In that situation you won't see a visible leak when the coolant gets to a certain temperature they vaporize and leaves no trace the best way to get a leaking radiator or water pump mostly is to fill it up run the car on a spot for 30 to 45 minutes then ask SOMEONE YOU TRUST OOOO. To step on the brake and engage while still in drive let press down the brake pedal and you carefully inspect the radiator rubber packing round and Thermostat area then the water pump

Boss you will surely see it that way, cuz for you not to see it means the leak is still quite minimal and not in excess crack.

after much observations , the radiator cap was swapped with another, the reserve cap too with leak was fixed with glue.....

Radiator is fine nw.....

Every engine either bad or good will produce steam/vapour at the tail pipe, which will be more obvious early in the morning because of the ambient temp and humidity.




Steam or water vapour is not a sign of a good engine.

If you compress humid air, you will get water vapour

learnt something new again

Your radiator fins are clogged.

Find a way to flush it,( I do not mean the external flushing with the car wash guys).

Unmount the radiator, ask them ( the radiator guys, not car wash) to wash the fins for you.

Then, buy original coolant. You should be fine afterwards.

What about in a case if after a trip of about 4 hours coolant dries up in d radiator without any visible leak.....pls

I was in this same predicament some weeks ago , exactly my choices - however I settled for the Lexus ES 350 2014 , car hasn’t arrived yet but I hope I made the best choice - didn’t want to go for a Benz because the c300 is too common

Haha... The truth is the Epe Ijebu route is the shortest distance to IB when compared to the Epe-Lagos Ibadan Expr road. The later is under serious construction, 1st the Berger to Mowe Ibafo axis and then another phase some KM after the diversion to Lagos Ore road... That phase is the most dreaded phase that can delay one for hours due to serious construction.

If you'd use the Epe route once you'd gotten to ijebu off bridge you just link it straight down to IB and within 30min or there about you would've arrived at your destination.

But most times the fear of the unknown (bad road) is the beginning of wisdom

Though my last trip to IB I used the Lagos IB route and I returned same day getting home by 10pm.

I m actually gonna replace the *throttle body* ma'am....my rewire blocked a part with he called *slow* n removed a hose,claiming the slow is knocked
