Yea DOWNGRADE should be ones next option but when the OS in question is bug riddled it won't allow such except you 'flash' the phone a method I wouldn't recommend. I'd rather go through the OEM's update portal.
However the 10.1 update is good to go now because I just upgraded my Z10.

For those of you having Z10 whose OS is presently on 10.0.9 and 10.0.10 please DO NOT UPGRADE to the recently released 10.1 OS yet because it has a lot of bugs that BlackBerry needs to fix.
If you ignore this advice and your phone begins to malfunction well what can I say.
I advise we go online to their website then get into the user's community and read from others that have experienced these bugs.

I observe TM shirts with those by H&C I buy from SUNTAN fades easily after 3 months of fair usage. Fair usage here means wearing each once weekly.
But those I buy directly from the manufacturers straight from the UK last longer even up to a year.
