamber and some took excursion to International Conference Center (ICC), but today nobody is anywhere, as we are here as one indivisible senate.

“I salute the intellectual mobility of the President of the Senate, a man of style that has brought direction to Senate.

“Were it not for the president, things would not have been this stable. Many may not appreciate what I am saying because they don’t like your face but that is the truth.”

The Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio, called on all Nigerians to unite against forces meant to cause disunity the country.

He said Nigerians were looking forward to the leaders at all arms to deliver the dividends of democracy, adding that leaders should look beyond party affiliation.

“ I remind you that after an election there is a people to govern. The Federal Government should avail itself to all Nigerians so that we do not create insecurity in some parts of the country,’’ he said.

He congratulated the security agencies for stemming the tide of violence in the country and urged them to do more to ensure the security of lives and property.

Akpabio further commended the leadership of the senate, particularly Saraki, for leading the upper chamber through all the challenges it faced in the last two years.

“I commend Saraki for his leadership prowess and for the achievements so far. Whenever a bill came from the government we did panel beat it to make it work for the benefit of Nigerians



“We passed 96 bills, which is historical but we have to do more. There is still a lot to be done.

“If the executive can implement most of the guidelines and decisions we take here Nigeria will get out of recession,’’ he said

APPARENTLY angered by the criticisms against President Muhammadu Buhari from former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, Northern Youths yesterday warned him to stop further verbal onslaught on their son or be ready to face the consequences of his utterances.

The youths under the aegis of Arewa Youths Forum, AYF, in a strongly worded memo to Fani-Kayode, warned him to desist from lying against Buhari all in a bid to create tension and chaos in the country for his selfish interest.

The memo signed by the National President of the Arewa Youth Forum, Alhaji Gambo Ibrahim Gujungu, asked security agencies to arrest and prosecute the former minister for inciting hatred based on lies against Mr. President and the Igbo in Nigeria.

Turning away from Fani-Kayode, the northern youths warned politicians trying to use the current health of the president to cause trouble in the land to steer clear.



The youths said: “As the umbrella organization of all Northern youths in the 19 northern states, we want to warn Femi Fani-Kayode that he should stop insulting the person of President Muhammadu Buhari and other northern leaders or be ready to face our wrath.

“AYF also wants to condemn in its entirety the recent outbursts by Fani Kayode that President Buhari said he would never forgive the Ibos. As we know that President Muhammadu Buhari is the father of the nation and his policies has shown that he means well for the country.

“While we condemn his move to malign the President using ethnic and religious sentiments, we want to use the opportunity to call on security operatives to call the former aviation Minister to present his facts on the said discussion or be prosecuted for incitement and causing disaffection in the country. This is because his statement can cause the breach of trust and led to crisis at a time we are building trust and working to bring all Nigerians together across the length and breath of the country.

“The north and indeed Nigeria is at a cross road and we want to support the Stand of the Northern elders that all efforts should be geared towards retaining the presidency in the region. This is because it will engender equity and justice and go a long way to foster love and unity since the north has not enjoyed its share of power in the recent past.

“To this end we are calling on all politicians of Northern extraction to put politics aside and face the reality on ground. Plots by other region to short charge the north of its turn in the presidency needs to be checked.

“Consequently, if by any situation President Muhammadu Buhari refuses to contest in 2019, the forum is already putting in place measures to support any party , group or individual that supports and believes in retaining the presidency in North.



“AYF believes this is not the time to sit on the fence and we use the opportunity to call on the Northern Governors to act in the over all interests of the region and not their selfish interests that many at times overrides that of the personal interests. We are hearing of our governors having secret meetings with southerners in bargaining power for their own selfish, we urge them to desist as the key to any political power in 2019 election recides with the people,” AYF warned.

THE Northern Elders Forum, has expressed the region’s readiness for restructuring of the country if it will make the components part of it happy.

This position was made known by its spokesman, Professor Ango Abdullahi. He stated this in an interview with Abdullahi Hassan, a correspondent of Sun Newspaper in it Saturday edition of May 20, 2017.

“The Northern Elders Forum is prepared to engage in any discussion with any group that is supporting restructuring of Nigeria, so, this means that we are fully supporting restructuring,” the octogenarian said.

When asked if his submission does represent the interest of the North, despite the fact that there are many Northerners who are against the idea of restructuring Nigeria, the forum’s spokesman said, “Yes, I am not saying that all Northerners are supporting restructuring Nigeria, I am not claiming that all what I said was supported by all Northerners,. I am not saying that at all.”

On the agitation by mainly the South-Easterners for an independent state of Biafra, Abdullahi said, “You see, the issue of Biafra is all part of the discussion of restructuring Nigeria. Yes, if Biafra means negotiations, yes, it’s all a matter of discussion, if it means Igbo want to have a country of their own separate from Nigeria, it means a matter of discussion and we are prepared for the discussion.

“This is all I have been saying that if Nigerians are tired of staying together, they should be prepared to accept divisions instead of remaining in agony and disappointment of one another.”

On the kind of restructuring the region is agitating for at the moment, he added that, “Our concept on restructuring was based on Prof. Ben. Nwabuaze’s position on restructuring Nigeria where he said that Lord Lugard made mistake in 1914 by bringing North and South together. This is the starting point on restructuring which should include that the country should be divided between the North and South for the good of the people . You can see many people are now agitating for restructuring on belief that Lord Lugard made a mistake by conquering nations and bringing them together without consulting Nigerians who they occupied their territories. The other way you can look at the issue of restructuring is perhaps by forgiving the past mistakes by going where we were from 1914 to 1960 and go back to regionalism. Because in 1960, when we became a federation with only three regions , each region was independent with its own constitution.

“The regions were serving Nigeria better with very small states. But now, many want to eat their cake and still have it. You see I am 80 years old, and I know very well what happened in those days, when Gen. Gowon was under pressure to create more states, though he eventually created 12 states, we later moved to 19 states, to 23 and 36 states. With all these states, yet we are not happy. So, we believe that these are issues that we can discuss, by the various groups that relate with each in the country.”

THE South African government on Friday deported 90 Nigerians for committing immigration-related offences.

The deportees according to a source from the airport police command were flown into the country through the international wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport aboard a South African Airways aircraft marked BBB712 from the xenophobic country.

DSP Joseph Alabi, the spokesman of the Lagos Airport Police Command confirmed the development to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos.

While some of the deportees were said to have violated immigration offenses, others were accused of living in the country without the prerequisite documents.

On arrival at the Lagos airport, the deportees were received by the law enforcement agencies including the police who profiled them before releasing them to depart to their respective destinations.

Alabi said the deportees, who are all men, landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos at about 3.30pm.

“This afternoon, about 3.30pm, 90 Nigerians were deported from South Africa for committing immigration-related offences.

“Some of them were alleged to have been living in the country without valid documents.

“They were received by the appropriate agencies including the police and profiled before being allowed to depart to their respective destinations, ” Alabi said.

NAN reports that South Africa had also on Feb. 28 sent 97 Nigerians back home for committing various offences.

They deportees were made up of 95 males and two females.

ACTING President Yemi Osinbajo, has received the official copy of the 2017 appropriation bill.

THE Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Godwin Emefiele, has declined to appear before the House of Representatives to testify in the ongoing investigation into the $43.4m (about N13bn) recovered by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission from an apartment at Osborne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos.

The House Committee on National Security and Intelligence chaired by an All Progressives Congress lawmaker from Zamfara State, Mr. Aminu Sani-Jaji, is conducting the investigation.

Other sums recovered from the apartment were £27,800 and N23.2m.

The committee had thrice summoned Emefiele; the suspended Director General of the National Intelligence Agency, Dr. Ayo Oke; the Acting Chairman of the EFCC, Mr. Ibrahim Magu; and the National Security Adviser, Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno (retd.) to testify.


The third sitting of the committee was Wednesday (yesterday).

But, like in two previous occasions, all the officials shunned the committee on Wednesday.

However, Emefiele wrote the lawmakers to say that he did not think it was appropriate for him to come because he would be in breach of the National Security Agencies Act.

In the letter, which was read out to members by Sani-Jaji, the CBN governor argued that the Act prohibited the disclosure of security information publicly.

He noted that security information was ‘classified information’, which the law barred him from releasing to the public.

The CBN governor further argued that a committee chaired by the Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, had already investigated the cash recovery.


But the lawmakers were enraged and berated Emefiele for acting like ‘someone who lacks the capacity to differentiate between a legislature and the executive arm of government’.

Sani-Jaji stated, “This CBN governor doesn’t even know that there is something called separation of powers.”

ACTING President Yemi Osinbajo said last night that he would assent to the 2017 budget.

Information Minister Lai Mohammed had earlier told State House reporters after the Federal Executive Council meeting chaired by Osinbajo that the decision on who to sign the budget would be taken when the document is transmitted to the Presidency.

But Osinbajo, via a Twitter statement by his spokesman Laolu Akande, said the question on who would sign the budget was clear.



According to the statement, when the time comes, everything is set and he is satisfied, the acting president will sign the budget.

“Just so we are clear: when the time comes, everything is set and he is satisfied, Acting President Yemi Osinbajo will assent to the 2017 budget,” the statement read.

THE Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed has debunked media reports claiming that he said the federal government does not know who will sign the 2017 budget.

In a statement issued to newsmen on Wednesday by his Special Adviser, Segun Adeyemi, the Minister said he was misrepresented in the statement, maintaining that such statement was a malicious misrepresentation of what transpired at the post-Federal Executive Council Meeting press briefing earlier today.

“Our attention has been drawn to a story in a section of the media quoting the Honourable Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, as saying ”we don’t know who will sign the 2017 budget”.



“This quote is a malicious misrepresentation of what transpired at the post-Federal Executive Council Meeting press briefing on Wednesday, 17 May 2017.”

“When the Minister was asked a question relating to the signing of the 2017 Budget, his response was: ”When it is transmitted to the Presidency, the issue will be addressed.”.

“Anything beyond that response amounts to deliberate mischief and should be ignored.”

THE Senate on Wednesday asked the President to submit the budget of the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation and 36 agencies not later than two weeks from now.

The Senate’s decision was sequel to a motion sponsored by the Deputy Senate Leader, Bala ibn Na’Allah, over the non submission of the 2017 Budget by some Public Corporations in violation of the Fiscal Responsibility Act.

Ibn Na’Allah said the non-compliance with the provision of the Fiscal Responsibility Act constitutes an abuse of power and economic sabotage by the concerned government agencies.



Supporting the motion, the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu. expressed dismay with non-compliance with the FRA by the government agencies.
